Naraku's Devious Plot

"Don't worry about it. Just tell Naraku that I want to see him in person" Kronos says
"Kill me" Kagura, says
"I need you as a messenger" Kronos says "Now leave and tell your master!"
"Fine!" Kagura says and pulls out a feather and flies off.
Naraku watched to whole thing in Kanna's mirror. "I guess I'm going to have to take care of this myself"

Chapter 12: Naraku Attacks "My lord" Kagura says bowing before Naraku "I was defeated, and he refused to kill me"
"I know, Kagura" Naraku says "I saw the entire thing in Kanna's mirror"
"What are you planning on doing?" Kagura asks
"I suppose I have no choice but to attack myself" Naraku answers "There are far too many of them"
"I shall bring you, Kohaku and Kanna with me then"
A little later, Inuyasha's group arrives in a clearing of the woods, and then from all sides come Naraku's demon puppets. "Naraku's demon puppets" Inuyasha growls as he pulls out Tetsusaiga.
"He really is a coward then" Kronos says readying his two swords.
"This Sesshomaru thinks this coward should be destroyed" He says pulling out Tokijin
"I couldn't agree more" Koga says, ready to attack
"I'll start with my wind tunnel" Miroku says
"Wait, don't!" Kagome yells as she grabs her bow "Look!"
Miroku looks up "Naraku's poisonous insects"
Sango readies Hiraikotsu "Use your staff then"
"Dance of blades!" Kagura calls out and the attack heads towards our heroes
"Kilala!" Sango yells out, and Kilala changes form and grabs Sango and Miroku. Inuyasha grabs Kagome and pull her out of the attack. Koga and Sesshomaru dodge the attack. Kronos dashes right into the attack.
"He's crazy!" Inuyasha says as he puts down Kagome. "Let's give him a hand! Wind Scar!"
"Hiraikotsu!" Sango yells throwing the weapon at one demon puppet, while Inuyasha's attack destroys one. Sesshomaru uses Tokijin's energy blast to take out one demon puppet while Koga kicks one in half.
"Double Destroyer!" Kronos yells sending the dual energy waves at a small group of demon puppets, only to see the demon puppets move aside and Kanna appear and reflects the attack with her mirror. "Shit!" He vanishes and appears behind Kanna and quickly goes to cut off her head.
"Dance of dragon!" Kagura yells attacking Kronos. Kronos leaps into the air. Inuyasha steps into Kagura's attack. "Backlash Wave!" Inuyasha yells making Kagura's attack go toward her. Kagura flies higher and the Backlash Wave hits a shield, in it stands Naraku. An arrow bounces off the shield.
"Inuyasha, break the shield with Tetsusaiga!" Kagome yells
"Right" Inuyasha transforms Tetsusaiga into Red Tetsusaiga and breaks through the barrier. Naraku begins to attack them with his vines but always found them cut short by one very annoying half time demon.
"Inuyasha" Kronos says as he cuts another vine away. "I'll keep the vines away" he slices another one "You and the others attack" Inuyasha nods and looks to Sesshomaru who is in a one-on-one dual with Kagura. "He'll be no help" He then turns to find Koga, but can't see him. "Guess he chickened out" He looks at Sango who is fighting her possessed younger brother and Miroku fighting demon puppet after demon puppet. "Busy"
"I guess it's just you and me" Kagome says as she watches Kronos keep the vines away.
"Kronos, you think you can get Kagome around Naraku's back if I distract him?" Inuyasha asks
"Yeah, but what about the vines?" Kronos asks slicing one vine after another
"I'll keep the vines away from dog-boy" Koga says dropping an unconscious Kanna on the ground.
"His Tetsusaiga's the only real chance we got"
"And my arrows" Kagome says
"All right, let's do this" Kronos grabs Kagome and runs
"Diamond Spear Blast!" Inuyasha attacks Naraku with Tetsusaiga's ultimate attack. The attack rips into his skin, but he still goes after Inuyasha with a vine, only to have Koga get in the way, and be speared through the stomach.
"The spider mark" Kagome mutters as Kronos puts her down and she pulls her bow back
"Don't think I haven't forgotten about you two" Naraku says turning around to face them and attack Kagome with a vine.
"I don't think so!" Kronos growls as he destroys the vine and runs at Naraku, and flips over him. "Double Destroyer!" he attacks the spider mark on his back, as Kagome instructed, but Naraku knew the plan and turns back around to spear Kronos with a vine. The vine goes right at him then is sliced, Raishin floats in the air.
"How?" Naraku looks confused and then in the air there's a twang and Naraku screams in pain when Kagome's sacred arrow hits him in his back.
Kronos grabs Raishin and moves out of the way as Inuyasha brings his sword up "Diamond Spear Blast!" The attack finishes off Naraku, leaving nothing but the Shikon Jewel on the ground.
Kohaku looks at Sango as his memories return "Sister" he hugs her
Kagura stops fighting and bows down "I surrender"
"Inuyasha, we have won" Kronos says Inuyasha looks down at Koga, now dead on the ground.
"We didn't win, if we lost an ally" Inuyasha says
Sesshomaru walks up to them "I owe you for defeating Naraku" he says as he pulls out Tensaiga and swipes it over Koga. "My debt is paid in full"
"Won't you travel with us till we get back to Kaede's village?" Kagome asks
"Seeing that is were I left Jaken and Rin, I will" Sesshomaru says
Kagome picks up the jewel as Koga begins to reawaken. "What happened to me?"
"You died" Kagome says "Sesshomaru brought you back to life"
"I died?" Koga says as he looks at the nearly complete Shikon jewel in Kagome's hands.
"Touch it and I'll kill you again" Inuyasha says
"Then I'll resurrect you, and kill you myself" Sesshomaru says
"Fine, here!" Koga takes the shards out of his legs and gives them to Kagome, and the jewel magically reforms nearly whole.
"Sango" Kagome says sadly, looking at the nearly complete Shikon Jewel.
Sango nods "Kohaku, I'm sorry, but it's time for you to go"
"I know sister" Kohaku says "I can finally see dad and everyone else again"
"That's right" Sango says as she takes her sword and carefully removes the shard from his back, Kohaku dies instantly, she hands the last shard to Kagome and the jewel is whole.
"Now we need to get rid of it" Inuyasha says
"To do that we need to make a wish on it" Kagome says as she looks at Kronos. "Here, we couldn't have done it without you" she says handing it to him.
"Make a wish, any wish and it should be granted"
"You trust me with this after I attacked and tried to kill you?" Kronos asks as he takes the jewel.
"I figure you know what you want to wish for more than the rest of us" Kagome says
"I wish that I could bring back Inazuma, my beloved" Kronos says and the jewel glows then goes dark then turns to dust. The air shifts nearby and suddenly a bolt of lightning hits the ground somewhere. "I must go" he says before vanishing
"Let's go home" Kagome says and they all head to Kaede's village. Taking their prisoners with them.
Author's Note: Naraku's dead. Is Inazuma resurrected? What will become of our heroes now? Wait till next time, till then, peace!
