Chapter 11: A Sealed Fate

A/N: Rin discovers that she is pregnant with Sesshomaru�s pup. She then realizes that in conceivine che child she has permanently sealed her fate as his wife.
Rin had spent nearly an entire month at the palace in the Western lands. Sesshomaru had not managed to warm up to her in the least as of yet. The only good things about living in the palace were Sesshomaru�s kind hearted father and the sweet young miko named Kagome. Kagome had in a way taken Rin under her wing to teach her how to survive in the life that was so abruptly forced upon her. Rin enjoyed watching Kagome care for her month old little girl, Amaiya. Amaiya was a beautiful and happy child with the brightest pair of violet eyes Rin had ever seen.
She watched as Kagome held the tiny baby girl in her arms tenderly and spoke to her in a very motherly tone. �Look at my precious perfect little angel! You�re mommy�s pride and joy Amaiya, mommy loves you so much!� The little dark haired baby giggled and cooed at the sound of her mother�s voice. Rin heaved a long sigh. She wished that Sesshomaru would just open his heart to her. What she wouldn�t give to just receive one affectionate glance from her mate. Rin got up and padded slowly towards the palace�s hot springs. She was feeling quite sickly that morning and not even been able to eat anything. Just the mere mention of food had sent her stomach churning.
Kagome looked up from entertaining Amaiya to see Rin heading back into the palace. �Rin, where are you going?�
�To bathe, I feel quite under the weather I�m afraid. Perhaps a long soak in the hot springs will do me some good?� Kagome nodded and waved to her as she left. Rin reached the hot springs and stripped out of her cream colored kimono. She slipped into the hot bubbling waters and sighed with relief. The steam was instantly melting away the knots of tension underneath her flawless bronze skin. Rin lay back against the slightly heated marble of the hot springs and allowed her brown eyes to shut. The blackness behind her closed eyelids began to transform into a bright white light. Then a small shadowy figure emerged from the nearly blinding light. It was blurred at first but soon became visible.
The shadowy figure turned out to be an infant wrapped in a pale pink blankehe che child had the most adorable white dog ears with black on the tips of them atop it�s little head. The baby�s eyes were the same stunning amber as Sesshomaru�s and her skin was the same beautiful bronze as Rin�s. Rin�s brown eyes flew open quickly her heart beating rapidly in her chest. She had just had a vision of the near future.
Rin knew that it was not just some irrelevant dream because she was a well trained and very powerful miko. It was widely known that mikos normally received visions about events that were going to happen. Rin quickly got out of the hot springs and dressed hastily. She headed up the long winding staircase and down the seemingly endless hallway towards the chambers she shared with Sesshomaru. Rin carefully opened the door silently praying that Sesshomaru was not in there. She let out the breath she had unknowingly been holding when she discovered the room was empty. The young maiden quickly found her miko�s clothing and rumaged through the pockets. She pulled a thin silver chain from one of the pockets. Hanging from the end of the chain was a small irridescent sphere.
Rin placed the chain around her neck and pressed the sphere against her chest in between her breasts causing it to glow eerily. The voice of Hikari, the first known miko to walk the earth resounded in her head. �What is it that you seek child?�
�My vision, was it about me?�
�Yes Rin, what you saw was your neuturuture. You are indeed with child.�
�Thank you Hikari!�
�There is no need to thank me for what you already knew child. May all the spirits give you their blessings Rin.� Rin carefully took the chain off her slender neck and slipped it back into her miko�s clothing so that Sesshomaru would not find it. Her heart flip flopped nervously at the thought of the great demon prince. She would have to tell him about her pregnancy but she really didn�t want to. Rin decided that she would not yet share her pregnancy with her mate.
�There you are Rin, I�ve been looking all over for you.� Sesshomaru�s confident and husky voice startled her.
�Oh uh yes Sesshomaru-sama, here I am.� He glared at her suspiciously. Rin�s brown eyes darted all around the room trying desperately to avoid his piercing gaze.
�Yes here you are. What were you doing?�
�Nothing.� He eyed her closely as if trying to decide whether or not she was being truthful. Rin fidgeted nervously under his scrutinizing stare.
�Stop fidgeting!� She immediately froze her heart racing in her chest. Sesshomaru carefully crept toward her like the vicious predator he was. He circled her tiny trembling body cautiously. �Why are you trembling Rin?�
�I�m cold Sesshomaru-sama.� He leaned in and inhaled her scent deeply. Rin bit her lower lip as Sesshomaru sniffed curiously at her. When a low growl rumbled in his chest she drew in a sharp breath.
�You smell different wench.�
�Different how?� He took another sniff to try and determine the change in her scent.
�You�re with pup aren�t you?�
�I uh don�t know what you�re talking about Sesshomaru-sama.� He grabbed a handful of her hair and yanked it until she had to lean back.
�Do not deceive me wench, for I will not tolerate it!� Sesshomaru reached up with his free hand and squeezed her right breast. Rin whimpered in pain as he squeezed her overly tr brr breast. �Your breasts are swelling and obviously more sensitive than normal judging from the cry of pain you released.� Rin remained silent as Sesshomaru continued to knead her breast in his hand. �Also you didn�t eat this morning. You looked quite sickly as well wench.� Finally Rin could deny her condition no longer.
�Alright! Yes I�m pregnant! I�m carrying your pup!� Sesshomaru turned her around and crushed her lips to his. When he broke the kiss Rin stared up at him confused.
�You�re going to bare me a pup!� He knelt down before Rin and nuzzled his nose against her still flat stomach. She flinched at his unusual behavior.
�Sesshomaru-sama? What are you doing?� He quickly stood up and led Rin over to the bed.
�Come womI wiI wish to be inside you.� Sesshomaru practically tore off their clothing and forced Rin onto all fours on the bed. She glanced over her shoulder at him nervously. He knelt behind her and took his huge erection into his hand. Rin tensed when she felt the tip of his length rub against her backside. �Relax Rin, we have to do it this way right now because you�re with pup.�
She closed her eyes and gripped the blanket as Sesshomaru slipped his length between her cheeks. He groaned as he slowly inched his throbbing erection into her anal passage. �Damn you, you bastard! I�m pregnant with your pup and still I mean nothing more to you than a common whore! Why must you be so cruel to me Sesshomaru-sama?�
