A/N Yea I know its been FOREVER since I last wrote. I feel bad about it, anyways here is the much needed chapter update.
  Kagome and the others headed off to confront Naraku and get her cousin safely out of his hands. Kagura showed up unexpectedly. "You WHAT DOES NARAKU WANT WITH MY COUSIN!"
  "How should I know I'm only to do his bidding."
  "He better not harm her or else!"
"I dont think Naraku would harm her. Not now when...."
"Just what are you implying?"
  "Nothing. Naraku wants you now and he doesn't want to be kept waiting."
  "Back off! Kagome isn't going anywhere with that creep." Inuyasha said getting between them.
  "Is that so? And just what will become of that dear cousin of her's if she doesn't come? I can assure you it wont be pretty."
"What does he want with me anyway?"
  "Who knows? This is Naraku we're talking about. Enough idle banter will you come willingly or am I going to have to bring you to him kicking and screaming."
  Kagome let out a sigh. "Fine."
"Kagome....Be careful." the others said. Kagome nodded before she was quickly taken by Kagura to Naraku's castle.
  Kagome went inside where she was greeted by Naraku. "Ah Kagome how nice to see you my dear." Naraku said with a smile.
   "Where the hell is my cousin."
"Akira, is resting at the moment. Now then make yourself comfortable you will be here for a while."
  "You better not have hurt my cousin in anyway! So help me...."
  "I have no interest in harming Akira."

   Akira woke up from her nap she changed and went to talk to Naraku about this mating thing. She soon heard voices of Naraku and her cousin. "Over my dead body will I ever hand over the jewel shards!" Kagome yelled at Naraku.
   The yelling was giving her a headache not to mention this whole pregnancy thing was starting to make her feel queesy. "Just what is going on here?" She asked as she looked from her cousin to Naraku.
  "Akira your alright thank goodness...."
"Of course I am why wouldn't I be?"
   "He didn't do anything to you did he?"
  "Of course Not! I can take care of myself Kagome. In fact, Naraku has been very kind to me." Akira said not wanting to tell her cousin that she was pregnant with his child at least not yet.
"As you can see Kagome Akira is perfectly fine. " Naraku said.
  "Akira I think maybe I should take you home its safer there."
"Why? So you can go out and do what you want? You know I hear you've been playing hard to get."
"What are you getting at?"
  "Oh well, Hojo, that Inuyasha character, and Koga. Really Kagome stop being such a tease."
  "At least I'm not a slut!"
"Excuse me!"
"You heard me I've heard all about your relationships from aunt Kelly."
   Akira shook her head. "You know Kagome my mother isn't the best source for my personal life. You know just as well as I how gossip works."
   Naraku raised an eyebrow as he looked over at Akira rather curious about these relationships she had before they...well, now wasn't the time for that. "Ahem I will ask you one last time Kagome Please hand over the jewel shards."
  "Never!"
   "Have it your way then. I'll just have to take your cousin instead."
"Don't you dare!"
"Um... Kagome...." Akira said feeling a little uneasy about all this now. Not to mention sick to her stomach.
  "Well... its either you hand over the jewel shards or I will take your cousin? So which will it be?"
  Kagome let out a sigh as she had no other choice. "Fine here!" Kagome yelled tossing the jewel shards at Naraku.
Akira wasn't sure what to do now. She felt uncomfortable about talking to Naraku about the mating mark while kagome was there. She soon felt bile heading up her throat and it wasn't long before she threw up. "Akira are you alright? come on I'll take you home." Kagome said.
Naraku came over and stood by Akira's side. "Akira and I have some things to discuss." Naraku said a smile crossing his lips this way too easy.
"You sneaky son of a...."
  "Kagome! Naraku isn't that bad."
  "Not that bad of course he is! He has done harm to my friends and hundreds of other people. Now you're caught up in his lies."
"Kagome he hasn't lied to me."
"Just what the hell did you do to my cousin."
"Do you really want to know?" Naraku asked a smile on his lips.
"Don't you dare tell her! Or so help me!" Akira said.
Naraku gave a slight a pout. " Very well if you insist."
  Kagome looked at Akira and then to Naraku and back again. Something started to register "Akira did you...?"
"Did I what Kagome?" She knew of course what she was hinting at.
"Did you sleep with Naraku? Geez Akira even I thought you had better sense and taste in men then that."
  Akira narrowed her gaze at Kagome. She seriously wanted to punch her square in the face at this very moment. Naraku was rather amused at watching all this. He then whispered something into Akira's ear, who nodded.
   Naraku's face lit up even more. His aura was even stronger now. Kagome looked on in horror as Naraku moved his lips to Akira's shoulder.

A/N There that should do for now. I intend to finish this story along with Cursed Love. So be expecting more chapters from me :)
