ok that WAS sad and short but I must have more...I am sorry for your pain, but I often write when I too am depressed or sad or in desprate need to vent my hurt, its always been a good tool for me and a way to sort of let go, to release the pain and come to terms with what ever it was that caused it, sometimes it works, sometimes it just helps heal a little but writing it out does a sad heart good...till next chap be well safe and hopefully you will find some happiness in this phase to help you through your pain...huggles and smiles Mija....:-)
