This is really just a preliminary chapter. If you're not interested in the disclaimer and a breif prelude that will will reveal almost nothing but Naraku's last moments, skip ahead.

Prelude:
Naraku's Last Breath

Naraku's black eyes gazed up at the cold, heartless pits glaring down at him. Naraku was without words. He was beaten by another shape-shifting hanyou.
Staring down at him was a half-demon that had taken on multiple forms throughout the fight. Now, this shape shifter had taken the form of a massive wolf, glaring down at him with black eyes of hatred.
The attacker at last spoke, "Die.... Father..."
Kagura and Kohaku watched in shock as the shape-shifter unleashed his most powerful attack yet, one that struck from the very heavens. A bright light blinded Kagura and Kohaku, before everything went black.
