Within the valleys of Mount Yari:

�Wolf cub, you have completely let your sanity fly away with the wind.�
�Whatever, is Ayame alright already?� Kouga scowled at the elder wolf, who was perched on top of a mass of large boulders.
�In a rush as usual princeling.� the elder wolf chuckled into his muzzle.
�When isn�t he ever?� said one of the other elders.
�Old farts.� Kouga growled under his breath.
�I�ll pretend we didn�t hear that.� the elder wolf grinned with his sharp teeth gleaming in the setting sunlight. �Tell me wolf cub, why have you brought my granddaughter here in such a state of duress?�
�*sigh* I had no other choice.� Kouga said cringing as the elder wolf reminded him of his relation to Ayame. �We both were attacked by one of Naraku�s bridge club members.�
�Naraku�hmm.� the elder wolf pondered to himself. �That hanyou is a monster, tis true. But he has become inactive in the past few years. No one�s caught a whiff of him. And for him to stage an attack on the wolf youkai sounds highly unusual.�
�Well�it�s not initially him, just the demon who attacked us. I think he was working alone. See he�s after a girl, she�s a miko of the Higurashi Temple and-�
�Ah yes, we�ve heard of that one. This Kagome Higurashi.� A female wolf demon said reclining on a large boulder.
�How?� Kouga asked very skeptical. �We�ve only known Kagome for a few days.�

�Lord Inu Taisho won�t stop boasting about her on his online website, we appreciate how much he loves and adores his offsprings. But now he�s just showing off.� the female wolf demon explained. �So what if his hanyou son has a miko mate.�
�What?!� Kouga gasped.
�Maybe Lord Taisho always wanted more daughters.� the elder wolf shrugged. �He tells that she is the daughter of a close friend of his. Apparently that�s why the great dog is so excited.�
�Wait a minute!� Kouga shouted. �Inuyasha doesn�t have a mate! I just saw him this afternoon. He never said anything about a mate! And I don�t think he�ll mate with Kikyo-�
�The young princeling seems to be in a state of denial.� the female wolf youkai giggled.
�This is not happening�� Kouga growled wirily. �Kagome?�I don�t even know how to feel about this. *sigh* Then again she never did show any signs of liking me. But I still feel like a loser. Damn dog shit works fast!�

�You scent shows signs of conflict, cub.� The elder wolf scuffed. �I thinks it�s time you went home.�
�What?� Kouga jumped as the elder wolf broke him out of his thoughts. �Wait what about Ayame?�
�I�m fine.� Ayame said from behind kouga. �Go home Kouga, or better yet go find Kagome.�
Kouga spun around in shock. �How long has she been there?�

�You�ok now?� he asked, as he walked up to her and grabbed her by the arms. �The healing springs took forever.�
�I had to wash my hair.� Ayame said disdainfully as he tugged her against him, and started to sniff her hair. Feeling his body against hers made it tingle all over, and her heart started to beat faster, and something happened that she never had happen to her before. Her youkai purred. �Oh my gawd! *shudder* He�s just touching me, and I�m going haywire. Kami save me!�

�Well, that�s good to know.� he responded in her mind. Causing Ayame to jump away from him as if she were burned. But he quickly grabbed her waist and pulled her back to him instinctively. �Are you telling me your youkai never responded to anyone before Ayame?�

�This is not the place or the time for this. And let go of me, my grandpa is staring right at us!� Ayame responded as she tried to avoid his cobalt eyes that were looking at her with something she�d never seen before.
�Well now, this is an interesting development.� the elder wolf rumbled as he looked down at his granddaughter and the wolf prince. They were clearly speaking to each other but in the way of mates. He felt a weight being lifted from his shoulders. So what if the wolf prince was a complete idiot, with his third invisible eye the elder saw how much entwined their youkai were. He�d seen it since they were they were babies, they were so close growing up, until puberty and the wolf prince went wild. The elder hoped to find another suitor for his granddaughter but all others didn�t add up to the potential Kouga presented. And his precious Ayame refused them all.

