Wow... I hope you realize that you're displaying some gloriously insulting ignorance to what a Geisha really is by saying the definition is "concubine/whore/slut for sale." Here I thought I'd seen some butchery of culture before, but you have brought it to a new low. Geisha literally translates to "art-person" or "person of the arts." They are traditional artist-entertainers. They were and ARE *highly* respected, and beginning STRICT training from a very young age in arts, music, dance, and storytelling. Geisha are not required to engage in sexual affairs. They might CHOOSE to do so, however it is done discreetly and out of context with their "Geisha" duties.
Next time look things up before you prove just how amazingly misinformed you are about an ancient, amazingly complex profession.
