Inuyasha woke up to feeling a bit ill. He thought it might be the rich food he ate last night, but instead he went straight to the bathing chambers. Shiro was also back in bed with a smile on his face sleeping peacefully. Inuyasha wasn’t sure if he wanted to know what his mate was up to last night, but decided to ignore him for now and take care of himself.

When Inuyasha got to the bathing chambers he found Sesshoumaru was in there without anyone else relaxing in the tub. There was only one tub so Inuyasha went to turn around and leave.

“Little brother, you came to bathe no? Join me.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“No thanks, I would rather rot in boiling tar.”

Inuyasha said and Sesshoumaru chuckled.

“It is simply a bath Inuyasha I am not going to molest you.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“Ya well ya raped my ass before so excuse me if I don’t exactly trust you.”

Inuyasha said.

“I promise I will not touch you Inuyasha. The water is warm and pleasant. It will not be thus forever. My beloved Karei already bathed and is on her way to the Matron. There is little for you to do and a bath will do you wonders.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“Fine, but if you so much as touch me I will rip your dick off.”

Inuyasha growled.

Sesshoumaru was certainly in a good mood. Inuyasha wondered what was up.

Inuyasha undressed and went to the tub climbing in avoiding his brother’s stare.

Sesshoumaru had to admit his brother’s body was perfect if it were not for the fact he was still quite thin. He would remedy that.

“It seems your mate and my Mother had quite a nice time last night. He is rather armoires I must say and with a woman twice his age.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“My mate likes women. He said the older ones were more experienced or some shit. Like I care. He never promised to be faithful to me except when it came to males.”

Inuyasha said.

“So you do not mind that he was with my Mother last night?”

Sesshoumaru said feeling a little put out that it did not upset Inuyasha that his mate was with someone other than him last night.

“Like I said, I don’t care. He is who he is and I love him. I am happy so let it be already. I would think you would be pissed that he was fucking your Mom.”

Inuyasha said.

“Hn……no, Mother has always had unusual tastes in males. However she could not say enough about you last night. She said if she had been much younger you would have been more her type.”

Sesshoumaru said with a frown as he washed his skin pretending that he needed this bath as much as Inuyasha.

“Well I ain’t interested. I may watch my mate sometime, but I have had enough of women. They are faithless, backstabbing, and the only thing they got going for them is boobs. I only like Shiro’s sister cause we have one asshole in common and that is you. I don’t know how she puts up with your ass, but you made Rin think you were somethin’ special. For a while I thought you changed to, but I was wrong as usual. I thought we might have a chance at being brothers, but you destroyed that and I will never forgive you for what you did to me. Ever.”

Inuyasha stated looking Sesshoumaru in the eyes.

“Hn…….well we have something in common now Inuyasha. We have our pups. I do wish to remain civil with you during the times you are here and I consider any son you bear to be my heir. You will come to me often and you will need me for some things concerning my children. I expect you to be at least civil while you are in my presence.”

Sesshoumaru said and Inuyasha frowned. This was all too easy, Sesshoumaru was up to something.

“You are never this nice so tell me what the hell is going on?”

Inuyasha said.

“I swore I would be genteel with you behest my Mother’s request.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“So you are just being nice because of your Mom being here. When she leaves you will turn into the asshole again.”

Inuyasha said.

“If that is what you assume I am than yes. I do not like your mate and we already know how we feel about each other. There is no point in denying it except you are extremely valuable now. The strongest of your kind. I think it is wasted on a man who would allow a hanyou to mark him. That is my opinion. I also find it irritating that you chose to be with an enemy when your loyalty should be to family.”

Sesshoumaru said honestly.

“Look, I love Shiro and he has treated me a hell of a lot better than my family has. You being my only family abandoned me, shunned me, and you put me down any chance you get. I hate you and the only reason I am being civil to you now is for Shiro not for you. You can rot in hell for all I care.”

Inuyasha snarled.

“Calm yourself Inuyasha; you have the pups to consider. There is no point in upsetting yourself over something we can never agree on. I would hate for you to lose them lest you know what it means if you do.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“Ya it means I will be free from you!”

Inuyasha roared.

