I like the concept you have that the kotodama rosary has somehow blocked Inuyasha's move into maturity. Since the rosary has to be powered by something, it seems logical that the power would be drawn from him and the drawing would hinder his growth and maturity.

I don't particularly care for the fact that you have all but turned Inuyasha into a female. Sess has feminine grace, but he is definately masculine. Perhaps in the next chapter you can also focus on those masculine aspects of Inu's character so he will remain well rounded.
