There in the clearing
were two fighting figures. They fought against a huge bunch of wolves. Both
fighters had the same kind of outfit, Ayame was sure they were demon slayers.
But one of them seemed very young, only ten year at the most. She sniffed the
air and she growled low.

-

What is it mate? asked Inuyasha.

-

They are fighting Kouga�s pack, she snarled and gripped her
sword.

-

Why the hell would the wolves attack one [sniff sniff]
woman and one [sniff sniff] little girl? Inuyasha was confused.

-

Because they were hungry I guess. They often hunt down humans
to feed their empty stomachs.
Inuyasha wrinkled his
nose in disgust and Shippou whimpered low and hid his face deeper into
Inuyasha�s red haori, he did not want to see the fight at all.

-

They are demon slayers; I recognize their outfit, said Ayame
and saw the women use a big boomerang like weapon to cut one wolf in half.

-

That explains why they are winning, said Inuyasha and was
stunned to see the little girl use a sword to defend her self against two
attacking wolf demons.

Yeah, but then again � Kouga�s pack are not the brightest in
the world either.

-

The pack takes after their leader? smirked Inuyasha.
Ayame smiled bitterly to
that.
But even skilled slayers
could get too much of killing, maybe because the wolves this time were just too
many.

#From the demon
slayers P.O.V.#
They had been attacked by
a pack of wolves, the same demons that had destroyed their village a couple of
days ago. Now they had been hunted down and it was Showtime. Sango saw her
little sister Rin take out her small swords to protect her against the attacking
wolves and Sango herself used her gigantic boomerang � the Hiraikotsu � to kill
as many wolves as possible. Pure hate raged her mind as she threw her weapon and
watched it cut several wolf demons in half.
But as the wolves
continued to flood the field, despair entered her mind. Neither she nor Rin
would survive this battle. Her world came crashing down when her little sister
fell; her back was thrashed by a wolf�s claws.

RIIIIIIN!!!
she yelled and caught one wolf by the neck and with no effort at all, she broke
its neck.
She slumped down next to
her dead sister; tears shimmed her eyes, making it hard for her to see clearly.

A swishing sound echoed
over the fields and Sango could see the remaining wolves die from one unknown
weapon. But right now she did not care. Her baby sister was dead. Killed by
wolves. �Rin, baby Rin, why�?� she cried and covered the small form of
her sister with her own body, waiting for the killing strike. But it never came,
instead a low growl could be heard from behind and she hoisted her up and looked
around. But due to her sorrow, Sango only could se a blurry white appearance.

Move aside woman! A firm voice stated.

-

W-ho are you?? she stammered and refused to move an inch from
her dead sister�s body.

-

This Sesshoumaru says � MOVE ASIDE!!
Sango hiccupped in fear
and crawled away. She wiped her eyes and looked towards the white person again.
This time she got a better view and even though her mind was filled with sadness
and hate she was amazed how beautiful this man was.. �No he is not a man, he
is a demon, a demon lord if I remember the markings on his face correctly.�
She thought.
The demon drew a sword,
it was very gracious, almost feminine like. He raised it above his head and when
Sango realized what he was about to do, she cried out, but it was too late. The
sword came crashing down on her little sister�s body.

-

You fucking bastard!! she screamed and launched against him,
a hidden dagger in her suit appeared and she managed to startle the demon enough
to get hold of his neck.

-

Bitch, growled the demon, but the blade against his throat
had him in a defensive state. The magic oozed from the blade and he was not
stupid enough to test if he was immune to that kind of magic.

-

Why the hell did you do to my sister? snarled Sango very
demon like.
The demon held his
silence; he watched the battered little body with intensity. He wanted to grin
when he saw the first movements, but he never showed a flicker.

-

TELL ME!!

-

Sango?? a small voice whispered from behind and Sango spun
around to see Rin move to sit up.

-

RIN!! You� But�

-

Sango!! cried the girl and held out her arms and Sango
released the grip around the demon�s neck and took her sister into her arms and
hugged her tightly.
The demon snorted and was
about to leave the area when he was met by a small group of three, watching him
with confusion. He snorted again, this was not going to be his day at all.

How was that??

I managed to get Sango, Rin and Sesshou in one chapter!!

And Tom - take care of that injured hand of your now - ya hear!!