“Oh my dearest little brother you are so naive. Did your mate not tell you that if you lose these pups I will have the right to try again? I also gave him permission to increase his species. That was part of the deal. There are ways for Shiro to infuse his seed into Karei without having sex with her since he doesn’t want his poor sister to suffer him when she does not feel that love for her brother. Would you deny him the right to gain pups of his own whilst you are recovering?”

Sesshoumaru said and Inuyasha frowned.

“I don’t care if he does have pups with her as long as he knows he is with me. I accepted his choices when we mated. Besides I ain’t gonna lose these pups.”

Inuyasha said.

“Ah, but Inuyasha one pup is not enough to replenish our species and I plan on doing things with you the old fashioned way. I will rut with you since I care not for your feelings.”

Sesshoumaru said with an evil glint to his eyes.

“You’re a fucking bastard did you know that!”

Inuyasha roared.

The feeling of nautiluses was beginning to get stronger in Inuyasha.

“I assume I am many things to you. However you don’t look well Inuyasha, not well indeed. Perhaps I should get the healer.”

Sesshoumaru said in mock concern.

“It is just the company I assure you.”

Inuyasha said as he felt like his stomach was going to explode.

“You have upset yourself too much. I am going to get the healer.”

Sesshoumaru said in concern although inside he was laughing his ass off. Inuyasha was a fool if he thought he was going to get away from him.

Grasping a drying cloth Sesshoumaru wrapped himself and went to one of the guards. He then saw Inuyasha vomit out the side of the tub. The spell was working splendidly. Soon Inuyasha would be under his roof begging for mercy.

Shiro came rushing into the bathing chambers giving Sesshoumaru a dirty look and rushing to his mate.

“Inuyasha I am here my love. What is wrong?”

Shiro said.

“I don’t know. I just feel real sick like I ate something that isn’t agreeing with me.”

Inuyasha said and washed out his mouth and nose.

“He wasn’t upsetting you was he?”

Shiro asked feeling like an ass for leaving his mate alone in this place for even a second.

“Nothing he doesn’t usually do so not really.”

Inuyasha said and Shiro frowned.

“Well it could be simple mourning sickness, but let us allow the healer to see you.”

Shiro stated and the healer came running in. He had seen this poor boy before and was furious that his mate would leave him alone with his Lord even for a second. Sesshoumaru was not to be trusted with this pup.

“How long has he been left on his own with Lord Sesshoumaru?”

The healer asked Shiro angrily.

“I honestly do not know.”

Shiro said.

“Long enough to upset him that is for certain. The boy needs to be brought to my room immediately. Don’t bother dressing him, just wrap him in a drying cloth and carry him in.”

The healer said.

Shiro gently dried his mate and lifted Inuyasha into his arms carrying Inuyasha to the healers feeling such fury at Sesshoumaru it was unreal. He knew his mate was with pup and stressing him out during such a delicate time was not healthy for Inuyasha or the pups.

“I’m fine doc……really……..”

Inuyasha said before he wretched again and the healer grabbed a bucket as Inuyasha vomited again rather violently.

“You are not fine. Do not convince me of things that I know are not true.”

The healer looked into Inuyasha’s eyes and felt around his stomach. He then turned white when he felt the little heartbeats of the pups.

“There are too many.”

The healer said not believing it. He put his head on Inuyasha’s belly.

“Too many? What do you mean too many?”

Inuyasha asked.

“Silence…I need to listen.”

The healer said as he counted on his fingers. It was impossible for a male to have a litter this big.

“We have to remove the pups.”

The healer said sadly.

“No! You are not taking my pups!”

Inuyasha roared.

“You don’t understand. You have a litter of ten pups. To try to give birth to them may very well kill you. Not even a full blooded Inu female could handle a litter this big without being in her truest form for the entirety of the pregnancy.”

The healer said.

“No, I will have these pups! I don’t care how, but I ain’t losing them! Figure out a way to help me keep them or I swear to god I will gut all of you!”

Inuyasha snarled as he protected his belly.

“Inuyasha dearest, be reasonable. You need to think of your life this time. You can always have more pups.”

Shiro pleaded.

The three males cornered Inuyasha who was in tears and refused to give up without a fight.

