About the shards
From some e-mails I got, some of you don't think Inuyasha would transform like that with jewel shards. I think so. In the series whenever something gets a jewel shard (or the complete jewel) their form becomes more powerful but also more frightening, with a few exeptions (Naraku, Kouga). Take the spider-lord, for example.
Here's what's happened so far...
2 shards. Inuyasha becomes stronger and faster, but his visage becomes more feral and his claws lengthen.
3 shards. His claws become jagged like a saw and his eyes turn red. Symptoms of paranoia manifest fully. Ability to sense jewel shards.
4 shards. (only briefly when he fought Sesshomaru). Increase in speed. Ability to regenerate.
5 shards. ? (he's using it to revive Kirara under his control.
I will be updating this chapter, so watch for it.
