It was
five past ten on an early night of Valentine's Day. Outside was raining heavily
water, while tears were falling down from 21 year old Kagome Higurashi's
ocean blue eyes. Her eyes were lightly red and puffy from crying 'cause her
boyfriend had dumped her earlier that morning for another girl.
Kagome had
had big plans for that day, but they all seemed now to be a waste of time of
her little life.
She sighed
and tried not to think about her ex-boyfriend, Inuyasha Noguchi.
More and more tears ran down from her pale cheeks, she could not stop crying...
She laid
down on her queen size bed listening music which came from downstairs loudly
along with voices of people chatting as her big brother was having The
Valentine's Day party with his friends while their parents and little brother
were out of the town visiting at their auntie Kaede.
She closed
her eyes wiping few new tears away and sighed deep as she heard a soft knocking
coming from her bedroom's door. She sighed again.
"Come
in," Kagome said and the door opened.
"Hi
Kagome, is everything okay? Why aren't you parting with us at downstairs like
you usually are?" Her and big brother's best
friend asked coming to sat down on her computer chair near her bed.
She looked
at her and brother's best friend and sighed, "No, everything is not okay,
Sess," She told him and put her hands on her face with a deep sigh.
"Wanna
talk about it?" He asked, but didn't get an answer right away as Kagome
just looked at her baby blue walls.
After a
while lasted silence between the two of them, Kagome too a deep breath, "Inu
dumped me this morning," She whispered and broke down, starting to cry
once again. Sess quickly came to sat down next to her
and wrapped his arms around her, giving her the best hug he could.
"I'm
sorry," He whispered.
"It's
okay, it's not your fault, it's mine. He dumped me coz this
another girl he has been dating behind my back. I wasn't enough for him�
Or no one," Kagome sobbed.
"Kagome,
it's not your fault! No one is perfect! Inuyasha has never realized what you
really are," Sess whispered.
"What
do you mean?" She asked between her sobs.
"I
mean that... He hasn't noted how beautiful you really are. You're smart, you're
perfect friend to anyone who really needs you," He told her and blushed. Kagome
was quiet and listened the music coming from
downstairs.
"You
really think so?" She finally asked.
He
nodded," Yes,"
Kagome
smiled a little," Thanx,"
"You're
welcome. Now, do you want to come downstairs to have some fun?"
She thought
for a while and then nodded, "Okey,"
"Cool!"
Sess smiled as they got up from the bed and walked downstairs where everybody
else were...
Kagome
looked around and saw her brother Miroku with his girlfriend Sango Taichimo.
The two of them were talking with two friend of theirs; Naraku
Itchimo and Jankotsu Yamatochi.
Miroku smiled along with Jankotsu and waived to them as they saw Kagome and
Sess walk over to the livingroom. She smiled back and went to
sat down on a couch, looking around the people around the room as they danced.
"Wanna
something to drink?" Sess asked.
She
nodded, "Yeah, something strong,"
Sess
nodded and went over to the table where Miroku had put on some drinks, chips,
candy and other stuff.
He took
one cinder and one beer cane, and then walked back over to the couch where
Kagome was sitting and looking at the couples on the dance floor like a lost
puppy.
"Here,"
He smiled as he sat down next to her, handling her cane of cinder.
"Thanx,
Sess," Kagome thanked and gave him a small smile.
"So,"
"So,"
"What
you've been up to these days while I've been working at my father's
office?" Sess asked.
"Nothing
much, just hanging with Jankotsu and his brother at mall," Kagome answered
and took a long sip of her drink.
"You
know, you should not take this whole thing so hard, Kagome. There is always
someone waiting for you in this world," He said taking sip from his beer
while he looked at her.
"Whatever,"
Kagome mumbled taking another long sip of cinder and sighed as she looked at
the people come and go.
A slow
song from V6-boy band hit on the stereos. Sess looked at Kagome with a
questioning look.
"Wanna
dance this song?" He asked.
She looked
at him and nodded," Sure, whatever," She sighed as they got up from
the couch and walked to the dance floor. Sess wrapped his arms loosely around
her waist while Kag put hers around his neck.
She laid
her head on his shoulder as they started to dance along with the slow, soothing
song...
At the
middle of the song Sess tightened his hold around her waist and looked at Kagome
who had closed her eyes. While this, Kagome's mind was far away from reality.
She was remembering the happy times what she had had with her ex.
