I can really feel for kagome in this story you capture most of the effects for victims of rape and there loved ones to a T. Especially the reactions of souta and inuyasha my oldest brother is the same still very overprotective pretty much has a hero complex and extreme guilt for that reason he doesn't know I remember, the only reason he let my attacker live is because our mother begged him not to kill our brother.
