Dare I say that I almost...like...Naraku? At first, I wasn't sure I was okay with being okay with him (did that make any sense to you? I hope so o__O), but it's nice to see him written differently -refreshing, even (unless this is just your plan to suck us into liking him before making him a jerk...which would kinda ruin this mildly affectionate feeling I'm having toward him, so I hope it isn't).

And HURRAY Sango! What a spitfire! Glad to see her re-appear in full swing (no pun intended ^_^). The only thing I didn't like about this chapter was the ending -and it was just because it was the END and I found myself going, "Are you kidding me? I want MORE!" ^_^

As for the offer -not a problem. I do a lot of editing work for college students throughout the year, and for my mother who -bless her heart- is one of the best artists and professors I know, but can't write to save her life (although, she's getting better ^_^). I'd love to do it as a career when I finish school (did you know you can get paid by the WORD? o__O) Like I said, if you're interested, drop me a line.

I was going to hold off on reading this chapter for a while so I wouldn't have to wait as long for the next -but I couldn't resist taking a peek and once I did...well, it was all over. I read it straight through and will now have to commence going over my lessons in patience -although, I'm having a hard time with them since I REALLY wanna see Bankotsu get his ass handed to him (well, that and see Kags and Inu get together...but that's almost secondary at this point).

Girl, this chapter was sooooooooo damn good. You worked on it for two weeks and it showed. It couldnt have been written better. I kinda like Naraku in this one. He is nice, and has his secrets too. If Inu took off the ring when Kags..per se...fell asleep...would he be able to smell Bank on her? Hmm....so much to ponder....This story is amazing and I am enjoying it greatly. Have a great weekend ahead and take care.

Do I think Naraku is a bad guy in this...I'm still leery. But I truly like his character...it suits him so well.

I'd have to agree with you Koga wouldn't do justice to the character as Bank is doing. Koga it would be too cliché--no, no Bastard Bankotsu, is defiantly more suitable for the role as bad guy in this fic.

Well like always loved, it...cannot wait to see Inuyasha kick some ass!

    Until next time,

Hey, so I decided to drop in and leave my little review while waiting for my red nailpolish to dry. (Cause I can't dress in tight clothes with wet nails). The complexity of Naraku's character is a plus. Most people just stick to scripted bit villians and never explore the doppleganger of a figure. I like it, even though I'm not his biggest fan. I also appreciate the fact that you're throwing in more 'slip-ups' in Kagome's good girl facade. It's obvious (to those reading) that that's not who she wants to be and more and more anxiety will lead to less control of her two seperate personalities. I wish we all had the control over the split as much as she does in earlier chapters. . .it becomes harder for me to delineate myself from my pseudonymic alter-ego, but Inu has to be seeing more similarities between Kagome and Titania - even though I understand that because he is not 'thinking' as Sha, it would take longer for him to notice someone else with that type of secret. Keep up the great work. I also applaud the comparison 'Oberon' makes of Sha and Puck, since Puck is the character in the plot that wakes everyone from their dreams, and the one to lead them all 'astray,' much as he does to Kagome.

P.S. - I'll review "Curse of the Dragon" as soon as I'm finished reading all of it.

I had to refresh my memory bu rereading some things here, and by the time I realized I'd been reading for quite a while propped on my elbow I had a huge imprint of my hand on my face a la Mirouku LOL!!

This is an awesome story and I cannot wait to see InuYasha smash someones brains out and umm claim Kagome-- IF thats what you have planned....

Maybe a little kinky play as well.....

You're an awesome writer! Much love and respect for your writing skill!!

