Sesshoumaru looked around in the darkness and found the narrow rocky road that he had traveled upon once with Rin and Kohaku. He walked along the road and watched for any signs of movement.

Suddenly in the road was a huge white demon dog that he recognized as his Father. He wondered if he could walk through his Father since he was a dead spirit or if he was solid.

“Sesshoumaru, you are going to be given a curse for your transgressions against my Inuyasha and the young lady named Kimi.’
“It is apparent that tensaiga could not completely change your heart. I had hoped you would be worthy of that sword for only a King of demons can wield its awesome power.”

Father said before changing into his humanoid form.

“It is a pathetic sword Father. It cannot cut into ones enemies unless they are from the other world. It only heals and revives. I am a demon not a saint. I refuse to seem so weak in front of others.”

Sesshoumaru said testily.

“You are such a young fool. I had hoped you would learn compassion for others. All you think of is yourself and your own needs. This behavior will change or I will take your life.”

Father said as he suddenly attacked Sesshoumaru knocking him to the ground. He then pulled Sesshoumaru’s head back by grasping his long hair and bit deep into the mating mark.

Sesshoumaru tried to push his Father off of him, but his hands went through Father’s body. How was it that he could touch him in this form and Sesshoumaru could not?

After the mark was made Father shoved a small round light into the mark.

“I give you the curse of compassion. Any time you feel hate you will find yourself in great pain and you will remove the hate in you by expelling your blood. It will remove the dark blood that makes you so cold and unfeeling.’
“I do not know why you were born to be so cold hearted son. Your Mother and I never gave you a reason to act the way you do.’
“Now I am going to infuse you with the pains you caused others. You will feel it all at once to know and understand why you cannot continue down this destructive path you are following.”

Father said as he dug his claws into the mating mark cutting through the flesh making Sesshoumaru scream in agony.

“You did this to your little brother. You tortured him and caused him pain most of his life. You torment your mate by using what should be a gift of love and trust into a tool for pain.”

Father said and then he ripped off Sesshoumaru’s hakumas. Father then removed the fundoshi. He used his claws to cut into Sesshoumaru’s cock as he did with his brother and poured acid onto Sesshoumaru’s testicles so he could feel the suffering of his brother.

Sesshoumaru tried to fight the pain, but it was so intense. Then Father opened Sesshoumaru’s legs wide and his clothing disappeared. Sesshoumaru looked at that long hard cock in fear. He tried to move away, but it did not work.

Touga held his son by his throat and once again clawed at Sesshoumaru’s mating mark making the boy scream in pain while at the same time he thrust into Sesshoumaru who was fighting tooth and nail to free himself from the terrible pain.

“You cannot escape this pain Sesshoumaru. For every pain you inflicted upon your victims I shall increase tenfold.”

The pain of being raped increased and so did the pain from his Father cutting into the mating mark with his claws. Then suddenly in his mind he was hit by the sobbing and begging of others who had suffered under his hands. Soon he felt all of their pain and it was so intense Sesshoumaru almost passed out.

“When I release inside of you my son I shall also curse you with humility. You will learn how to be humble and compassionate. You will show the enemy mercy when it is called for and you will learn to love your little brother.’
“Your Mother and I do not know why you turned out to be a monster to those whom you should care for. I also know that you are trying to make Inuyasha lose your pups. You want to destroy innocent life and it sickens me that you would turn out this way.’
“You are my son, my heir and you do not deserve to be these things to me. My mating mark will remain on you until you learn to be a better man. I will return every pain you cruelly inflict upon another with this mark.”

Touga said as he with a final thrust released into Sesshoumaru. The pain was intense as Sesshoumaru whimpered under his Father. Father’s seed was burning him and the burn was slowly making its way to his heart and mind.

Sesshoumaru closed his eyes hoping the pain would end as his whole body shook with it.

“Someday son you will find love in your heart and you will embrace it. You will find that someone to protect and you will only then realize the true power of tensaiga. It is a weapon of great power and sacrifice.’
“I will also insure that Inuyasha has these pups. You will never touch your brother the way you did on that battlefield. You shame me with your actions and if you decide to continue the path of being a prejudice hateful beast I will come to take your life.”

At that Father disappeared and Sesshoumaru was thrust out of the Meidou Seki stone onto the floor. Sesshoumaru’s hakumas were torn. Blood pooled on the floor from the mark that Father made and from his ass from the brutal rape.

Sesshoumaru was curled into a ball on the floor whimpering. He could still feel the pain of others and their suffering through the mark on his neck.

Mother looked down at her son and felt not one bit of pity for him. Sesshoumaru deserved this and much more as far as she was concerned.

