Sesshoumaru had to wait a full week for his armor to be repaired. That of course gave Inuyasha time to run further away and it pissed Sesshoumaru off. He would find his wayward little brother soon and bring him back before he did something else to embarrass him like finding another human female to mate with.

When he got his armor he was pleased since it was pristine once again and shining. He would look splendid again and this time it hadn’t cost him anything since he threatened the blacksmith with death if he thought to charge him for such small repair work.

Mother was less than pleased to see Sesshoumaru getting ready to go. She knew Sesshoumaru would be worse on Inuyasha then normal since he had to wait for so long to go fetch him. In some ways Mother felt for the child.

“Sesshoumaru, if Inuyasha is a woman what will you do?”

Mother asked softly.

“Does it really matter Mother? It is a hanyou we are talking about. They are worthless.”

Sesshoumaru stated simply.

“He is your brother.”

Mother stated tersely.

“I am aware of this.”

Sesshoumaru said simply.

“You should be kinder to him Sesshoumaru. He is your only other family and if he is female……”

Mother started to say only for Sesshoumaru to look down at his Mother with disgust in his eyes.

“If he is female I will simply whip her for running. It is not that unusual Mother. I whip your other females for fewer infractions to discipline them. I promise though that Inuyasha will not run from me again when I am done.”

Sesshoumaru said flatly.

“And you know I do not approve of such methods.”

Mother said angrily.

“Mother, you are too soft. A firm hand is needed to insure absolute loyalty and servitude. Now leave me.”

Sesshoumaru stated dismissing his Mother who huffed and walked away. If Sesshoumaru’s Father was alive he would have clocked him good for even considering whipping a female.

As Sesshoumaru prepared to leave, he wondered what kind of woman Inuyasha would make. Then he shrugged it off. Inuyasha was a hanyou and hanyous were far below him.

Sesshoumaru took to the sky trying to catch the scent of his little brother. A week was long enough for the boy to hide his scent, but much to Sesshoumaru’s surprise the scent was strong.

“Fool.”

Sesshoumaru muttered as he landed in the forest where the scent was strongest.

Following his nose Sesshoumaru found the scent was strong everywhere in this area and then it disappeared as though Inuyasha just vanished. He then realized he was walking in a large circle which really pissed him off. That was until he hit something and realized there was a barrier here.

“Interesting.”

Sesshoumaru stated as he tested the barrier with his sword. He didn’t have tessaiga’s abilities to break barriers, but he was a patient man. He would wait for someone to come out of the barrier and then he would question them to where Inuyasha’s whereabouts were.

Watching from a distance, Sesshoumaru waited for the barrier to open and did not have to wait for long as a young fox demon woman with a child came out of the barrier.

“Mommy are we really going to pick strawberries today?”

The young fox demon asked his Mother.

“Yes dear. Pearl worked so hard to paint our hut and I want to give her something for her hard work.”

The Mother said.

Sesshoumaru knew that name. It was something Inuyasha said before he ran away. So Inuyasha was here. Well he wouldn’t be able to hide from him for long.

As the woman moved away from the barrier Sesshoumaru moved lightning fast and grasped the woman by her hair.

“You will take me to my brother woman.”

Sesshoumaru growled as the little fox demon got mad since this big demon was picking on his Mother. The little fox demon kicked at Sesshoumaru who simply ignored him.

“Who is your brother my Lord?”

The woman said afraid for her life since she knew who Lord Sesshoumaru was and although he did not usually hit women he was not against killing them.

“You know very well who my brother is. Take me to him and if you act foolish again it will be your head.”

Sesshoumaru snarled as he forced the woman to walk towards the barrier.

“Open it.”

Sesshoumaru ordered.

The woman cautiously bit her finger and opened the barrier.

Sesshoumaru strode inside then pushed the woman aside. He could not see Inuyasha, but he could smell him and his scent was strong although not as foul as before.

Shippo hid Pearl when he felt Sesshoumaru’s aura and smelled the demon Lord in his village. Sesshoumaru was not going to get a second chance at Inuyasha’s body if Shippo could help it.

“Lord Sesshoumaru we need to talk.”

Shippo stated confronting the demon Lord who looked at the fox who was in his way.

“Move boy unless you wish to die.”

Sesshoumaru stated readying his acid whip in case these fox demons dared to attack him.

“Lord Sesshoumaru I am not moving. I will fight you if necessary to protect my Father’s body. I will not allow you to kill Inuyasha’s body when I have sworn to protect the woman who is in it by my vow to my Father.”

Shippo stated and then Sesshoumaru realized who this little upstart was. It was that little fox demon that Inuyasha used to keep in his pack.

“If you fight me you die.”

Sesshoumaru said simply.

“I do not wish to fight you my Lord. I wish to only protect Inuyasha’s body.”

Shippo said.

“My brother’s body is mine. He is mine. My kill, my prey, mine alone. If you interfere I will kill you and destroy your village. Now take me to my brother.”

Sesshoumaru said losing patience with this boy.

“He isn’t a he and he isn’t your brother anymore. You lost the privilege of having a brother the day you abandoned him and the day you killed him.”

Shippo said angrily as he readied his fox fire.

Pearl couldn’t take it anymore. Shippo was going to be killed and his village decimated over her. She had to stop this. Pearl didn’t know how she knew this, but she knew Sesshoumaru was powerful enough to kill her new friend and the little she experienced from the asshole he would indeed burn this village down. People would be hurt and she couldn’t live with that.

Gathering her sword to her side she came out of her hiding place just as Sesshoumaru went to unsheathe bakusaiga.

“Stop…..please stop.”

Pearl stated only for Sesshoumaru to look at Pearl wide eyed while Shippo went to attack. Sesshoumaru easily dodged the blow, but was in front of Pearl in seconds grasping her by her arm.

“What spell is this? What have you done to my brother’s body?”

Sesshoumaru growled looking at the woman. It was still Inuyasha’s face with more of a feminine curve to it though and those breasts were mocking him in their perfection. Inuyasha was not perfect, he was a stain on his family. One he would eventually eliminate.

“I woke up and this body was like this. I don’t know why it is this way, but I am still partially male.”

Pearl said in embarrassment.

Sesshoumaru sneered. The voice speaking to him had also changed. It was more melodious and pleasant. Not as irritating as before and although Inuyasha was beautiful before he was stunning now. It was wrong and Sesshoumaru wanted to mar that face to prove the hanyou before him was less then attractive.

“We are leaving. Now.”

Sesshoumaru tightened his grip on Pearl’s arm and pulled her away with him.

“No! Pearl you don’t have to go with him! You have tessaiga! Use it!”

Shippo yelled.

“You even touch that sword I will kill him first painfully and I will destroy this village. There will be nothing left to rebuild when I finish it.”

Sesshoumaru warned Pearl.

Pearl nodded and followed him out of the barrier.

Shippo wanted to use his fox fire but then he might hit Pearl.

“I will come for you Pearl! Don’t give up! I will come for you!”

Shippo yelled.

Sesshoumaru stopped and looked at Pearl.

“Your name is not Pearl it is Inuyasha. Do you understand me? Also if you encourage that boy to save you I will kill him.”

Sesshoumaru said as he wrapped an arm about Pearl’s waist lifting her into the air.

Pearl simply nodded in understanding. For Shippo, Baba, and the villagers she would do whatever Sesshoumaru told her to in order to protect them.
