First of I would like to say I love your story very much I just like how you get it to flow so nicely with the characters and even though you changed how Kagome and some of the characters are in this story it just fits. I had started to read it before I don't know how long ago it was but had seen you had recently updated it so I decided to read it from the beginning again and loved it even more. My little bit of critism is that I was wondering when Kagome would get to go home and see her mom and we would find out who the dark man from her nightmares on the island is I wasn't sure if you remembered that or not cause you have been pretty into the whole story so far with her at Sesshomaru's home and she hasn't even asked once about going to see her mom.Also, I have seen a bit or grammar errors here and there nothing real serious but some misspelled words and I don't know if you have one or even want one but I wouldn't mind betaing if you ever wanted me to I am a stay at home mom with some time on my hands here and there just let me know.

I love this story and I'm really glad I found that it had been updated again. I just wish this site sent out email chapter updates so I could read them as soon as they are posted. This was a long chapter and I really loved it. I'm a bit confused about somethings- like how the story has had very little content about 'Sessh & Kagome' since they arrived at his home. When they were on the island Kagome was having something like visions(?)& when they left the island in Ch.13 Erika the tennyo explained to them that(cut & paste) Kagome had a hidden power within her that she was unaware of & that she was never a normal human."(&) that she had enhanced abilities. While you were in your mother's womb the kami gifted you with several gifts.The majority of these gifts,however,would not manifest themselves until you met Sesshoumaru and mixed his blood with yours. This activated the rest of your latent abilities; you will slowly discover what those abilities are as time moves on. Your senses, strength, stamina and speed are even greater than they were before,but that is only the tip of the anthill so to speak, but that is for you to figure out on your own my dear. Kagome to be honest I have no idea what to classify you as, you are no longer human,but not a demon,nor are a hanyo ..Hmmm, maybe a type of tennyo? That sounds as good as anything at this point." (&) Ericka told Kagome-your body now requires that you ingest blood on a regular basis. While you are pregnant,your body will require an even greater amount of blood to keep both you and the pup healthy. When the pup is born you will not require as great an amount, but you will be required to feed on blood regularly to keep your health and strength up; much like a demon does. Your child will not be a half breed, since Kagome was 'technically' not human when she became pregnant, it will be something greater because Kagome had a this hidden power within her & was never a normal human."
Since Erika said that her latent abilities from the kamis had been activated by Sessh's blood & that her enhanced senses,speed & strength-were just the tip of the anthill & Kagome would figure out the rest of them on her own.(To me it seemed to imply that if her enhanced senses & such were just the tip of the anthill then Kagome would start manifesting some major powers & abilities but there has been no info in the story of Kagome's enhanced senses or anything else.) I'm kind of bummed because I've been looking forward to finding out what Kagome is becoming & what her new abilities & powers would be. (will she be able to fly,use elements, have visions, use majic or what? Ericka said she may be some type of tennyo but there's been absolutely no changes to Kagome (not even mentions of her enhanced senses?)
It seemed Kagome was the only being of her kind &/or she'd be changing into a new & powerful being that never existed before?) There's also been no mention of the man that is after Kagome & the reason she can't see her family. I've been dying to find out what new powers & abilities Kagome would get & now that she also received blood Ikaru I'm curios if that will have any effect on Kagome? I'm also dying to know if Kagome will be able to understand howls,barks & yips (so she could communicate with her pups?)? I'm also curious if Erika will be continuing to visit her, guide her & inform her of stuff- either about her family,the scary man that is after her or about any changes Kagome will be going through. It also seemed odd that all these powerful demons (or demons of royal blood) didn't care or even take any notice of Kagome & as she's neither a human or demon but something altogether uique,,I thought the demons would be curious of her scent,aura or etc. I'm sorry this review was so long & confusing but I just got a new PC & I can't work it very well & every time I try to type, delete or edit...I lose everything I'm writing.)& sometimes the page just dissappears. Well I'll leave it here & just say that I can't wait to read more & find out what happens next.

