This is a review for both chapters 11 and 12.

First I want to say that chapter 11 was definitely heartbreaking. To see a rift growing between Sesshoumaru and Kagome was killing me! And the fact that he has shown an attraction for Inuyasha was confusing as well (even though it was hot beyong belief). This chapter further displays just how complicated this love triangle is, and the line that distinctly seperate my favorite pairings is becoming quite blurry. I don't know if I'm more for S/K or I/K or S/K/I! Now you've thrown in a bit of S/I, too? To put it simply, you are blowing my freakin' mind. :P

Chaper 12 was nothing less than an emotional rollercoaster. To see the breakdown and the make up between Sesshoumaru and Kagome was painful, sexy, and sweet. To know that at the end of the day Inuyasha will still come back and join them in bed, it makes me think that the love will be strong enough after all. The love that all three of them share, that is. Great job, again! You always keep me guessing and never fail to amaze me with each new chapter. Keep 'em coming, ne?

woo hoo, two chapters I hadn't read, yee ha! Liked 'em, nice action scene with Inuyasha running around, very 'hot' scene between the two guys, and I liked the fact that Kagome is conflicted. Ooooh, is she gonna be pissed when she finds out sessh knew, eh? looking forward to more!

Absolutely wonderful! Your imagination and talent know no bounds. The continual evolution and revelation of the relationships, thoughts, and feelings of the three main characters is so tastefully done. (I am wondering why Inuyasha didn't just jump into the well when the wolves surrounded him.) So, I wonder what Kagome and Sesshoumaru talked about before she left. I liked the way you brought out her thoughts and feelings due to Ayumi's questions. That was such an interesting scene. And, of course, Inuaysha and Sesshoumaru's interaction was great. I had to laugh at Inu's thought that this must be what it's like for Kagome with Sessh on top when the bear pinned him! Classic! I'm glad there are a couple more chapters to go. I'm going to be so sad when this fic is done because it's one of the BEST.

I feel sorry for Sesshomaru. In my opinion( what I felt from reading story) most of the stuff that has happened he has done for Kagome. I feel the brothers have a better brotherly bond but its definitely not perfect. When he had Inuyasha mark her it was because of her, of his love for her. I've been wondering where he is during all this time Inuyasha and Kagome spend together. I used to think she loved Sesshomaru more but it keeps going back to Inuyasha it seems( maybe just because they seem to spend more time together). I remember some people would say she was annoying because all she says is inuyasha inuyasha inuyasha. Right now I really dislike her character in this. Since the first 3 -some thats all I hear her say in my head. I'm hoping this baby is Sesshomaru's . Next chapter should be very interesting but I think Kagome and Inuyasha at least need a firm tongue lashing.Apparently they also need stuff to do( and I mean besides each other lol). Sesshomaru and Kagome need time together as well ( they're never together. Is he doing lordly duties all by himself? give Inuyasha a few). Kagome needs someone to set her straight on a few things and I hope her Mom has the pleasure of doing it. With the way things are going I'm not sure it can end with all 3 together happily but still think it can end mostly happy ( I'm rooting for a certain scenario in my head though). I wonder what the kids think of this as well. Next chapter should be very interesting. Also in regards to placement of story( you asked earlier) if it remains as is(3) or changes to another couple that is not this section best possibility for readers and enjoyment would be putting it in the general category. But probably best to finish it here since right now this is where people know where it is.

OH NO! It's starting to fall apart. I'm getting scared...it's always a bit frightening to see trouble in paradise (even though we know that at some point, all good things must come to an end). Is Kagome being drawn closer to Inuyasha? It starting to seem that way. I know that this is a Sess/Kag pairing, but throwing Inuyasha in has certainly stirred things up a lot. It's got me on the edge of my seat here! You're enjoying this, aren't you? You enjoy torturing me, haha. In any case, I eagerly await the next chapter. Thanks for more WONDERFUL writing.

Wow! Once again, you caught me by surprise. That whole chapter was completely unexpected. It was touching, and angsty, and managed to convey still more of the potential concerns of their unusual living arrangement. I really felt sorry for Sess in this one, and for the first time began to wonder just a bit about Kagome. She was feeling guilty for not being with Inuyasha as much while trying to have that baby Sess wants, and then it turns out there's a possibility she could be carrying another baby for Inuyasha? Did NOT see that coming. And then there were her thoughts about what her life would have been like if not for her adventures in the Feudal Era and meeting the two loves of her life. She sure seemed to be feeling sorry for herself. Then again, can't blame her for some of the guilt and feelings of being "torn between two lovers." Equal time and all that. Hmmm. How do the Mormons handle that? And let's not forget, even if she's tied to their lifespans, who wants to be pregnant all the time? And wondering about their love vs. her value to them as a producer of heirs -- yeah, I can see that. (I've got 4 kids of my own -- ask my husband how moody I was!) Loved the talk she had with Inu! He's really matured. I felt odd about his thoughts at the end, though -- about neglecting the kids. I would kind of think that with the three of them, they should be able to provide the kids with lots of love and attention. Sure, grown-ups have their own problems to deal with, but we're also talking about a time and culture where wealthy people like Sesshoumaru usually didn't have a lot to do with their kids anyway. So, I thought they were doing a pretty darn good job. Kagome's Mom. Got to say, I can definitely understand her taking after the two men. Though, I would have thought she'd be even more angry with Inuyasha than Sesshoumaru -- after all, she had accepted Sess as Kagome's "husband." And, of course, I would expect some choice words for her daughter. I've been very interested in the way you've portrayed her present-time family's reactions. All in all, I am just so impressed with this story. Even the parts that make me wince make me think. In some ways, it's almost too realistic to be comfortable. But, I'm still dreaming of a happy ending for all of them!! Can't wait to see it!

