Kagome, Sango, Miroku, Kilala, and Shippo continued there life after Kagome left Inuyasha.
Kagome was happy until the day she left him, now she never smiles.
�Kagome, do you want to stop ahead at the village?� Sango asked.
�Sure I can make some food as soon as we get there.� Kagome said.
�Yeah that will be great!� Shippo said running towards Kagome.
�Hello Shippo.� Kagome said smiling at the little fox demon.

�Hi Kagome what are you gonna make to eat?� Shippo asked.
�Wait and see�I�ll be right back Shippo you stay here.� Kagome said.
She went to the river to get some fish�as she took off her long black gloves she saw the scars of the old days�.�Inuyasha�� Kagome whispered.
*Flash Back*
Kagome went to the hot springs before she undressed�.�Inuyasha�.� She whispered.
Inuyasha stood before her a human�.�It isn't the full moon.� Kagome stated.
�Ka-go-me.� Inuyasha said.
Inuyasha hugged Kagome��She tricked and played with my heart.� Inuyasha said.
*So this means�Kagome thought.*
�I'm so sorry please forgive me and come back with me please I beg of you.� Inuyasha said.
Kagome looked at this human Inuyasha his emotions finally showed. His eyes were filled with tears. His face was pale in the fact of rejection he was as weak as I once was.
Inuyasha looked at Kagome with puppy eyes�she laughed she could see him getting his hopes up a bit.
�No, Inuyasha I refuse to be a mate or go with you. You finally realized your true love when it was too late. You sent pain upon me and made me feel like nothing. You left scars on me that will never fade away! You preferred KIKYOU to me. You tortured the living soul out of me, and you left with her when I was at the point of DIEING!� Kagome said.
�Ka-go-me?� Inuyasha questioned.
�Look at you Inuyasha, you're pathetic to think I would pity you!� Kagome said.
Kagome reached in her pocket and handed him her knife that helped eased the pain for sometime�"I think you'll need this more than I will�By the way, the arms ease the pain more." Kagome said walking away.
�Kagome don't leave me!� Inuyasha pleaded.
�Didn't I tell you the same thing that day and what did you do? You left me! Now it�s my turn.� Kagome said leaving him alone.
*End Of Flash Back*
She remembered that so clearly. She caught 4 fish and she put them on strings�."I feel so sad and lonely." Kagome whispered when she put her gloves back on she got up and walked to camp.
She cooked the fish up and served one for her, Sango, Miroku, and Shippo.
�Sango, Miroku, and Shippo.� Kagome said.
�Yes, what is it Kagome?� Sango asked.
�I would like to take my separate path alone�Ever since the well closed up on me for no reason... I never got to do what I really planned on doing here�We already gathered the Shikon Jewel Shards�and Kikyou dispatched the thing using the wish. I want to travel alone and I'm leaving today.� Kagome said.
�I agree as well�My wind tunnel has broken and I no longer have this curse and I plan on Sango barring my child.� Miroku said.
�Oh Miroku.� Sango said looking at him.
�Shippo I was wondering would you like to travel with me?� Kagome asked.
�You bet I would.� Shippo said.
�It�s settled�Shippo hurry and eat we're leaving as soon as we're done eating.� Kagome said.
~~Moments Later~~~
�Well Sango I�ll see you later�you too Miroku until we meet again.� Kagome said hugging Sango and waving good bye to Miroku.
�Kagome�.� Sango said before she disappeared.
�Nani?� Kagome said.
�Take care of yourself okay?� Sango said and Miroku nodded.
�Hai! I will not be a baka again.� Kagome said.
�Lie! I won't be... I promise.� Kagome said and walked away with Shippo.
�Hai�� Sango whispered as she saw Kagome walk away.
�Kagome what are we going to do?� Shippo asked.
�Nani?� Kagome asked not paying attention to what he said.
�What are we going to do?� Shippo asked once more.
�Oh well�I don't know but we'll figure it out along the way.� Kagome said.
*I know Sango told me to be careful because of what I used to do but I stopped. Kagome thought.*
Kagome stopped at a river and looked ahead to see Sesshomaru.