Walking away, Sesshoumaru’s Mother left just the two of us in the study. I didn’t know what to feel for Sesshoumaru. Part of me wanted to comfort him and part of me wanted him to suffer. Then I thought of Rin who loved Sesshoumaru. Even if part of me hated this man another part of me had come to care for him deeply.

If there was ever a man on this earth that needed love it was Sesshoumaru. He did not seem to even understand the concept of such things unless he was around Rin. Rin was a precious little human with a heart of gold and a smile that could light up a darkened room.

I decided for Rin’s sake I would comfort Sesshoumaru. I walked over and knelt by his side gently running my fingers through his hair. Then I started to hum softly to him. It was a tune my brother Shiro taught me.

“Karei?”

Sesshoumaru said as he focused on the sounds of my voice trying to ignore the pain between his legs and the pain he felt on his neck.

“Yes Sesshoumaru.”

I said to him.

Sesshoumaru bolted upright and wrapped his arms around me. Closing his eyes Sesshoumaru held his Karei whimpering a bit as if he were afraid. I wrapped my arms around him and leaned into his embrace.

We held each other like this for a long time before he pulled away. Sesshoumaru stood up and pulled the cord for the servants to come bring him a new kimono and fundoshi.

Sesshoumaru was given a deep red kimono with black swirls with a black obi with red swirls on the bottom. After the servants dressed him he pulled me up from the floor. He took my arm in his and walked to the main hall where his Mother was preparing for her departure.

“I will be back in one month’s time Sesshoumaru. Hopefully by then you will learn to behave like a man rather than a spoiled brat.”

Mother said in irritation.

“Take your mate to the healer and this better be the last time you harm a woman or uke. Also I am taking the treaty with me so that you cannot change it nor destroy it. You will follow it to the letter. There will be no mistakes this time Sesshoumaru unless you want to test me.”

Mother said as she gathered her belongings and left taking her entourage with her.

Shiro was pleased to be going home. He decided when he and Inuyasha got back to the castle that he would have a mating ball for Inuyasha. This way Inuyasha could get to know the local nobles in the area and meet more of his kind since hanyous were welcome in the Eastern lands.

Inuyasha was thinking about his pups and praying to the gods that he would not have a human night anymore. He loved his Mother of course, but being human just sucked.

“Inuyasha we are almost there my love.”

Shiro said through the window on the door of the carriage.

“How much farther since this fucking thing is hell on my ass? Every time the driver hits a bump in the rode my ass is bounced all over the fucking place.”

Inuyasha said as he figured if they weren’t too much farther ahead that he could walk.

“We have about another mile to go.”

Shiro said as he kept his eyes open for possible bandits or demons.

The soldiers he took with him were in good spirits. They were all talking about their time in the West and wondered since they had a treaty now if they could possibly go back sometime.

After hitting a rather big bump in the road Inuyasha had enough since he was bouncing around like a ping pong ball.

“Damnit Shiro I am getting out of this stupid thing.”

Inuyasha said as he opened the door and jumped out landing next to Shiro before shutting the door.

“Next time we will ride the horses over. Have you ever ridden a horse before Inuyasha?”

Shiro asked.

“Nope, rode a big cat named Kirara once in a while or a shape shifting raccoon dog, but never tried riding a horse. Can’t be much different then riding Kirara except they don’t fly.”

Inuyasha said.

“Well normally I walk everywhere I want to go or teleport there. I usually ride horses though if it is a long journey like visiting the South or crossing over to the mainland for supplies.”

Shiro said.

“Well I’ll tell ya this much, if I could teleport like you do I would never stay in one place for long. I like to explore a bit and get to know the land. The forest was my home for many years and so I know it pretty well.”

Inuyasha said.

“Well once the pups are older we will see about traveling a little more.”

Shiro said with a smile.

“That would be great.”

Inuyasha said as he recalled the times that he had walked with his little pack playing games along the trail. Shiro tried to tell him to think of the good things of the past and not to let the bad get him down so much. Still it was difficult for him not to hate Kouga, Kagome, and Sesshoumaru.

“You know, with Sesshoumaru I didn’t have very many good times with him. I try to think about it once in a while, but fact is he was always an asshole. I thought he may have changed after a while, but really there is no hope in us being more than enemies even if by some miracle he gets that stick out of his ass.”

Inuyasha said.

“Well we have to try to be civil with him. I have people I absolutely cannot tolerate, but I still try to be civil to them since I don’t want to sink to their level. If they cannot be pleasant and cordial they are not really worth the time or effort to deal with them. With my duty as a Lord I deal with unpleasant things often, but I still try to look at the bright side of things.”

Shiro said.

“I don’t think there is a bright side when it comes to Sesshoumaru. He is pretty much evil incarnate. I will have to say I think your sister is an idiot to stay with him. Sesshoumaru doesn’t like half breeds and eventually when she stops being amusing to him he will throw her out like he did with me.”