Hmmm, trouble in paradise, been expecting something to happen( Murphy's law works here). Its another well written and felt chapter. Reminds me of a line from a song "Trust is more important than monogamy". The secondary's main rule is to obey the primary right? Well can't wait till next chapter. Keep up the good work.

I saw this a few times and never read it, and now I'm so glad I finally did. I saw interlude and figured I'd better read this one first! I really like what you've done with it, maybe because I'm a person whose happy if the characters are happy, no matter what kind of relationship they have, or how many they have with them. I really liked how you built around their relationship, where they had to each come to terms with their own feelings for the other two, etc... It was just nicely done and the pace was nice and slow, which seemed right to me. I just couldn't see Sesshoumaru being who he was, or Inu being who he was, and suddenly have a quick acceptance of each other.

So, thanks so much for this. I've just started on writing and reading fan fiction, and yaoi, this year, and i'm enjoying finding lovely stories like this.

Oh, and hot. Did I mention hot? Woo hoo, had to fan myself a few times there!

Hey, don't stop writing this. I was once told that an author should write for her or his self. Personally, I love where this is going, I don't like Inuyasha sliding into the star slot, but yaoi is hot, especially Sesshomaru and Inuyasha with Kagome stuck between them. It's brilliant. I enjoyed reading it, just as much as I enjoy writing my own stories. Don't get stuck in the mud like me, though. Listen to some good music like Endless Waltz's theme song. I guaruntee that it will make you feel a little better. And if you ever need any thing from me, just let me know. If you ever get the chance, read a couple of my stories. I hope you like them. But, seriously, don't let what people think get you down, and like I said, an author must write for themselves, therefore it is more satifying. If some people don't like it, I'll bet you anything that they'll continue reading because of the plot. You have the ablility to put some other baddie in there. Perhaps something that will challenge Kagome? If you'd like any ideas or anything else email me at lucia.d.slade@gmail.com or if you have a Yahoo IM, you can find me at mataru_doukotsu. I hope that I could give you some encouragement. Stay true, and let your heart guide your stories.

Well that answers the question that popped up in my head about who's fantasy was that, lol. You're story is truly well written and very deep. This last chapter has put me in suspense for the next. Wondering what will happen now. I do have a question though. If Inuyasha is a secondary mate to Kagome, under Sesshomaru, can he still be a primary mate?

  • From madmiko on January 16, 2007
Just read the last 2 chpaters -- as always you continue to surprise and amaze me. Loved them!! Fascinating little talk Sesshoumaru had with Kagome about taboos. Loved Inuyasha's reaction upon waking. The only thing I didn't really like was Inu telling kagome to let him go because Kikyou was waiting for him. Telling her that first love is the most important -- the one you never get over -- hmmm. HE is Kagome's first love. So, I wasn't really comfortable with that. I completely love it that Kagome loves both Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha, but I have to think she must love Sesshoumaru a little more just because of her hurtful history with Inuyasha over Kikyou. Interesting that you feel that Inu has become the hero of this story. I definintely feel there was a shift of focus, but i still feel that it merely grew to include Inu in the main equation. To my way of thinking, Sesshoumaru is the one who loved Kagome all for herself and gave her the love, security, and confidence she needed to be happy. He's the one who has made adjustments and sacrifices to reconcile his family. He's been strong, solid, and understanding. I still think he's the main hero. I'm looking forward to the wrap up -- you've made this story so exciting and fascinating the whole way through. I've loved the twists and turns all along the way, and continue to admire your writing skill. This is awesome!

This new relationship between the two brothers and Kagome is very interesting. I find myself being torn between them. I'm a huge fan of both the Inuyasha/Kagome & Sesshoumaru/Kagome pairing. Putting them all together is sexy (undeniably so), but painful as well. The way it's progressed has me hooked. Wonderful piece. I look forward to more!

I for one .. love this story. If people don't like were it is headed then they can kindly stop reading it. I like the way you had Inuyasha uncomfortable with anything sexual with Sesshoumaru. It makes it more real, some people just have them be all for it, which isn't so bad either, lol. Anyways can't wait till you updat the epiloge or whatever you were going to do.
