I am going to review faithfully from now on, even if there is, in fact, only one or two chapters to go. I re-read my review, and took a glance at a few other recent ones. I realized that mine isn't nearly as heartfelt as them, and for that I apologize. I'm sorry to say that I didn't even take into account that it even might take quite a bit of bravery to be able to post such an A/N. Either way, I respect you for going to such lengths as to post an excellent fic, while revealing a few bits about yourself at the same time. This chapter made me fully realize the concept of the expression, 'short but sweet.' It was beautiful. But I have two questions to ask. Was Kagome awake while he said how much he loved her, or was she only awake during the kiss? And one more thing. I may have missed some crucial bit of info., but you make it sound as if the well will seal after Kagome jumps through. Will it? Or is she just fearful of not surviving the battle with Naraku? I'm not sure if you consider these questions uncalled for, but you don't have to answer if you don't want to. I'll probably figure it out anyway.

P.S.-You're right. Life really DOES ave too few happy endings. And I completely agree with all of your A/N that can be agreed to. I humbly await the next chappie.

What can I say? You did give me the best Christmas present :) You're not only an incredible writer but an amazing, brave and wonderful human being. If before I wished I could *write* like you, now I just want to be more like you :) This is not out of pity, quite the contrary, you deserve, although it's not much, my admiration and respect. okay, first of all, i must give you a lot of creditfor sharing something so private and close to your heart. i must also give you credit for giving a really wonderful (although sad) account of what happened to kagome's chichi-ue. most stories that delve into the story of her father rely on the fact that he was abusive or just let him die a not-so moving death. kagome's haha-ue is never really as emotional about it as you had her. (glomping hug) that was so beautiful to read and i feel honored that you allowed me to read that in your story, that you felt secure enough to share that with your readers.

okay, now, the thing with the moon... hanyou-elf toook astonomy and already knew about the moon thing. but, that's me. kudos to figuring it out and not writing about the whole hide away in my time and blah, blah, blah. when you do write the new story, let me know, i would love to read it! (hint, hint)

this was a great chapter and i can't wait until the next chapter, especially with that awful, evil, wonderful cliffie! i heart inuyasha and kagome and i heart your story!

Remember me? Listen, I feel bad about not reviewing in such a long time when I have been a faithful reader of each and every chapter. I'll get to the point. This story, that chapter, was so heartfelt that I cried. I'll tell you right now that that is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. The part in your A/N about your son, your husband and yourself was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. To make a long story short, you've actually changed my outlook on God. No other living being has ever even been able to even shift my beliefs before, so I hold you in my highest esteems. I implore you to post yet another chapter. Bye.

This is an excellent story and I love your teasers. Can't wait for the battle with Naraku. Oh, please, don't kill any of the main characters. I hope you make it a very descriptive battle showing the strengths of each character. I like battle scenes just about as much as lemons. Don't know if that's 'normal' for a female, but hey, that's me.

I read to chapter 18 last night/this morning and just finished the rest. I don't normally do that unless a story has captivated me, a difficult feat being I'm a picky reader. BTW, out of curiosity, do you per chance read Katie Macallister?

My condolences on the loss of your husband. I hope writing this story has been cathartic for you and am glad that you were able to have a child. That was such a blessing, perhops divine providence smiling on you.

I had avoided reading this story because of the insinuation of the title. However, I decided to take a peek and have read straight through to chapter 18. This is a great story and well written. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the story.

sorry but I dont think I ever reviewed before even though I should have. This is a really great story and it always has me waiting for new chapters. I love the dialog and unlike some fanfictions that get boring then just start to drag on, I'm happy to say yours doesn't. I'm glad that you don't make any of the charracters out of character and that they stick to the personalities they were given. I'm also extremely greatful that you know what you're doing when you write this story seeing as how you've stuck to the plot while still having twists. I've known writers on here and on other fanfiction sites that have a really good idea for a story that has the potential to be interesting but they jump from plot to plot and change the story around so much that you are extremely confused; you have no clue if in the next chapter Inuyasha is going to marry Kagome or become a flamboyant gay with Jakotsu! Also when I was reading your last chapter I cried during your author's note at the end of it. My heart goes out to you completely because I have an idea of where you are coming from, my mom found out just 4 months ago that she has lung cancer and has had it for some time now and the doctors aren't sure how they are going to treat her because how much it has spread. Well anyway enough about me. I just want you to know I love your story and that I will try to review for every chapter.

What can I say? Wow. I love your fic so much! I'm from Argentina (you've got one impatient reader from South America) and you definetely owe me to update this soon because I got so wrapped up in your story I was late for work, I couldn't stop reading it! Pretty please with sugar on top for this hentai girl from Argentina, some hentai Inu/Kago goodness? The sexual tension is unbeareable! Ok, so that's also why I love this fic so much but I want to read more! More! Keep up the good work, you're a great writer! Not many (or at least, not many fics that I have read) manage to write a good plot AND lemony goodness as well...I don't like it when the characters just jump into bed for no reason or explanations other than...well, jumping into bed :) I don't think you should worry about them being OOC though...if at some point of this fic they were, it only suited the story and in my humble opinion it wasn't OOC...I might say that if the characters actually WERE in situations like these, they probably would act that way...only we don't see it! Since I write fanfic too (but am too shy to post it) I understand how you might feel when a chapter or a character feels "off" (in the writer's opinion) but for what it's worth, This Jesse believes the fic is perfect. Mushy and sweet, but not enough to give a toothache, sexual tension at its peak, wonderful M/S love scene, great plot...well, you get it. I loved your fic. And I'll shut up now. If you need more ego boosts from Argentina...well, just update! Again, great job!

okay, so the fluff and the greatness that you have given in this chapter deserve either a great big glomping or a box of cherries! (i saw the third movie too, wasn't it wonderful?!)