�You do know the mating grounds are that way.� he laughed out loud.
�Grandpa!� Ayame gasped, completely red-faced as she pushed kouga away.
�Ok I understand your need for privacy for something so important, by the way I was thinking that I�d like 3 great-grand cubs to spoil before I expire.� he teased openly, as he watched Kouga scratch the back of his head, clearly uncomfortable.
�Grandpa!� Ayame scolded, and turned to Kouga. �We need to get going.�
Kouga looked down at her new attire, since her uniform were beyond repair she was now dressed in shorts and a sweat shirt. He knew Ayame loved to show off her legs, even in the winters cold, her hair was gleaming without it�s usual braided pig-tails and blowing in the wind. Kouga felt his tail wag in excitement.
�Stop looking at me like that!� Ayame exasperated. �We need to go find our friends, so whatever your thinking has to stop right now!�
�Alright, fine.� Kouga conceded, and turned to the elder whom was smiling openly at him. �The hells wrong with him?�
�We need to get you off this mountain.� Ayame sighed. �Grandpa I�ll have to call you later.�
�Alright cubs. Safe journey, and Kouga stay close to my granddaughter, she is very head strung.� The elder commented. �I have sent for Ginta and Hakaku. They are waiting for you at the bottom of the mountain.�
�Yes sir, and thank you.� Kouga replied and bowed to the elder and the rest of the elders.
�I am not head strung.� Ayame argued, not bowing to anyone as she turned and walked off.
Kouga ran to catch up with her.
�You owe me 100,000 yen grand elder.� said the female demon as she continued to examine her nails.
�Couldn�t you have waited until they�ve descended the mountain?� the elder replied happily, as he watched his granddaughter now princess leave his citadel. And watched as she smacked the young prince with her tail for groping her butt.

�Finally, now I can go on a vacation.�

�Kikyo what were you thinking?� Tsubaki asked as she served Hakudoshi some macaroni and cheese with steamed cabbage with carrots. �Kid you have a weird appetite.�
�Just because I�m not with responsible adults doesn�t mean I should stray from my perfectly planned menu.� Hakudoshi said calmly as he watched his mother pace back and forth in the kitchen of Tsubaki�s home. He sighed openly as her hair floated behind her.
�Hmph. Not even a thank you.� Tsubaki huffed, as she plopped a bowl of beef and rice on the place mat next to him, and popped open a can of V8 and handed it to him, while she sat with her ginger ale. �Father can�t teach you good manners?�
�My moral education is not of your concern.� Hakudoshi replied as he stuffed the food in his mouth.
�Brat.� Tsubaki snorted. �Gawds Kikyo quit pacing the room.�
�Yes mother, you should eat something.� Hakudoshi agreed. �Your energy is minimal. After destroying that java hut-�
�I didn�t destroy anything!� Kikyo snapped, as she sat down to a bowl of beef and rice Tsubaki left for her.
�You instigated that battle.� Hakudoshi replied. �So it�s your fault that place is a trash heap.�
�Bah!� Kikyo snorted. �What are they teaching you at that house?�
�Lot�s of basic skills of course. I learn English, Japanese, French, Spanish, and basic math. Father will not allow intermediate levels of math yet like algebra or geometry yet. But I have started fractions!� Hakudoshi said happily, obviously trying to seek Kikyo�s approval.
�Oh my gawd!� Tsubaki gasped, and then choked on her food.
�What are they doing to you?!� Kikyo snapped. �Your only a child, barely out of diapers!�
�Diapers? I�m not an infant. Seriously, I learned to use the toilet when I was 2. And father used a nappy. Diapers? Are you nuts?� Hakudoshi sneered.
�He changed your nappy himself?!� Kikyo asked completely shocked.
�Well, yes. With Kagura�s help of course. But my father took care of me himself.� Hakudoshi admitted. �Why do you look so shocked?�
�I didn�t know Naraku had a paternal side.� Kikyo replied as she put a serving of food in her mouth, ignoring Tsubaki�s choking as the succubus hobbled over to the kitchen sink.
�Father refused nannies, he didn�t like the idea of strange women touching me, and strangers getting to close.� Hakudoshi replied.
�But still, you shouldn�t be learning such advanced things so early in your youth.� Kikyo said steadfastly.
�Father says that I am advanced for my age.� Hakudoshi replied, smiling to himself as he watched Kikyo�s eyes harden. �She actually cares.�

�I can give a rats ass what you father says.� Kikyo snapped. �You�re a child, you should be enjoying your childhood. Not studying as if your taking high school entrance exams!�
�I only get tutored for 2 hours a day.� He replied with a smirk.
�You don�t need tutoring!� Kikyo snapped. �This is bull shit. I need to talk to your father right now.�
�What?!� Tsubaki jumped as she moved away from the sink.
�Hakudoshi finish your dinner, we�re leaving in 5 minutes.� Kikyo said sternly.
�Yes mother.� Hakudoshi smiled. �Finally, we�re going to be a family. But I must find a way to get rid of Kagura. She poses a problem. She�ll push my mother away, and I�m so close to finally having her and father to myself. Then again I did see the Inu youkai run off with her when the police started to arrive at the shop. He seems quite possessive, maybe he�ll be of some use. No told him to take her.�

