the crescendo of emotion and action leading to the cliffy at the end made this a great chapter. i thought that you would have sesshoumaru rescue inuyasha before naraku could actually do anything to him, but i was wrong, wasn't i? i do hope that updates to this story come more frequently, but not to the extent that they preclude a well developed plot. i really think this was one of the best balanced chapters yet. thank you for posting this.

Yay! Sesshomaru to the rescue! I like that there's a glimmer of light in all that darkness for Sesshomaru (and for Inuyasha). Hope you update this again (soon XD)!! Good job!

i was over joyed to see an up date. the main characters are all moving into place. i can't wait to see if they will be in time to save inuyasha's 'virtue'. the wait between chapters has lessened the intensity of the story. when the next chapter posts, i will start over from the beginning to see if i can recapture it in my mind.
