OMG this so has me on my toes and wanting more *grins* I like how you have dipicted Inu in this it is so different form what you usually see in fanfics. (I bet Jakotsu would flip to see Inu like this *teehee) Any how well done and I adore how you have brought new "Gods" into this. I also like a nosey Sesshoumaru.
A few notes with Type O's I found:
Hearing the screeching of those blasted mikos was enough to make him want to run for the heels, but one of his elegance and upbringing would never bring himself to do such a thing. (I think you meant hills instead of heels)
... his demon half completely in order to please the whim of some moral girl. (mortal instead of moral)
The Inudemon Priestess moved to Inuyasha and Sesshomaru watched as she took out a brush and pained various symbols on Inuyasha’s skin leaving a colored in (painted instead of pained)

Hey, I just read your first chapter. (This is the first I had heard of it.) I must say, I am most intrigued. Normally I would shy away from such a complete over-haul of Inuyasha's character but this is such a delightfully different plot that I can't help being a bit more open to it. I like your style. The words flow very smoothly and you managed to capture my attention completely with just one chapter. I'll be on the look-out for more. Sometime after the holidays maybe. Anyway, good show. Be proud baby! Strut that stuff! LOL