“NO! You are not taking my pups!”

Inuyasha snarled and then his body started to contort. Inuyasha filled the room as a full blooded Inu bitch. He crashed through the wall and ran for his life and the life of his pups. Shiro went after him and Sesshoumaru just stood stunned. The healer cursed and yelled at Sesshoumaru.

“Go after your brother before he hurts himself!”

The healer stated and Sesshoumaru changed forms rushing after his brother. Damn Inuyasha for making things difficult again! The spell was not supposed to multiply the pups; it was to make Inuyasha miscarry so he would be forced to remain under Sesshoumaru’s watch until the pup went into his fertile cycle again.

Mother came rushing out moving ahead of the pack and grasped Inuyasha by the scruff of his neck lifting him like a baby pup as Inuyasha squirmed a bit and whimpered. She growled to him softly and set him down standing over him as her son and Shiro came into view.

Sesshoumaru barked at his Mother to get away from Inuyasha, but she growled and stood defensively over the pup. No one was going to kill her grandbabies and no one was going to harm this boy. Inu demons had big litters before and Inuyasha would just have to remain in full demon form for the majority of his pregnancy.

Shiro tried to reason with Sesshoumaru’s Mother since he did not want to risk Inuyasha’s life. He would die if Inuyasha died on him now. He told Inuyasha he wasn’t trying to do this to hurt him, he just wanted his mate to be safe.

Sesshoumaru did not wish to reason with his Mother, he simply demanded she move away from Inuyasha and cease this nonsense. She could still have her precious grandbabies, but it was stupid to risk the life of the bearer for this size of a litter. Sesshoumaru did not want to kill Inuyasha; he wanted to own him body and soul. Sesshoumaru wanted Shiro to suffer and for Inuyasha to pull his head out of his ass and realize that family was more important than the enemy.

Inuyasha whimpered for Shiro to understand. He couldn’t give up this litter of pups. He would rather die first. If he had these pups then he would never have to be intimate with his brother again and the silver Inus would be repopulated. Also the thought of killing his own pups made him feel sick inside. He loved them and would do anything to insure they survived.

The healer caught up with them all in his true form as a golden Inu and told Sesshoumaru to silence himself. He was just upsetting the boy even more.

Sesshoumaru wanted to attack his own healer, but he needed the man so he silenced himself although he hoped the healer would be able to talk some sense into his Mother and Inuyasha. The healer cautiously approached Sesshoumaru’s Mother and Inuyasha after changing forms.

“My Lady, give me a moment to examine the pup. I will see what I can do to save the pups, but you must understand this boy’s life is more important to me than those pups.”

The healer said. Sesshoumaru’s Mother moved out of the way for the healer to look at Inuyasha in this form.

Inuyasha growled as he approached.

“Easy puppy, I am not going to hurt you.”

The healer said as he came over to the pup and felt around Inuyasha’s massive body. He needed to see if Inuyasha was indeed large enough as a full blooded dog demon to carry all 10 pups. He also needed to test Inuyasha’s youkai since the pups would drain some of it from him.

Shiro transformed back into his humanoid form and approached his mate. Inuyasha whimpered to him and Shiro rubbed his muzzle kissing him gently.

“I’m so sorry for scaring you my love, I just care so much about you. I don’t want you to suffer.”

Shiro said and Inuyasha nodded his massive head.

Sesshoumaru transformed and frowned at this whole situation. This was not what was supposed to happen and now he would have to find a new way to rid Inuyasha of those pups, it was either that or he would have to get rid of Shiro somehow without his Mother finding out.

Mother transformed, but looked angrily at her son and the healer. Her precious grandbabies were more important to her than anything except for the boy carrying them. She knew somehow Sesshoumaru was responsible for this. She knew she should have never left Inuyasha alone with her son. It was just it had been so long since a man had interest in her and Shiro was so handsome although young. Their night together had been passionate and wonderful although she knew it was impossible for more than what they shared.

