First before I start, I have to apologize! I didn’t even see until I read through my
story very slowly - I changed Hojo and his dads last name from Jang! To Yung! This
might explain why some people didn’t review :*( and for this I am sorry *hangs head
in shame*. I am usually really careful, but it was a slip, and I am sorry! @_@;
I do however spoil my devoted readers with a chapter a day, but what the hell! I
can’t stop!!! lol. I think I am more addicted to this story then anyone else :P

Chapter fourteen, whispering confessions.
The bedroom was dark, only light provided was that of the moon that now stood high
on the late-winter-night sky - shining through the brown-bamboo blinds, that were
half shut over the tall arched windows.
He placed her down on the floor, in front of him - their eyes locked.
It was almost like something out of a story, a saga of a woman and a man
surrendering to the most ancient ritual still in existence - lovemaking.
InuYasha reached to turn on the light, but Kagome stopped him - laying a hand over
his on the switch that would ruin the scene.
“Please, no” she whispered softly, “light one of the candles.”
Her wish was granted - using his speed that of a half-demon, InuYasha lit a candle on
his dresser and came back to her before she could give birth to another thought.
InuYasha suddenly felt a bit insecure, he’d never done this in his real form before.
What if he nicked her skin or even worse - lost himself to deep in the sea of passion
that his beast form emerged?
But he knew Kagome was his intended one, his only - the demon within wouldn’t lay
a finger on his queen. No, he needed not to worry but he still felt as if this was his
first time, as well.
He voiced his concern - not wanting to keep secrets.
“I’ve never done this....in this form before.” He confessed, still looking down at his
woman who stood so close he could feel her breath on his throat.
Kagome watched him bend his arm bringing it up between them - to demonstrate
what he meant he flexed his claws. She gasped, but not because of obvious reasons
that he might draw blood from her with those. No, because her vivid imagination
went overboard by the mere sight of them again.
“Touch me with them..” she whispered, helping him move his splayed, slightly
crocked fingertips down her rib cage - stopping at her waist.
Letting his hands go, Kagome urged him to try again on his own.
InuYasha couldn’t believe his own eyes. This was to much, he’d never felt like this
before. Caressing her like this and hearing her soft moans of pleasure, he himself
was reminded how much this female affected him.
He swore if he didn’t get out of these pants soon he’d ruin them for good, as his
erection now strained harder then ever before.
Gripping her hips, he pulled her toward him. He could hear her gasp when his hard
hidden desire came in contact with her soft feminine stomach - making him groan in
respond.
Kagome felt his need for her, it was all so surreal. Already deciding InuYasha would
be the one who she gave herself to completely, not held back by shame or past - she

InuYasha couldn’t grip for much anymore, as he felt her warm moist tongue lap over
his chest - making him unable to hold back a shudder. His clawed hands found her
soft black hair - tilting her head backwards, forcing the contact to break.
Gazing into her chocolate-colored eyes, and feeling the wet trail she had left on his
naked heated skin made his growl low. He couldn’t wait any longer, as he now
picked her up and moved toward the bed.
Kagome felt herself being pushed back into a sea of dark-blue sheets. She watched
him as he stood in front of her, removing his last articles of clothing - making her
feel a bit over dressed.
However, he grabbed the waistband of her skirt and underwear before she could
even think about anything else, easing them off her hips - tossing them soundlessly
to the floor.
She gasped when the cool air hit her hot flesh, only to moan when InuYasha joined
her on the blankets, covering her body with his - making them both revel in the first
complete skin contact. He kept his weight of her, by supporting himself on his elbows
- scared to crush the flower she was, beneath.
Bending down he captured her lips for the first time since they entered the room.
InuYasha dug his left hand into Kagome’s hair, when he felt her tongue lap at his
bottom lip. Surprising her, he darted his out to stroke hers softly - only to moan
himself when he moved back into his mouth, and she followed.
Kagome’s hands found the base of his ears again, stroking them lightly as they kissed
- making the contact deepen and grow wilder.
InuYasha wasn’t known to be patient, but for this woman and her alone, he’d go slow
even if it killed him. And by the feeling of it he was quiet sure it would.
However, Kagome didn’t want slow and sweet. No she wanted what she had seen in
his amber eyes, knowing perfectly well what he could provide. She needed it and
would have it, one way or another.
Raking her polished long nails through his hair, down to his muscular back she felt
the goose bumps she had given birth to. It made her shiver in pleasure, just thinking
what she could do to him, she... a woman who had been told for years how worthless
she was.
Kagome felt him respond by moving his lips from her sore ones, down her jawbone to
her ear where he suckled on the lobe for a moment before he whispered with a
voice rough of emotions, “I want to taste you...here.”
To show what he meant, InuYasha untangled his hand from her hair and moved it
down her body, raking the claws lightly against her soft skin on the way, until he
reached his destination. Successfully making her shiver with need.
He heard her suck in a harsh breath, but also giving her consent with a nod -
knowing the words were stuck in her throat. He himself, was amazed that he could
even talk after allowing her to have her way with his oddly sensitive ears.
Easing his way down her soft curvy body, he stopped to place open mouth kisses all
over her skin - her neck, the front of her collarbone, down her breasts where he
stopped to lap and suck deep on the still harden nipples.
He wanted to touch her. Feel her skin beneath his fingers, memorize every curve of
her body, every sound she was eliciting under his touches. Trailing wet kisses down
her stomach he stopped, dipping his tongue into her belly button. She arched against
him moaning deep in anticipation.
Gripping her hips in a steady lock, he continued his journey of exploration. She in
turn tangled her slender fingers in his hair, as if trying to hold on to something -
anything.

“We didn’t use protection,” she squeaked out, knowing perfectly well how babies

InuYasha chuckled softly at her panic, he had no intention of letting her go now. Not
in a damn million years. She was his, and he was hers. But all the same he had finally
been able to use something he’d wished he could when he was mere seventeen.
“We don’t need it,” he explained, running a clawed hand through her raven-colored
hair. Noticing the confused look she gave him he continued.
“I was always told when I found my mate, my intended one. I wouldn’t need to worry
about making her pregnant. I could shoot blank bullets, so to speak.”
Kagome jerked at his words ‘intended one?’
“You mean, you and I...we?” She never finished the question before he captured her
lips in a gentle but demanding kiss. Pulling back just a bit, he whispered softly
against them, making her whole being quiver.
“I’m not letting you just walk away now, your mine and I am yours.”
Closing her eyes Kagome breathed in the safe feeling that was InuYasha. She knew
he would help her, rescue her from her prison that was her promise.
Not knowing how, but just knowing he would.