A lonely
tear rolled down from her eyes. She didn't note as the slow song turned to
another slow song...
Kagome
came closer to Sess' body, hymning an American pop singer Lutricia McNeal's
' Greatest Love'-song with a small smile playing on her lips.
Sess
smiled to her, feeling how his heart was beating faster and faster every time
she came closer to his body.
The song
ended and they started to play some J-rock.
Kagome
opened her eyes as she still held her hands around Sess' neck. They looked at
each other in eyes then suddenly, Sess came closer and pressed his soft lips
against her warm ones, kissing her softly and longingly until he felt her to
try to push him away. He broke the kiss and let go of her. She looked at him
for a while before she ran upstairs into her room to cry.
"Kagome!" Sess yelled, running after her.
He opened
the door of her room, finding her crying on her bed. "Kagome," He
whispered. She looked up and cried even more as he saw him.
"Kagome,
did I do something wrong?" Sess asked worriedly, coming to
sat down next to her.
"It's...
I... just... that the�Kiss," She mumbled through her tears.
"I'm
sorry, I don't know what made me do something like that," He sighed. 'I
shouldn't done that.. no, not
so soon after that idiot half-brother of mine broke up with her!'
"No,
Sess. I feel guilty about...about the kiss,"
"B-but why?" He asked surprised.
"Because
I...I liked it, Sess," She admitted with a small blush.
"You...
You liked it?" He blinked. Kagome nodded feeling more guilty.
"So�
why do you then feel so guilty about it?"
"Because,
Sess! I just broke up with Inu this morning and... Oh
gosh!" She sobbed.
"Kagome,
did you feel anything else than guilty when I kissed you?" He asked
quietly and he brought her body close to his, giving her a hug.
She
thought for a while then nodded, "Yes,"
"What
did you feel?"
"I
felt... funny... I don't know... I can't tell it with words," She
answered.
"But
you liked it?"
She nodded
again, "Yes, how about you?"
"Yeah,
I liked it... umm... Kagome... I..." Sess stuttered with a light blush on
his cheeks.
"Yes, Sess?"
"I...I
love you," He whispered.
"You
what?" Kagome asked at the same time as on the downstairs started to play Emily's �Sorry I'm In Love"-song.
Kagome
blinked few times and then looked at Sess right into his golden eyes. She
leaned closer until their lips touched as she kissed him softly.
"I'm
sorry Kagome... I'm in love... to you," Sess whispered between their
kisses.
"I
think I'm in love to you too, Sesshomaru," Kagome whispered quietly.
"Would
you be my Valentine girl?" He asked.
"Yes,
I will," She smiled kissing him.
"Okay,
would you be my girlfriend?" He asked with a smirk.
"One
step before another, Sesshomaru," She giggled.
"Happy
Valentine's Day, Kagome,"
"Happy
Valentine's Day, Sesshomaru," Kagome whispered kissing him with a passion
on the night of lovers and friends...

DT;*walks
into the room dressed into a long black kimono with dark red roses painted on
it. On her hair is a rose tiara* Konnichi'wa
minna-san! *bows and looks around the room, only to see the whole room decorated
for Valentine's Day. Falls anime style and sweat drops* Oookeeey! I know it's
not Valentine's Day yet, but I couldn't help it! I just found this Inuyasha fic
which I had wrote long time ago and thought ' HEY! This is good! Too bad it
isn't valentine just yet... errs... whatever, I post it still..!'
Naraku;*walks
quietly behind DT with an evil smirk on his face*
DT;
Naraku, I know you're behind me. Don't try anything.
Naraku;*stops
and then pouts* Hmp, you're no fun.
DT;
*grins* Like you would be.
Naraku;
*grins perversely* Don't deny it. You think I'm fun...
DT; *rolls
her eyes*No you're not.
Naraku;
Wanna test that theory in bedroom tonight?*rises his eyebrows suggestively*
DT;*blushes
and coughs* No thank you. I must wake up early tomorrow. I have meeting with my
godmother at 10am and she lives far away. It takes two hours to get there.
Naraku;*pouts*
after that?
DT; Maybe. *turns to look at her readers* Well anyway, please,
review!!! Ja ne!
Naraku;
*drags DT out of the room towards their bedroom*
DT;
Naraku! I told you I have to wake up early!
Naraku; I
know... But if you can't tonight then right now is good time. It's only 11am on morning.
DT; *sighs*