I love this story & I enjoyed this new chapter but I have a few thoughts & questions. I feel uncomfortable mentioning them in a review but as I can't leave a PM,this is my only choice. When they were on the island we learned from Ericka that Kagome was born human but she's special,different than any other human and that the gods changed her and gave her special gifts when she was in her mom's womb. She told Kagome the reason she always felt different was because she was different,she was made for Sessh (or they were made for each other) and that she gave off an aura that made her seem unattractive to any male other than Sessh and once she's mated to Sessh the magic in her blood will become active and change her. She'll become something else and she'll get stronger(I can't wait to see how much stronger since she can already wear 350-400lbs of armor where Sessh, a powerful youkai,can only wear 150lbs of armor & I can't wait to see how Ikaru and Sessh's dad/family react when they see how heavy her armor is since Sessh was shocked),faster and gain special powers and abilities,along with other changes. When she and Sessh started getting closer she started to have dreams that after Ericka looked into them it turned out they were more like visions but other than that & only then,she never had them again and only when Rin was in trouble did Kagome become so fast that Sessh said he couldn't follow her scent because she was moving so quickly that she wasn't touching the ground. One of the gifts the gods gave her was the ability to birth full blooded youkai and then we learned from Ericka that Kagome would have to drink blood for the rest of her life but not as often as when she's pregnant. I know Kagome told Ikaru and Sessh's dad everything from her fight with Sessh, to the Tennyo showing up & sending them to the island, to the fact that she's now his mate and carrying his child and that according to the Ericka..Kagome and Sessh being mated was the will of the gods but since Sessh has been knocked out since they arrived,I was wondering if Kagome told them everything,like; she's no longer human but something similar to a Tennyo,she can birth full blooded youkai but they'll be very powerful because they'll also inherit some of the gifts that the gods gave her. I was also wondering when she'll start changing and we'll find out what her new powers and abilities will be. I also don't understand why Kagome isn't even curious or interested in what/how she'll be changing or what powers and abilities she'll be getting because it's like she doesn't care and that just seems bizarre(You feel different,like an outsider from your family and everyone around you for your entire life ,then you suddenly find out why, along with the fact that you'll be changing, getting powers and abilitiies...& you show no interest?.Plus, you have a life changing battle coming up and you aren't even interested in training or finding out if you have gotten any of your new abilities?).I can't wait for the next chapter,the battle,Sessh's waking (Oh yeah,why hasn't Kagome mentioned that she & Sessh have a spell on them where they feel each others pain,get each others injuries and so forth?)..I also wonder how many pups Kagome will have?

I have so many questions that I can't wait to read more of this story. I can't wait for the next chapter.

