A/N~I want to apologize in advance for any bad spelling or grammar. I had to write this on my kindle, more computer problems.

"Sesshomaru! That's wonderful!" Neveah cries as she bounces in her seat excitedly, "when do I get to meet her? She sounds wonderful!"
"Kagome isn't wonderful, she is amazing and perfect" sesshomaru retorts with a sniff.
"Don't be a jerk!" She says before jumping up, "lady Naima! It's so good to see you!" Anyone could hear the thinly veiled distaste in her tone as she smiles fakely.
Naima glances at her coldly, "I can't say the same for you" and then she looks at sesshomaru," I thought it would interest you to know you intended has been cornered by Izaiyoi and she seems terribly upset" with that she continues on her way.
"Anyway before we were so rudely interrupted" Neveah says with a scowl before turning to sesshomaru who is standing and getting ready to leap to his balcony, "hey! I thought we were talking!"
sesshomaru growls at her when she stands in his way and leans down and snarls, "we may be childhood friends but if you ever try to stand in between this sesshomaru and his mate again, you will no longer have a head" with that he leaps away.
Neveah stares after him a pout on her lips, "he has never left me for another girl before..." she grins broadly," I can't wait to meet her!"

Sesshomaru slams his balcony doors open before striding calmly in the direction he feels kagome's distress coming from. His face is an emotionless mask as he strides towards Izaiyoi where she is sitting... alone. Confusion rises in him because he can sense kagome's distress but she isn't there.
"Where is kagome?" Sesshomaru asks in a deceptively calm voice
"She left a few moments ago" izaiyoi says in a equally calm voice, she looks at him slyly, "she seemed terribly upset"
Sesshomaru thinks over her words before giving a stiff nod and walking out of the room. If she left a few moments ago that would explain why her distress was still in the room. Just like scent the emotions of others linger in a room too. He strides down the hall, his unease building as the farther he gets from the room t the more her distress lessens, and her confusion increases.

Kagome stares in shock as sesshomaru sweeps out of the room.
"How did he not see me?" Kagome asks her voice filled with confusion, "I'm right here."
"That sugar I just put in your tea? It was a special concoction that makes you invisible to everyone but the person who gave it too you" izaiyoi says calmly,"which in this case it's me"
"That's so weird" kagome says in amazement.
"The only flaw is it makes you invisible. That's it. You can still be heard and smelled sensed but not seen." Izaiyoi says obviously pleased with herself, "that's why it's difficult to use on demons because they can smell, sense, and hear you. But it confuses them Long enough that they won't figure it out for a while." Izaiyoi smirks, "and when they do figure it out it will seem as if you are still in here when you are actually away from the manor"
Kagome nods before, She feels sorrow fill up her thoughts as she thinks of sesshomaru with his intended.... and how she almost ruined their happiness. She takes a calming breath, 'I won't ruin someone's relationship. I'm doing the right thing by leaving.'

Kagome turns to izaiyoi," how do I get out of here?"
Izaiyoi smiles, "you simply follow me."

Sesshomaru was sure he was going insane. He couldn't find kagome anywhere, she was gone. His beast was rattling his cage and chains, roaring his need to see kagome.
'She is still here I can sense her! Go back to her room!' Sesshomaru's beast roars.
'Kagome is not there!' Sesshomaru snaps back his frustration building.
'She is you fool!' His beast ignores sesshomaru's warning growl, 'there is something going on here, something odd. And unnatural.'
He stalks past the main entrance and notices izaiyoi climbing into a carriage out front. He brushes it off and continues his search for his intended.
'We must find kagome'

Izaiyoi smiles gleefully as the carriage pulls up to the main gates. Soon kagome will be gone and I will be free to ascend to my place as lady of western lands. She looks over at kagome as she stares lifelessly out the window of the carriage and sighs softly. It's not like she wants the girl to get hurt, she simply doesn't want her in the way of her plans. Kagome wouldn't have been able to handle the stress of being with sesshomaru any ways.
'Well soon I will have him, for who can resist my charm? Even inu-taisho wanted me, even married and had a child with me, and he was mated!'
Izaiyoi jerks out of her thoughts when the carriage comes to a stop. She smiles when she sees the house.
"Kagome dear" she says in a soothing voice, "this is where you will be staying, it is protected by a barrier and its location is unknown to the taisho family. You will be safe here"
Kagome nibbles on her lip as she takes in the house that is medium sized. It's not huge like a mansion but it's not small like a hut either.
"Will I be alone?" Kagome asks uncertainly, not liking the thought of being alone in the house.
"There are servants here, but no one else" izaiyoi says getting a bit antsy from being away from the manor for so long.
Kagome feels an odd sensation go through her just as izaiyoi nods, "the potion has worn off, you are now able to be seen again."
Kagome nods before taking a deep breath and walks towards the house before pausing at the door being held open by a butler, "thank you lady izaiyoi for helping me, if you could tell sesshomaru that I wish him and his intended a life of happiness it would bring me great joy."
Izaiyoi smiles thinly, "why of course dear, now excuse me but I must be off" she spins around and walks to the carriage.
Kagome watches as the carriage pulls away and disappears into the foliage and sense of loneliness fills her before she turns and disappears into the dark house.

~8 months later~
Sesshomaru was plunging into madness. She was gone. His mate was gone. He couldn't find her, she just disappeared off the face of the earth. No one approached the dog demon any more, for fear that he would kill them. He roamed Japan in his natural form, spending his days and nights searching, and any moment not searching he was either passed out from exhaustion dreaming of her or howling his sorrow.
Everyone lived in fear of him for he had surrendered to his beast long ago, and his beast wasn't very kind to anyone who got in his way. Sesshomaru struggles through dense woods groaning from exhaustion when he runs into a barrier. He helps in pain and falls to the ground with a loud thud. Sesshomaru whines as he pants, when he hears a gasp.
"Sesshomaru?"
His beast looks up and sees the very woman he had been trying to find all of this time standing there, her hand over her mouth as she hurries to where he is laying...with a very round belly.

A/N~ *gasp* kagome is preggers!!!! How are they going to react at being reunited again? And how will sesshomaru feel about being a father?