Shiro had been a complete gentleman and let her know the agreement he and his beloved shared. She understood and told Shiro he and Inuyasha were welcome to her bed anytime. She wouldn’t mind teaching the pup a thing or two because fact was Inuyasha was more her type, rough around the edges, but young and energetic as well as handsome. Shiro told her not to get her hopes up since Inuyasha was shy and would most likely only see her as a Mother figure plus being Sesshoumaru’s Mother there was that brotherly pact that one did not dally with another one’s Mother although he told her she was very beautiful.

Inuyasha whimpered when the healer hit a tender spot, but he needed to check to see if the boy could accommodate such a large litter of pups. Right now as a bitch his anatomy had changed and he would be able to stretch to the size needed for the growing pups, but 10 pups was a lot even for a female Inu.

“Well, he may be able to do this, but he will have to stay in full dog form for the majority of his pregnancy. I need to test his youkai though to insure it is strong enough to keep this change up. This may hurt a bit pup so bear with me.”

The healer said to Inuyasha who nodded and Shiro gently held onto Inuyasha’s muzzle to let him know he was here for him.

The healer sent out a wave of anti-youkai power to pull some of the youkai away from the pup to see if he might transform back with the loss of some of his youkai. Inuyasha whimpered, but remained strong and when it was done he was still in the same form which was what the healer needed to know.

The healer smiled and nodded to Sesshoumaru’s Mother.

“I think he can do this. However there can be no stress on this pup. He needs absolute love and support right now. That means no upsetting your mate Lord Shiro and as for you Lord Sesshoumaru you are not allowed anywhere near this boy alone! If I catch that man alone with this pup again I will take the boy with me and none of you will see him until the pups are born!”

The healer said and Sesshoumaru frowned.

“My son will not be upsetting this boy again.”

Mother said.

“My Lady you have no idea the evil your son did to this child. I witnessed it and I have never seen a mate of a man act the way this boy did. He is terrified of that man and rightfully so. If it were not for you I would have taken this boy and left refusing my services to his Lordship. This child is in need of compassion and care. It is rare that a true uke is found in this world and I will protect this child with my life if need be.”

The healer said vehemently.

“I will talk to the guards. My son I am certain did not tell me everything he did to this poor child and you have only told me of his physical damage that you saw.”

Mother said looking at her son angrily.

Father then spoke through the Meidou Seki stone.

“Sesshoumaru used Inuyasha’s mating mark to torture Inuyasha. He also uses it to control his female hanyou mate.”

Father said.

Mother and the healer looked at Sesshoumaru with fury in their eyes.

“A mating mark is made out of love and respect Sesshoumaru. What you did was deserving of punishment. I will determine your fate for harming your mates. My son will come to the land of the dead to deal with me personally.”

Father said through the stone.

Sesshoumaru swallowed hard. He did not want to face his Father’s wrath and a spirit was not something he could fight. All of this was Inuyasha’s fault. If the pup had simply obeyed and come to his side rather than battled against him none of this would be happening.

He went to leave only for Mother to come up to him and smack him across the face.

“Your little hanyou Princess is not a toy Sesshoumaru. Do not take this out on her or on your brother. You did this to yourself and do not think for one moment I do not know what you are thinking. You blame your brother for all your problems. It is time you grow up and accept some damn responsibility. In one days time you will face your Father and if that does not set you straight then you are indeed a fool.”

Mother said angrily and Sesshoumaru frowned. He hated it when Mother seemed to read his very thoughts.

Sesshoumaru walked towards the castle and avoided everyone heading for his beloved Karei. She was the only one that understood him and would comfort him in his hour of need. He wanted to blame his brother for all of this, but fact was some of it was his fault. Still he could not forgive Inuyasha for siding with his enemy and he still hated Lord Shiro. Now he was banned from his brother and his plans were foiled again. Everyone protected his little brother and he was still a hanyou no matter how much youkai was given to him. Shiro was a fool to give his mate so much power.

Going to the art room he found Karei painting one of her masterpieces. She was so very talented and he felt such pride in her. She was obedient, loyal, and perfect. Sesshoumaru couldn’t ask for a better. She was wearing his favorite kimono today, a brilliant red kimono with golden blossoms on it. He didn’t like her hair up, but after Mother left he would take care of that. Today the hoops in her ears had dangling rubies and the necklace was also of loose rubies hanging from a golden chain looking like tiny teardrops of blood around her neck. The bracelets also matched the set and on her finger was a ruby and diamond ring.