�Oh look what we have here�If it isn't Lord Sesshomaru himself. Have you come to try to kill me again?� Kagome asked pulling out a sword Sango had given to her before she left.
�Hai.. Maybe I will if you test my patience.� Sesshomaru said.
�Hai you don't say?� Kagome said.
*This woman is really in for it. Sesshomaru thought*
�Put your weapon down. I did not come to kill you at least not at this moment.� Sesshomaru said smirking.
Kagome put the weapon in its sheath�."What do you want from me?" Kagome asked Shippo was hiding behind Kagome.
�I wanted to ask you something.� Sesshomaru said.
"Well what is it then I don't have all day you know?" Kagome asked.
�Yes I know�Is Inuyasha mortal, and is Naraku really dead?� Sesshomaru asked.
�Yes Inuyasha is mortal, and yes Naraku is really dead.� Kagome said.
�Very well�� Sesshomaru said as he walked up to Kagome and picked her up.
�What are you doing put me down?� Kagome said.
�Fox�� Shippo said.
�Oh you dare to challenge me, you wish of your death that early? Follow me or be killed by my claws.� Sesshomaru said smirking at Shippo.
�Umm..Umm�yes.� Shippo said.
�Put me down you�� Kagome said.
�Me what?� Sesshomaru asked.
�You JERK!� Kagome yelled.
*Damn I wish I can sit his ass to hell like I could with INUYASHA. Kagome thought.*
Sesshomaru didn't do as she asked.
*Flash Back*
�Jaken what do you mean it�s time for me to find a mate?� Sesshomaru asked.
�Mi lord�.You need a mate for when you die your son or daughter will rule over the Western Lands.� Jaken explained.
�Oh I see�� Sesshomaru said.
�Perhaps maybe Kagura.� Jaken suggested.
�Feh! She can go to hell for all I care�� Sesshomaru said and then smiled.
�Mi lord why are you smiling?� Jaken asked.
�Jaken�� Sesshomaru said.
�Yes?� Jaken asked.
�Take care of Rin for me. I�ll be back in a matter of days with my perfect mate.� Sesshomaru said leaving the castle.
�But mi lord!� Jaken said�*To late he already left. Jaken thought.*
�Jaken-Sama, Jaken-Sama why are you green?� Rin went up to him and sang.
�Who cares?� Jaken asked back.
�Jaken-Sama, Jaken-Sama why are you green?� Rin sang to him.
�Silence Rin!� Jaken said.
�Make me!� Rin said back.
�Oh why you little�� Jaken said.
*End Of Flashback*
Sesshomaru carried her to the castle�.he saw that Kagome had fallen asleep on him and was breathing slowly.
�About time she shut up.� Sesshomaru said.
Shippo was just following fearfully.
*Yes she is to make a perfect mate. I smell the innocence in her. Why is she wearing gloves? Sesshomaru thought.*
~~~Moments Later~~~
Kagome awakens in a bed with silk sheets�"Huh where am I?" Kagome asked.
�Shippo?� Kagome asked.
*Flash Back*
�Put me down you�� Kagome said.
�Me what?� Sesshomaru asked.
�You JERK!� Kagome said.
*Damn I wish I can sit his as to hell like I could with INUYASHA. Kagome thought.*
Sesshomaru didn't do as she asked.
*End Of Flash Back*
�Hey now I remember. That Jerk! He practically took me by force.� Kagome said getting mad again.
Kagome got up from her bed to go outside of her bedroom to see Sesshomaru push her back in.

�Hey what do you want from me?� Kagome asked.
�You're to be my mate and if you refuse I�ll kill you.� Sesshomaru said.
�WHAT!� Kagome yelled.
�You heard me, you're to be my mate.� Sesshomaru said.
"I know you idiot it's called sarcasm!" Kagome yelled at him.
*Umm is she feisty or what? I wonder how she will be in bed. Sesshomaru thought of that then he smirked.
*Why is he looking at me like that? And why is he smiling? Kagome thought and then blushed.*
