"I figure you know what you want to wish for more than anyone else" Kagome says
"I wish that I could bring back Inazuma, my beloved" Kronos says and the jewel glows then goes dark the turns to dust. The air shifts nearby and suddenly a bolt of lightning hits the ground somewhere. "I must go" he says before vanishing.
"Let's go home" Kagome says and they all head to Kaede's village. Taking their prisoners with them.

Chapter 13: Aftermath
Inuyasha and the group first head toward Koga's caves, once there they drop off Koga and invite him to come any time to the village. They arrive there late at night and find Shippo asleep holding Rin close to him to keep the girl warm. "Look, maybe you should wait until morning, humans need sleep" Inuyasha says to Sasshamoru
"That would be a wise idea" Sesshamoru says
"You can sleep in here, if you don't mind" Kagome says
"Yeah, me and Kagome will sleep in a tree" Inuyasha says
"You want me to sleep in a hut?" Sesshamoru asks
"I guess we offended him by offering him the best hut in the village" Inuyasha whispers to Kagome
"Wait, this is the hut you and your mate share?" Sesshamoru asks
"Yeah, what of it?" Inuyasha asks
"Then this Sesshamoru is honored to stay here"
"Fine" Inuyasha says and he and Kagome leave the hut, he grabs her and launches them into a tree, as he goes up he sees Kronos laying in a tree his arms wrapped around a Black Haired Inazuma. "Look" Inuyasha whispers to Kagome.
Kagome gasps in surprise "The jewel really brought her back to life"
"The child too" Inuyasha says motioning to Inazuma's large belly. He sniffs the air "Must be her night of vulnerability"
"Let's go to sleep, we have a long day tomorrow" Kagome says
"I agree" Inuyasha says The next morning, with the sun just beginning to rise, Inuyasha is awoken by the sound of clanging.
"Come on Sesshomaru, you can do better than that" Kronos taunts as he blocks a blow from Tokijin.
"With you having two swords I'll never hit you" Sesshomaru growled
"Never said I played fair" Inuyasha grabs Kagome and comes out of the tree, waking Kagome as he does.
"What are you two fighting about?" Inuyasha asks
"Your brother wants me to apologize for saying that I think his human charge likes the fox cub" Kronos answers blocking another strike from Sesshamoru. "So I told him I'll apologize if he can hit me once"
"I accepted, that offer at once" Sesshomaru says as he attacks with Tokijin, only to have it blocked by the other sword.
"Lord Sesshamoru?" Rin says coming out of the hut, followed by Shippo.
"Rin" Sesshamoru says and puts away Tokijin "We were just practicing, weren't we?"
"Of course we were" Kronos says putting his swords back in his coat.
"Come Rin, we're going home" Sesshamoru says
"Yes, my lord" Rin says and turns to Shippo "I hope to see you again soon, Shippo"
"I hope to see you again soon, Rin" Shippo says
"Good" Rin says and heads toward Sesshamoru "I am ready my lord"
"Don't forget me, Lord Sesshomaru" Jaken says coming out of the hut, knocking Shippo over
"Hey, don't treat Shippo like that, Jaken" Rin says
"What did you say?" Jaken asks looking at Rin
"Don't treat Shippo like that, he doesn't deserve it" Rin answers
"Rin, do you have a fondness for this cub?" Sesshamoru asks
"Yes, my lord" Rin says
Sesshamoru turns to Kronos and bows his head. Then motions for Kagura and Kanna to follow. "I'll take these two to my castle, were I can keep them as prisoners."
"I don't think they'll harm anyone anymore" Kagome says
"We only did what Naraku told us to do because we had too" Kagura says "Now that he's defeated his hold over us is over, my heart has been returned to my chest. I felt it beat this morning"
"My soul has been returned to me too" Kanna says "Very well" Sesshamoru says reaching into his robes and placing Kagura's fan, and Kanna's mirror on the ground. "I will let you do as you please"
Kagura grabs her fan "Sesshamoru, I wish to go with you. Something about your scent entices me"
"Very well" Sesshamoru says "And what of Kanna?"
"Kanna's my sister, I wish for her to stay with me" Kagura says
"I will go with you, sister" Kanna says picking up her mirror.
"Let's go then" Sesshamoru says as he heads off. Rin, Jaken, Kanna, and Kagura following. "Bye Shippo!" Rin yells as they leave
"Bye Rin!" Shippo yells back
"Looks like someone has himself a girlfriend" Inuyasha says
"Yeah, what of it?" Shippo asks
"Sesshamoru would skin you if he heard that" Inuyasha says
"Actually, he'd probably kill him, then bring him back to life and threatened him to stay away from Rin, or next time he won't be so lucky" Kronos says and then turns as Inazuma comes walking their way. "Ah, my dear, how was your walk?"
"The villagers were very nice to me, they don't seem to fear me at all" Inazuma says "In fact they told me that their village was protected by a powerful half-demon and his priestess mate"
"The only reason they said that is because you look just like a pregnant human" Inuyasha says noticing that she hasn't turned back to her half-demon self yet.
"Yeah, you don't look like a half-demon at all" Kagome says
"Oh, that'll change in a minute" Inazuma says as the sunlight hits her and she changes back into her half-demon self. Inazuma walks up to Inuyasha and hugs him. "It's been a long time since I've seen you alive, Inuyasha"
Inuyasha hugs Inazuma back "I'm glad to see you too." He gets out of the embrace. "This is my mate, Kagome"
"Kronos has told me all about you" Inazuma says as she hugs Kagome, and Kagome hugs her back. "I want to think you for letting him use the jewel to wish me back to life"
"You recall dying?" Kagome asks as she gets out of the hug.
"Yes" Inazuma answers
"What is all the racket out here?" Miroku asks coming out of Sango's hut
"Monk, what are you doing in Sango's hut?" Inuyasha asks
"I was going to sleep in a tree once you invited your brother to sleep at your hut, but Sango told me I could sleep in her hut" Miroku answers
"We should build you your own hut" Kagome says
"I'm fine sleeping in any hut that I am allowed, I usually sleep in Kaede's to help protect the village, but I did not wish to disturb her" Miroku says "Besides, we should build a hut for those two instead" He motions to Kronos and Inazuma.
"I'm sure you'd rather not have a few more half-demons around, with Inuyasha and Kagome bound to have pups one day" Kronos says "We'll leave later today"
"Stay" Inuyasha says "We half-demons should stick together"
"All right" Kronos says "Then let's build a hut then"
