Dear Readers,
This is my first story ever I'm hoping that you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Sorry in advance for any grammar or spelling mistakes in the story I have no beta.
Our story starts three years to the day of the final battle with Naraku. Kagome was sent back to her birth era after that faithful battle and the Shikon Jewel's destruction, but she finally got to return to the feudal era where her heart always was.
InuYasha was sitting on Keade's roof waiting for everyone's favorite miko as he always did. He has hardly talked to anyone since the day Kagome was forced back into the future. Going to the bone-eaters well every other day at dawn to try and get to Kagome's side of the wall. Praying to all the Kami's that he'd get to see his true love again. He was about to fall asleep when he scented a scent he had not smelt in years. Hoping and praying he was not dreaming he rushed to the bone-eaters well.
He got there just in time to see Kagome climbing out of the well. The moment InuYasha seen Kagome he was at her side pulling he to him. Trying to figure out how he was going to ask her to become his mate. When he was brought out of his thoughts by her lips on his in passionate kiss, InuYasha was so shocked with the kiss Kagome was about to pull away, when he put his left hand in her hair at the base of her head pulling her back into him to deepening the kiss. Licking her bottom lip asking for entry to her warm wet mouth loving how she tasted of fresh strawberries and honey. Kagome pushed his tongue back into his mouth running her tongue across one of his fangs making him pull back out of fear of hurting her. Just as he pulled back he smells Miroku and Sango and their three kids cursing to himself, InuYasha backs further away from Kagome and tells her that Miroku and Sango are heading their way.
When Kagome see's them come out of the trees she is surprised to see Miroku holding twin girls and Sango with a small boy on her back. Kagome squealed and rushed to see the new additions to the group asking Sango what there names are and how old they are.
As that was happening InuYasha was trying to thank of a way to get her all to himself. When a bright blue light came from the well, Midoriko appeared from the blue light and told everyone that the Shikon Jewel was not destroyed at the final battle against Naraku as everyone thought it to be. Midoriko also said that Kagome was the only one the could use it, but she had to be carful if wishes war not pure or for the care of others it could mean her death. After saying that they had to find the Shikon Jewel before it fell into the hands of evil she vanished with the light pointing towards the west.