I just read Ch.21 and when I saw the A.N.,I felt guilty for saying I noticed the name mix up between Sessh and Ikaru's mom's.I'm really sorry and I hope you'll accept my apology.When I noticed it I felt like letting you know was the right thing to do,I felt awkward about saying it in a review but, I couldn't find a less public way of telling you. I would've rather sent it to you in a PM or something similar but after looking for another way I couldn't find any other option. I really enjoyed this chapter. There are some parts I'm confused about but I don't know if I should mention them in a review. I wonder what will happen with this fight Kagome is to have with Ikaru. I recall Ericka reminding them they are still connected by the spell placed on them when they got to the island(the one to keep them close together physically and feel each others pain?) & since Ericka said she placed the mark of the Royal Family of the West on Kagomes forehead so that all may know that you belong to their household and as a precautionary measure(?) I can't help but wonder if the fight was one of the things the mark to help prevent. It seems odd that there isn't another option considering that they were meant to be together by the will of the Kami's,born to be together,Sessh fought her,he and his beast chose her,mated and marked her as their lifemate and she is carrying their pup or pups... all these things but,there is no option other than Kagome having to fight someone for the right to be his mate.
After all the things that Ericka mentioned,I'm curious what changes Kagome will go through and what powers and abilities she will gain.
Ericka said "You felt you were different from your friends and family because you were; you were always different Kagome, because you were made to be with Sesshoumaru".Then Kagome asked if she was human & she said "You were born a human Kagome,don't be confused about that,you merely had some enhanced abilities.While you were in your mother's womb the Kami gifted you with several gifts that would make you better able to handle the hardships that you would be forced to endure when you matured into a woman. The majority of these gifts,however,would not manifest themselves until you met Sesshoumaru and mixed his blood with yours. This activated the rest of your latent abilities; you will slowly discover what those abilities are as time moves on. Your senses, strength, stamina and speed are even greater than they were before, but that is only the tip of the anthill so to speak, but that is for you to figure out on your own my dear. You are no longer human, but not demon either, more like a hybrid, as such your body's requirements have changed-you will be required to feed on blood regularly to keep your health and strength up; much like a demon does. Your child will not be a half breed, since Kagome was not technically human when she became pregnant, it will be something greater because Kagome had a hidden power within her that she was unaware of. She was never a normal human"(?). I can't wait to find out why Sessh's family thought she smelled like some type of demon when they first met her or why his dad was so confused that he couldn't think.I wonder if Ericka will show up before this fight to help,advise or explain about this being the will of the Kami's. I'm curious bout 2 things that I will ask about;first,if Kagome was made to be with Sessh,was he made to be with her and if so,are they soul mates? & the second,we know she's a virgin from the beginning of the story but Sessh we're never really told but the first morning on the island when they went to bathe & suddenly couldn't move apart & they kissed afterward Sessh was thinking that she awakened a passion in him that no woman had ever managed to achieve before; though many had tried & we know that this is the 1st time Sessh will be affected by mating season & all he seems to know is what his dad told him to expect ...(no foreplay or preparing her just right to it,made me hop if he's this eager & uncreative I hope he's a virgin too)it's never mentioned but it seems like he's a virgin & he just follows his instincts when they mate the 1st time which is exactly what she did. The 1st morning..I know they'd only known each other a day as enemies being forced together,when he woke sleeping with her,feeling something,with his beast all comfy,realizing his 1st mating season(& worst) is coming but deciding it was too early to warn her,wanting to let her keep her piece of mind because he felt he could control it a while longer,at 1st I thought he was rude, cruel or mean,when he thought to himself that he didn't need a skittish virgin on his hands.While I know it was his 1st time about to lose control of himself to lust & he'd been told his whole life that when it happened his beast would take over & rape the girl & it was his 1st time going through the hormone thing & she was an innocent female & he felt they were being manipulated and he was upset about it,him thinking of her as a skittish virgin if he told her he was going to lose it and rape her then that doesn't mean he himself isn't a virgin(At this point,from what his dad told him,it only means he'll have to deal with her if she freaks out until his beast takes over & his beast will mindlessly rape her with no concern for her & then give him back control to deal with the damage,right?)...Argh,I just want to know if he was still a virgin too..I know it's silly but are we ever going to find out because I'm dying of curiosity about that?(When I think about it,I don't know if I'm just being a hopeless romantic and I think I just think it'd be sweet & romantic if neither had ever been with another.Plus,with all she's been through,has to still go through & as insecure as she is,it would hurt her terribly if a female he'd been with in the past came up to throw it in her face.There are so many FF with Kagome going through angst & I love this story so I don't want to see her suffer more than she has to & I'm a sucker for a happy ending & so you can ignore this litte rant because it's likely my inner sissy who has become huge since I had a hysterectomy 6 months ago & I'm in early/forced menopause & I swear I cry at the drop of a hat & get mushy & hot flashes in florida...please just pity me and ignore me.I'll shut up now)
I can't wait for the next chapter to see what happens and I can't wait to see what some of Kagome's new powers and abilities will be or what other changes she'll go through. I love your story and I'll try not to hold my breath until I can read more.