Magnificent. * Hands you a red rose, thorns not removed cuz I know you like blood* I commend you for giving Kags the strength to realize that dom/sub is NOT about abuse. I also like how Naraku does not seem to be the enemy, and I wonder if he will be so willing to help once he finds out who Kags attacker is. I really don't think it's the rape that broke Kags, that she can handle. I think what got her was the complete obliteration of her trust in Bankotsu. He took her trust in him and turned it into a weapon, one with VERY sharp edges. Thank god for friends like Jak and Sango, I liked how Sango tried to beat the shit out of Inuyasha. GO GIRL! Yeah, about the guns, I hope Kags invests in one. Be good for her. So what IS the deal with Souta, he has to be someone else's son, Kags dad wouldn't have left if it weren't REALLY bad. Well, props for a great chapter, and with respect to your busy schedule,

    Patiently Awaiting an Update,

I just read your last three chapters and I must say "wow"...not to mention "eh, gads" and "poor Kagome."

While it sounds strange to me to praise your gift of being able to describe, in terrible detail, scenes of abuse, I must say that I was completely enthralled. The chapters had that kind of, what I like to call, "train-wreck" effect where it was difficult to look away. Brilliant descriptions and lots of feeling in these chapters...I hope Kags recovers and beats the shit outta Bankotsu ^_^ (and, if not her, then I hope Inuyasha gets a piece of him). I liked the levity between Miroku and Inuyasha, too (well, after Miroku decided to stay). Favorite line - "If I rolled up a newspaper, would you run away?" I still giggle thinking about that.

My only real con-crit is grammar/spelling errors -which sometimes only detract from the over-all enjoyment simply because it's hard to figure out what you mean. The only reason I bring it up (because I almost NEVER give con-crits; they're such a delicate matter), is because I truly and thoroughly enjoy your stories. I know that you, like most of the rest of us ^_^, have a life outside of these writings and time is an issue. If you ever need someone to edit/beta anything, feel free to drop me a line -I do a lot of work in that field and would be more than happy to help.

Normally, I steer clear of stories that have abuse and/or a lot of angst in them, but I've been hopelessly sucked into yours...I think because it's been 14 chapters and hardly ANYTHING has happened between Inu and Kags (I don't count when their alter-egos get it on ^_^)...Well, that and you really do have the fine gift of story-telling. Great chapters, loved 'em, and can't wait for the next!

Another bomb ass chapter!!!!!!!!! I can feel the suspense building. Everytime I read it I have to wonder what's going to happen next. I'm going crazy reading this because I have all these different ideas swirling through my head on what really is going to happen........AND IT'S AWESOME!!!! Anyway! I'm so excited to see where you take this because there are so many ways for whatever is going to go down, to go down.....your writing is fabulous and it's not predictable like most other stories and that is something I LOVE about this story. You did A DAMN GOOD JOB once again. I'm on every day to see if you have updated and I cannot wait for the next chapter. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I loved it! I like how you write Inuyasha too...lol. And, look forward to his reaction when he finds out about Kagome? Or whatever your creative mind have in store for him.

Bankostu being in the room with Kagome and twisting into a dream like state...was brilliant, and you pulled it off so well.

    Thanks, for the review...

    Until next time,

Damn... remind me never to cross YOU... if you can dream all this up then I worry about you. But a very good hour read, I liked it and I do hope you continue, it seems to me like Bank is coming after kags and not sha, could it be that he is afraid of Sha? I think he may be and I HOPE Kags finds a way out of this. Bankotsu had better PRAY I never get my hands on him. I have a 9mm that has his name on it. one between the eyes and all his worries are gone. Patiently awaiting what Kagome is going to do.

I used to be in a relationship like Kagome had with Bankotsu. I was lucky that the guy never turned violent and I was able to get out when I wanted to. I feel so sorry for Kagome.

Okay, I just finished reading the bits of your story that you have posted, and I must admit, your work is awe inspiring. i certainly have gotten a few inspirations. (A French speaking hanyou? Tre's magnific) I'm glad to find someone on this site that's not afraid to be a bit darker without being distasteful and thank the kamis, you aren't afraid of the English language and all it's proper uses. Arigato for that. I look forward to the rest of the chapters, and I impatiently await your updates. Sadly, however, I will not embarass myself by joining the dancing. Please add me to your list of those with emails patiently (or rather im-) awaiting your new work.

    Ja ne',
