Fallen here.
Thought I would answer a few questions regarding this story.
1. Inuyasha was naked when Kagome found him because he had torn his
clothes literaly off when he tried to break free of the beads.
2. Having not much time to write, I hurry through my chapters so this is
only going to be a basic story.

Catching himself, Inuyasha dropped his hand. What the hell was wrong with
him? He had almost....
Kagome turned around from the counter with two bowls of Ramen then
walked to the corner of the kitchen to a little breakfast nook and placed
the bowls on the small table. Inuyasha picked up their drinks and
joined Kagome who was already sitting. She smiled at him when he
sat down across from her.
Inuyasha stirred the Ramen with his chopsticks. It had been a long
time since he had eaten Ramen. His mother used to fix it for him.
Kagome ate some of her noodles. "This is so good. Just plain old
Ramen."
The noodles were good, almost like his mother's.
"Do you like it?" Kagome asked with expectation.
He offhandedly shrugged his shoulders. "It's okay."
Her smile fell some and he suddenly felt bad. "It's good. I like it."
She brightened up again. "I use to make this for myself and Sota,
my brother. He usually ate two bowls." Kagome laughed.
Her smile and laughter warmed his insides as much as the warm
noodles did. It made his cheeks warm too. He switched his attention
back to his bowl of Ramen.

When they finished eating, Kagome took his hand. "Want to go outside
with me?"
Inuyasha looked out the window and nodded. "Yeah."
They went out the kitchen door that led to the backyard garden.
He strolled next to Kagome. There were tall trees, bushes, flowers,
and fountains. While walking and listening to Kagome, Inuyasha glanced
at the open field and forest beyond the garden fence. All he would have
to do is jump over that fence and he would be free.
"Inuyasha?"
Inuyasha stopped and looked at Kagome. "What?"
She glanced at the open field and then back at him, her eyes tainted
with sadness. "Do you want...to leave?"
He frowned at her then looked beyond the fence again, beyond the
fence to his freedom. Yes, he wanted to be free, and he spoke his mind.
"Yeah."
Before he knew it, Kagome was very close and staring up at him with large
brown eyes. She didn't say a word, just reached up.
Inuyasha backed up a step, uncertain of what she was up to.
With a small smile, she shook her head. "Trust me."
He stood still and watched her.
Kagome reached up and took the necklace off him. It happened so suddenly,
he stood there stunned. She was setting him free?
For a few frozen moments, he stood there, wondering what he should do.
She pointed to the fence. "Go. please?"
For the second time, Inuyasha was caught by her gaze. It quivered like
the surface of a wind blown pond.
Breaking away from those pools of brown, Inuyasha dashed away.

The necklace hung from her hand as she watched the hanyou sprint
away to head for the fence. It had been a quick decision on her part.
When she had seen that longing in his eyes, she had made her decision
right then. He should be free. With a tug in her heart, she had done the
only thing she could.
She watched him near the fence. The second he jumped over it,
he slammed into some invisable force which shocked his body with
jolts of purifying current. He yelled in pain as he was knocked back
about fifteen feet then slammed into the ground.
Kagome gasped, ran over to him then knelt down. "Inuyasha?"
He opened fuzzy amber eyes and stared at her.
She leaned closer. "Are you alright?"
The hanyou gave a small nod and a grunt.
Kagome knew he was half demon and could heal quickly, but that had been
a purifying barrier. It hurt him badly.
She wanted to kick herself. She should've known or at least considered
a youkai barrier was surrounding Kikyo's home. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.
"Oh, Inuyasha, I'm so sorry. I should have known that was there."
She felt like crying.
He still stared at her with delirium, but she could tell he was trying to
focus.
Feeling terrible, on impulse, she leaned down and hugged him. "Forgive me."

The girl was hugging him. Never in his life had another female besides his
mother hugged him. Something tugged in his chest and it made him want to
move his arms around her, but he didn't. He tried to sit up and Kagome
sat up to let him.
Sitting up, he rubbed his head.
Kagome watched him carefully. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah. I'm Okay." He grunted with irritation. Damn barrier had messed him
up bad. His entire body hurt like hell. He had hit that barrier while still
injured from Kikyo's attack. He didn't think he could even walk now.

At that moment, he smelled the scent of the one female he hated. Kikyo.

He looked at Kagome who was still gazing at him with concern. "Put it
back on me."

Her brow furrowed in confusion. "Huh?"

There wasn't much time. Kikyo would be there in seconds.
If she didn't put the necklace back on him, Kikyo
would know who spelled him into subjugation. The Miko hag would
kill him and possibly hurt Kagome for interfering.

He gripped Kagome's right arm and moved it to his head. "Put it back on
me now. Hurry."

With shock on her features, she let him move her arm so that she could
circle the necklace back over his head. The second it fell on his chest,
Kikyo rounded the corner of the house.

"Kagome? Kagome?" The miko called.