I really like the new chapter but I'm confused about something and when I read the A.N.,I felt terrible about that I noticed the name mix up between Sessh and Ikaru's mom's. I felt awkward writing about it in a review and I wish I could have sent a P.M. with the info but,that wasn't an option. I don't know if I should say anything about what I'm confused about this time but that after the extreme circumstances that the gods/kamis went to make sure Kagome and Sessh met,fell in love, became mated and most importantly,they kept them on the island till Kagome was with pup/pups.Why would they go through all of that only to have Kagome fight in a viscous battle against Ikaru(who promises to fight to win,which means she's going to fight her hardest against Kagome)in order to win the right to be Sessh's Mate? Why hasn't Ericka shown up to help or advise Kagome (& Sessh's family) about another option to deal with the 'vipers'? Then again Kagome should be getting her new powers and Ericka said she's kinda like a tennyo and apparently Sessh's family thinks she smells like some type of demon so maybe they'll (her new powers) come to her instinctually and she'll be powerful enough to kick some major ass and win quickly. I understand why Ikaru came up with the idea but I don't understand why Sessh or Ericka didn't prepare a pregnant Kagome for this sort of situation. I kind of understand why Ikaru knocked out Sessh in the very beginning but I imagine he's going to be very pissed off at Ikaru for jeopardizing Kagome and his pup (or pups) and not allowing him to have any say in how to handle this. I can't wait for the next chapter to see what happens and I can't wait to see what some of Kagome's new powers and abilities will be or what other changes she'll go through

I was so excited about this story that I started to reread it again but I read all the A.N.'s this time & I noticed that they mentioned other sites where this story was being written. I went to Dokuga & reread it again. I just couldn't help myself,I really enjoy this story & I love the style it is written in. I love the flashbacks,dreams & all the details that Ericka lets slip. I love the direction the story is going & I like the way that Kagome's changing. I like the idea that they were made for each other,that she'll birth full demon pups,the fact that she's already so fast that she barely touches the ground (& Sessh had a hard time tracking her scent) & I can't wait to see how much more she'll change & what those change's will be like for her physically & in her scent & aura. I'm also very nervous now about where the story left off,with Sessh,Kagome & Rin walking into the scene with Sessh's dad & sister ,Ikaru, having it out with the vipers(females that want to mate Sessh) & the fact that the word 'challenge' was mentioned. I pray that Kagome can't be challenged while pregnant with Sessh's pup or pups(I thought the possibility of her carrying more than one pup when I realized that she got morning sickness almost immediately & the importance of her & Sessh mating). I really hope that now that he's mated & she's pupped that no challenges can be made & that was the reason that the Kami's kept them on the island untill they were mated & she was pregnant. I can't wait for the next chapter so I beg & plead with you to continue this story before I start to cry.......need more....PLEASE!!!!!!

I can't wait for the next chapter. There was an evil cliffy at the end of this one & I can't wait to see what happens from here.I also can't wait to see what strange powers,abilities & changes Kagome is going to soon have.I wonder if he,his father & sister will be able to sense the changes in her,either by look ,scent ,aura or otherwise. I hope they start to manifest in her soon because it seems,she may need help if she's going to have face the pack of vipers at some point & possibly alone. I wanted to ask if Ericka's mention that Kagome was basically,similar to a tennyo was a hint of some kind?

I was so excited by the new chapter that I reread the entire story. I really liked the new chapter but I'm confused by something. As I reread the story I noticed that Sessh's mom & Lord Inutaisho's first Mate was Lady Serenity,the 1st lady of the Western Lands. Lady Sakura was Ikaru's birth Mom & the Lady of the Eastern Lands. In the early chapters-where Ikaru was young & visiting,when they had to save her life & in the letter from her parents & when Sessh's mom died. There was only 1 other time that the names were confused & that was when they decided to do the blood exchange to save Ikaru but this last chapter kept stating Sakura was the 1st Lady of The Western Lands ? I hope I don't upset anyone with this but wasn't Sakura Ikaru's mom & Serenity Sessh's mom & the 1st Lady of the Western Lands,like it was mentioned in the early chapters??
