i just finished reading all three chapters
and i thought this story was great. so,
the twins shinmaru was talking about are
they going to be the ones to teach inuyahsa
the proper way to talk? with inuyasha's
vocabulary he will need years of study. but i
can't wait to see what they do once they arrive.
they sound like they will be fun characters to
irritate the hell out of inuyasha.

anyway, once again great story and i look forward
to the next chapter. hopefully, it will be soon.

Great fic ! I'm enjoying it. Honestly, though, I think Inuyasha should kick everyone out of HIS castle. I mean, it's gotta be galling...the little human girl that his brother takes care of after a century of abandoning and attacking Inuyasha gets to see it first? And wander around in it? That's just cruel.

Yes, you're correct in saying it's moving quickly. But, we need to know all the juicy background details!! Poor Inuyasha! It sounds like he's about to become an unwilling 'Princess' complete with a castle full of conniving Inuyoukai bent on turning him into their vision of 'perfection'...lol Let the fur fly ;-) And for my two cents worth, dump Kagome and company and get rid of the Kodoma necklace that Inuyasha is forced to wear. Maybe there is spell that one of the others can use that will make the Kodoma stick like glue to Kagome and she gets plopped in the nearest mud puddle or cow pie every day for the next year or two until the number of drops matches what she has made Inuyasha suffer. Kirara and Kaede are about the only ones in both the manga and anime that don't beat on Inuyasha in some manner; keep the two-tail kitty and Kaede! And then bring out the torture for Sesshomaru; pay back for all the years he's been meaner than a junk yard dog towards his brother. Ooooh...and ditto for Kouga too; although he hasn't behaved as badly towards Inuyasha. Don't want much, do I...lol I'm really enjoying the story as you can tell. Looking forward to the next chapter!

You're doing a magnificant job keeping Sess and Inu in character. This is really a very intriguing story. I also have to agree with you about Kagome. I always felt that she misuses the subjugation spell. She's very immature and quite the selfish brat. She claims to be in love with Inuyasha, yet she treats him worse than a dog. Just once I'd like to 'sit' her. How does she expect Inuyasha to truly love her back when she treats him so poorly. And Sango and Miroku should be ashamed of themselves for permitting Kagome's behavior. I also agree with what you said about Kikyo. She was Inuyasha's first real love and it breaks his heart to see what she's become. None of his group cares anything about his feelings, only that Kagome likes him and that he should lick her feet happily. What a bunch assholes!

My heart almost broke when Inuyasha saw what belongs to him. All these years he could have been protected and safe within the castle walls. Instead, he was left orphaned, hated and to survive on his own. It's so sad, and Kagome and the others forget that, too. Inuyasha pretty much grew up almost ferel. So why wouldn't his manner and demeanor be gruff and rude. No one was there to teach him. He was alone all his life. It's time Inuyasha got something good.

I'm glad you're bringing Kouga in. He's my favorite character. I would love for him to end up shunning Kagome, too, lol. If he ever spent more time with her, he would realize just how childish and immature she really is.

Anyway, I look forward to reading more. Wonderful story, thus far, thank you. ^_^

Okay, I'm reviewing again, because this really deserves more than the two reviews it has so far, LOL.

Also because I forgot to say a couple of things!
    1. I liked how you've dealt with Kagome, and the difficulties she's having at home.
    2. The 'relatives' are going to be fascinating to meet, so I can hardly wait.
    3. I'm just dying to know how the gang is going to do when they finally find Inuyasha.
    4. and nice job on dealing with errors with no beta.

Okay, what I think of it.

    YEAAAAAAA. :-D
I like the flow, the writing style, and the characterization of everyone so far. I'm curious to meet the unknown characters, and looking forward to everything quite terribly. I hope your writing 'roll' continues it's cruising!

    Fantastic! Really, quite wonderful.

I was a little unsure after reading the summary. It was vague and confusing at the same time for me. But nevertheless, it certainly intrigued me enough to take a look. I am certainly glad I did, otherwise I would have missed out!

I think Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru are characterized beautifully. Some people go to such extremes, over utilizing their strongest traits (ie. Sesshoumaru's distaste for his brother; Inuyasha's swearing/temper). You used them sparingly and tactfully, making it much more believeable. As for the others, I look forward to seeing them develop as well. You're right when it comes to Kagome's behavior in the anime. It gets ridiculous to the point where I mutter to myself, "Aren't they overdoing that just a bit?" So frustrating. It hasn't come off as Kagome-bashing (at least not yet), so good for you for being able to separate your irritation toward her from the story's development.

The few glimpses of your OCs seem promising. Personally, I don't really care for OCs, but if they're done properly, I don't mind. Good luck with their development!

Wow...now that this review has gotten a wee bit lengthy, I'll draw it to a close. I look forward to reading more. Keep it up!