“Karei, come with me.”

Sesshoumaru said and I immediately put my paint brush into the water and set my pallet down. It was time for a break anyway and I was glad to see my Lord. I looked down as I approached him and he lifted my chin then kissed me.

I wrapped my arm in his as we walked to our room and Sesshoumaru closed the door. Before I could say a word he lifted me onto his hips and plunged his tongue into my mouth. He carried me to the bed and nibbled on my neck. He licked my mating mark making me shiver as once again wetness flowed between my thighs.

“Mmmm……….so sensitive……..”

Sesshoumaru purred.

My legs were spread for him as he didn’t bother with removing his armor or my kimono as he pushed my kimono up loosened his hakumas, slid himself out of his fundoshi and plunged into me thrusting quickly. It was as if he had to relieve himself of something troubling him.

The love making was rough and wonderful, but over with much too quick for me. He remained inside of me though and looked at me apologetically.

“We will go slower next time little one.”

Sesshoumaru said as he pulled out and adjusted himself back into his clothing. I fixed myself and waited for him to speak.

“My Father is going to punish me and I cannot fight a spirit.”

He finally said with a worried expression on his face.

“You are strong my Lord. You will persevere.”

I said simply to him almost happy he was going to get what for after all he did to me and to his little brother. I felt bad because I didn’t feel sorry for him. I believed perhaps this would wizen him up and straighten his ass out.

“My Karei, call me Sesshoumaru when we are alone. I wish for you to say my name.”

Sesshoumaru said.

“Yes Sesshoumaru.”

I said waiting for him to speak again.

“I know I am strong Karei, I just think that if Inuyasha had just not been so stubborn none of this would be occurring. He should have never sided with your brother. Family is most important and he had betrayed me. I don’t think I can forgive him for that.”

Sesshoumaru said.

I did not know what to say to that. I believed Inuyasha did the right thing. My brother treated him well where Sesshoumaru did not know how to treat anyone with compassion except for me lately. I knew though if he was angry with me that he wouldn’t hesitate to hurt me.

“I hate my little brother and yet he is willing to have my pups. I am going to have 10 pups by him. I have yet to pup you, but according to the treaty I am to allow your brother to infuse his seed within you to insure your kind does not die. It was my Mother’s idea. I am not happy about this. I do not wish to share you with anyone nor do I wish for you to carry the pups of your brother.”

Sesshoumaru said with a frown.

“I don’t understand. How does one infuse their seed without sex?”

I asked since it was not something I knew of.

“It is a spell. It is simple enough, but we have to wait for you to go into heat. I do not wish to share you once this occurs. Especially for your first heat.”

Sesshoumaru said with a frown.

I nodded in understanding. I wasn’t too keen on having my brother’s pups, but I also did not want my kind to die out.

“You say you do not love your brother more than in a brotherly way so I can forgive this action that must occur, but I do not like it. I wish to kill him. Your brother will be my enemy as far as I am concerned until the day I die. He took you from me and I cannot forgive him for that.”

Sesshoumaru said in frustration.

I also did not speak. I loved my brother and did not want him to die. Sesshoumaru had such hate in his heart and I wished I could ease that hate into something else. Something more constructive and give him peace.

A knock came on the door and a servant entered.

“I am sorry to intrude my Lord, but your Lady Mother wishes to see you both.”

The servant said and departed.

Sesshoumaru nodded and helped me up. He kissed me gently before he took me in his arm and led me to the main hall where his Mother awaited us. Inuyasha and Shiro were there with Shiro’s arm around Inuyasha’s waist holding him possessively.

“We are going on an outing. You and your mate will be coming with us.”

Mother said.

Sesshoumaru frowned. His Mother interrupted him with his mate for this?

“And where pray tell are we going?”

Sesshoumaru asked.

“To that human village of course to gather your human.”

Mother said feeling that Sesshoumaru might behave better if his human ward was with him. She seemed to be able to make Sesshoumaru do things he would not normally do. Mother felt it was best to bring the girl to the castle and make Sesshoumaru care for her again. Maybe then Sesshoumaru would learn to appreciate his things better.