Inuyasha said feeling bad for Kimi who was really a nice girl except for the fact he also thought she was stupid. Soul mates or not Sesshoumaru would never appreciate her or love her.

“If he does he will face my wrath. My sister is not his toy.”

Shiro said angrily.

“Do ya honestly think you can beat him? I mean tensaiga protects his life and he heals from wounds in like a millisecond. Even when I cut off his arm he got it back plus an awesome sword with it. Hell if I could do that I would have someone cut off both my arms just so I could have two swords to fight with when they regenerated.”

Inuyasha said and Shiro laughed.

“You couldn’t do much without two arms puppy.”

Shiro said.

“Well it’s just a thought anyway. Plus I am still a hanyou, I think. Don’t really know anymore since I never had this much power before.”

Inuyasha said with a shrug.

“You are mostly demon Inuyasha. However, not meaning to be cruel I would like to see you in your human form.”

Shiro said as he held Inuyasha’s hand.

“Well for the pups sake I hope it doesn’t happen. I really want these pups Shiro. Not only because I won’t have to worry about Sess touching me again, but because I feel love for them. They are a part of me and I used to dream about having a big family with lots of my pups being born into the world.’
“Sango and Miroku have a bunch of kids and they were great other then they sometimes pulled on my ears. I didn’t mind it too much, but it was hard to watch their family grow and not have a pup of my own.”

Inuyasha said.

“Inuyasha I will do all that is in my power to help you keep these pups, but know that I love you too much to let you die while trying to do something that may be impossible for your body to handle. A human body can only handle so much especially a male body that is not used to the stretching for such a large litter.”

Shiro said gently.

“Shiro I am afraid. I am scared to death that Sesshoumaru is going to get his wish and for me to lose the pups so that he can take me again. Somehow I gotta be able to do this.’
“I also think he is going to be a lousy Father. He doesn’t know how to love anyone except himself and maybe that kid Rin. Fact is Rin was probably a pet to in my brother’s eyes. She worshiped him and still does. That is part of the reason I can’t kill him. I also can’t imagine a life without him and yet I hate him with every fiber of my being.’
“I mean I could take the beatings, but I never thought he would rape me. I never once thought that he was capable of hurting me in that way. It was like an unspoken trust that we had and it is broken. Just looking at him makes me want to tear him apart.”

Inuyasha said.

“Inuyasha I promise I will do all I can to insure he never touches you like that again. I will protect you with my life I swear it.”

Shiro said lifting Inuyasha’s hand that was entwined with his own kissing the top of it.

Inuyasha sighed and wondered what the future held for both him and Shiro. He wished it was Shiro’s pups he was carrying rather than his stupid brother’s. Inuyasha just couldn’t imagine Sesshoumaru as a Father to his pups. The guy was a royal asshole and Inuyasha swore if Sesshoumaru hurt one hair on his pups’ head he would kill him.

As they got closer to the castle Inuyasha felt the wonderful feeling of coming home. Shiro smiled at Inuyasha and scratched behind one of those cute little ears.

“Are you happy to be home Inuyasha?”

Shiro asked.

“Home….it almost seems like a dream and I am afraid of waking up to have it all disappear on me. It makes me want to never wake up if this is a dream. I’ve always wanted a place to call home.”

Inuyasha said as they started walking down the low sloping hill towards the castle.

“I promise you this is not a dream my love and as long as we are together home will always be here in each other’s hearts.”

Shiro said as he kissed Inuyasha tenderly.

As soon as they arrived home Shiro lifted his mate into his arms bridal style and carried him into their bedroom. Shiro wanted to help Inuyasha relax and feel like he was truly loved.

Helping Inuyasha out of his armor and setting his own as well as Inuyasha’s on the racks, Shiro then pulled Inuyasha into a passionate kiss.

Shiro ran his fingers over Inuyasha’s beautiful silvery white hair as he pulled him closer embracing him.

Inuyasha smiled as he laid his head against Shiro’s strong chest feeling safe for the first time in many years. Home was wherever Shiro was.

Shiro massaged Inuyasha after helping him remove his clothing. Then he took off his own and made passionate love to his mate. Bodies entwined and onyx hair melded with metallic silvery white as Shiro unbound the top knot from Inuyasha’s hair letting it spill on the blood red silken sheets.

“You are so beautiful Inuyasha.”

Shiro said with feeling as he held his beloved mate and ran his fingers through those long locks.

“Mmmm…….Shiro. You make me feel so wanted. I’ve never had this feeling before with anyone. I feel so safe with you and if anyone is beautiful you are. I love you.”

Inuyasha said as he pulled Shiro down to kiss this man he loved.
