Chapter 12
They had long since gotten out of the bed neither mentioning the talk they shared just moments earlier. Inuyasha had changed into new clothes sporting dark blue jeans and a tight black t-shirt, which left nothing to the imagination, as well as black boots. Meanwhile Kagome had re-dressed in the outfit she had worn the night before.
She took a seat on the foot of his bed wondering if having that chat with him was really such a good idea. She had never told anyone anything that personal before, it really was a large step for her to take. Now the question was whether she took a step in the seemingly right or wrong directions, only time would tell.
While she sat there thinking Inuyasha was watching her from the bathroom door. He couldn’t keep his eyes off of her. She looked so lovely, just sitting there. Grabbing his jacket he quietly walked up to her and placed it around her shoulders.
Feeling the jacket being draped casually on her shoulders she looked up only to find amber eyes staring straight in her brown ones. His eyes held many emotions, some she couldn’t quite identify while others she could easily see. She saw his compassion and strength, the two things she would always love about him. Under that rough exterior he really was just a big softy, but of course he would never let anyone know that directly.
Still looking into her eyes he took her by the hand pulling her off of the bed and into his embrace. For some strange reason he felt the urge to hold her, something he really enjoyed. His cheek rested gently against the top of her head feeling, while his nose picked up the scent of her strawberry scented shampoo.
Without a seconds notice she felt herself being pulled into his loving embrace. She let her cheek rest against his chest, hearing the strong beating of his heart. She wrapped her arms tightly around his waist returning his tight hug.
This would probably be the best part of her day because in less than a few hours she would have to face her mother and that was not going to be fun at all. She could just picture her mother lecturing her about staying out late, sleeping at a male’s house, and God forbid another sex talk. Yep, this would be the best part of her day before he had to leave her in her mother’s hands.
Inuyasha reluctantly let her out of his embrace knowing that he had to get her home soon. He really didn’t need her mother to have anything else against him. He still felt a little guilty about yelling at her mother, but it really wasn’t his fault he didn’t know it was her…
She smiled up at him knowing it was time to get going. She slid her arms into the sleeves of his leather jacket savoring its warmth.
He smirked smugly when she slid her arms into his jacket. He only had one thought running through his head. Mine…My Kagome, My Bitch…
He knew it wouldn’t be long until he had her withering beneath him, screaming out his name in pleasure. He would mark her soon, and finally she would truly be his.
He reached out and took her hand in his while he led her out the door. She smiled warmly at him and let him take her hand as she followed closely behind.***
A/n: Hey everyone! No I’m not dead for all of you that were wondering. Actually I’ve been really busy with school, mainly English and Spanish. I have a lot of tests going on for the next couple of weeks so bare with me. I will try to update as soon as possible.
I know this has been a really, really short chappy. But its really damn late and I didn’t want to sleep until I got this posted. So, ahead of time I’m sorry for the lateness, shortness, and if there are any grammatical or spelling errors. (Which there probably are…)
