"We just ask them if they mated or not" Kagome answers "Shippo may not even know what mating really is, he is pretty young"
"Fine, let's see what they have to say for themselves" Sesshamoru growls

Chapter 16: Accusations
At the well, Kronos and his family come out of the well dressed in modern clothes. "I smell a familiar scent" Inazuma says
Kronos looks toward the village "Sesshamoru's there. Something must've happened" he grabs her hand and they vanish. In the village Inuyasha, Kagome and Sesshamoru are just about ready to leave when Kronos and Inazuma appear.
"Kronos" Kagome says surprised "What we miss?" Kronos asks
"We were all just about to head to Sesshamoru's castle to talk about something" Inuyasha says
"It has no concern to you" Sesshamoru says
"Ok, we'll stay here and guard the village then" Kronos says as he escorts Inazuma to their hut.
"Let's go!" Inuyasha growls and they head to Sesshamoru's castle. They get there in about an hour and they go inside. They find Shippo and Rin sitting at opposite ends of a large table.
"Lord Sesshamoru" Jaken says "I keep the cub and Rin apart, just as you have ordered"
"Inuyasha!" Shippo says and goes to get up
"Stay seated" Sesshamoru says "This is my home and I make the rules here"
"Shippo, listen to him" Kagome says
"Lord Sesshamoru what have we done to anger you?" Rin asks
"Go ahead, tell them" Inuyasha says
"Fine, I'll just come right out and ask." Sesshamoru says
"What happened between you two last night?"
"We played some games and went to bed" Shippo answers
"Tell me exactly what happened" Sesshamoru says
"Ok" Shippo says
~Flashback~
Shippo is sitting on the floor of Rin's room, on a sleeping bag that Kagome had given him. Rin is sitting on her bed, clapping. "Come on Shippo, do another one, please?"
"Ok, ok" Shippo uses is fox magic to impress Rin.
"Thanks" Rin says and gets up and kisses him on the cheek. "Time for bed. Turn around, you promised no peaking" Shippo giggles, he had promised he wouldn't watch her undress. She said that when she was comfortable with her surroundings that she slept either naked or in her undergarments. She was going to sleep in her undergarments tonight, but she didn't want Shippo to see her in them. Shippo waited as he heard her remove her kimono and put it up, then slip into her bed. "Ok, safe" she says and Shippo turns around and sees her under her blanket. Shippo began to slip into his sleeping bag. "When you're comfortable, how do you sleep?
"Well, the last time I was that comfortable I slept naked" Shippo answers
"Are you comfortable around me?" Rin asks
"Yeah" Shippo answers
"Then get comfortable, I promise I won't look"
"All right, I will" Shippo says and waits until Rin covers her eyes. He removes his clothes and folds them neat and places them beside his sleeping bag and then gets in. "Safe"
"Better?"
"Yeah"
They go to sleep, but the castle is really drafty. Later that night, Rin wakes up shivering. "Shippo, you awake?"
Shippo wakes up ,being used to sleeping light "Yeah"
"I'm cold"
"My back's turned to you, go get your kimono"
"It's too dark for me to see"
"Want me to get it?"
"Please?"
"Give me a second to put something on"
"It'd be ok, I honestly can't see a thing"
"All right" Shippo says and gets up, accidentally kicking his clothes so they are scattered across the room. His fox demon eyes able to see in the darkness, he sees where they are and makes a note to get them later. He goes to find her kimono, grabs one and takes it to her and sees her without the sheet, he blushes a bright shade of red, knowing why she was so cold. "Um, here's you're kimono" he hands it to her.
"Thanks" she says and grabs for the kimono in the dack and misses causing her to fall off the bed.
Shippo drops the kimono and catches her and puts her back on the bed, feeling her shake. "You're freezing"
"Aren't you cold?"
"I got all this fur to keep me warm, I don't really need clothes"
"Warm me up with your fur, please?"
"All right" Shippo says and climbs into bed behind her and hugs her tight, laying his tail over her. Within seconds she is asleep, soon after he falls asleep.
~End Flashback~
"And then you woke us up by slamming the door, and I realized that I was still undressed and ran and grabbed my clothes and got dressed and apologized to Rin for seeing her in her undergarments" Shippo said
"And I said it was ok, I saw him naked when he jumped out of bed" Rin said "Then, I got dressed, and we came down here. Jaken made us sit at opposite ends of the table, and he fed us, so I figured we must've made you angry somehow"
"Don't be silly, I'm not mad at you" Sesshamoru says "I had just thought that something had happened between the cub and you"
"What do you mean?" Rin asks confused
"Would you like me to tell her?" Kagome offers
"Yes" Sesshamoru says and watches as Kagome escorts Rin to her room. He looks a Shippo "As for you" he draws Tokijin "I should kill you for sleeping naked with Rin"
"Why?" Shippo asks
"Let me and Myouga explain it to him" Inuyasha says, pushing Sesshamoru's hand down.
"Fine, but in the future, if he stays here again he must at least stay in all of his clothes, I don't care if he sleeps next to Rin or not, she seems to enjoy sleeping like that so I won't stop that" Sesshamoru says
"And I'll tell him why you want that, agreed?" Inuyasha asks
"Yes" Sesshamoru says
"Good" Inuyasha says "I will allow you to bring my mate back to the village when she's done talking to Rin, I need to go to the village with Shippo for that talk"
"I will tell her" Sesshamoru says
"Shippo, let's go" Inuyasha orders
"Right!" Shippo jumps onto Inuyasha's shoulder and they head off.
