Making InuYasha human in a story, an AU story, is a real challenge. Cause you wanna get his personality somewhat similar, but know it's gonna be difficult... Make him a HUMAN!!! HUMAN!!!!!!!

I think you should go with a human version because it is rarely done in the fan fics. Also even if you make him human you can always give him a like six sence like if kagome lies about being with someone he can just tell that she is lieing. Although Kagome is just a human in the series she does have certain powers... Well, you can give him something like those powers kagome has.

Make him a human, if thats what you're more comfortable with. After all, there aren't that many inu-human fic out there {or....at least compared to the inu-hanyou fics ^^} I hope you update soon---this is a good start {oh, and i love kouga! ;) }

Well, since you already made Kouga a human, it woul probably make it easier to make Inu-Yasha a human too. The world you've created doesn't really seem like it would have demons. This is really great, I haven't been this interested in a story since I first got into fanfiction.
