The chapter is short.. but I'll totally put up with short chapters and shorter time between updates if that's possible.

Wow. This is fantastic. You've got some of the most in-character writing of this pairing I've ever seen. The problems are realistic and the solutions complex and well thought out. And thank god! A story where InuYasha isn't being beaten by Sesshomaru! I love the fact that they're both having to see beneath the outward appearances they've always shown each other. And I love that you show so much respect for InuYasha's relationship with Kagome and Sesshomaru's relationship with Rin. I thought that the description of Rin's death was beautifully bittersweet. I can't wait to see where you take this. Bravo!

His "touch" huh? That leaves a lot to the imagination. InuYasha is very slowly coming around to what he needs to do and that's good. Wonderfully written. I can't wait for the update. DLS

A classic and original story with an original and intriguing plot. Awesome and in depth characterization to capture readers and leave them wanting for more. Wonderful writing and waiting for the next update eagerly.

*squeeeee!* I love the part about Rin, and how Sesshomaru planned on taking her as his mate and how he'd fight every enemy just to have her... and the fact that you did this within a inusesst story... that's guts and great writing right there! I also loved how Sesshomaru's last word to Inuyasha about the next phase was "My touch." XD Oo and how Sesshomaru didn't even notice as the sunset came and went *squee!* Slowly he will find his heart again! Yay!

GREAT job! I look forward to the next installment anxiously!

Good chapter. Though, why didn't Sesshomaru bring Rin back with Tenseiga? I can think of a couple of reasons a) He had already done it once, and you can only give 1 "get out of death free" card or b) she died of natural causes. But it would be good to specify.

I think you're doing a good job keep IY and S in character.