�Kikyo are you completely wacko?!� Tsubaki fumed with her face completely red. �You can�t go to that mansion. You won�t come back out!�
Hakudoshi looked at Tsubaki out the corner of his eyes.
�I�ll be fine Kagura.� Kikyo replied completely determined.
�Your not thinking straight. Why the sudden need to do all of this, right now?� Tsubaki asked. �I mean, the kid already blabbed how terribly neglectful you are. I don�t see the point in trying to be the model parent of year right now!�
�Hmm.� Kikyo replied. �She is right�� Kikyo thought, then she turned and spare at look at Hakudoshi, his purple eyes were pleading with her. Then she saw her way out. �I need an alibi destruction of property is a high offense, and so is assault. Hakudoshi let�s go.�
�Yes maam!� He said happily as he left the unfinished meal on the table, and followed behind Kikyo as she grabbed her purse and made for the front door.

�If your coming Tsubaki then come, but I�ve gotta roll!� Kikyo said flying through the front door, with Hakudoshi on her heel, he closed the door and ran behind her.
�Fuck!� Tsubaki shouted as she tried to run behind them. But the door wouldn�t budge. �The hell?� Then all the windows in the house shut and latched themselves.
�Hey!� she shouted as she heard Kikyo�s car engine start up. She started to bang the door.
�Do you hear something?� Kikyo asked as she turned the radio down, and looked back at Tsubaki�s house as it looked like it was trembling.
�No.� Hakudoshi replied. �Come on mom.�
Hearing him call her �mom� instead of just �mother� made smile. �Never thought I�d want to hear those words.� she thought
�Alright then let�s get out of here!� Kikyo said as she made sure to buckle up his seat belt and roll off the Yamaguchi�s drive way, and sped off into the night.
Tsubaki was suspended in the air and stuck to the ceiling of her house. She started to scream, but no words came out, then an unnatural force sent her body reeling to the back of the house, into her bedroom. Flinging her against the wall knocking her out cold, and locking her bedroom door.
�You know mom, this can be a bad influence on me.� Hakudoshi joked. �My mother on the run from the police and with her kidnapped love-child strapped to the front seat.�
�Geez, you watch too much television. Love child?!� Kikyo flushed as her face heated up.
�Well how else was I created? I only know of one way. Unless you can asexually reproduce yourself with fathers sperm.� Hakudoshi giggled.
�Asexual what?!� Kikyo snapped as she swerved onto the freeway. �The hell is he teaching you?!�

�And everything you stated here is the truth?� Li asked Kagura stern fully.
�I swore to it didn�t I?� Kagura growled. �I hate police officers.�

�Miss Hinomoto you have a decorate history with law enforcement for a young girl your age.� Lt. Li replied disdainfully.
�I�ll be 18 in a month, so then you can lock me up, and pimp me out to the prison guards.� Kagura snarked.
�Is that what you want?� Li asked, as he pinched the bridge of his nose. He�d been questioning Kagura for an hour and hasn�t gotten anywhere. Kagome was easy because she was human and a victim. Kagura�s presence served him mixed feelings, between taking her downtown and locking her up for the night or tazoring her until she shits herself.
�The question is, is that what �you� want?� Kagura snorted as she rolled her eyes.
�Kagura-
�Miss Hinomoto, Lieutenant.� Kagura corrected. �I don�t know you personally, no matter my decorative criminal history.�
�I never said that.� Li exasperated. �Damn it! Child, you need to wake up! Either you answer the damned questions or you never go home! No graduation, no Juken University, no money, no sex, no daddy, no one! This would be your third and final strike, you get tried as an adult, and I guarantee a prison sentence.�
�Hold up!� Kagura blasted. �No sex? In a prison? What about my cell mate. I�m sure she�ll be willing. And then we�re back to the guards again.�
�Damn it!� Li shouted, as he got up out the sofa and left the room, and walked quickly to the kitchen. Inutaisho and Inuyasha were playing dominoes and the counter while Kagome was on the phone with Sango. Shesshomaru was giving Shippo looks of death while Rin was sitting comfortably on Shippo�s lap reading a book, Bankotsu went back to sleep upstairs apparently the medicine was still working.
�She�s not talking.� Li growled.
�She�s a woman, young but a woman none the less.� Inutaisho replied as he placed a domino on the table.
�What�s that supposed to mean?� Li growled.
�You�re going at it the wrong way. You�ll need to goad her into telling you. Not force it out of her.� Inutaisho explained.
�I know how to do my job Taisho.� Li replied. �But she�s a tough one.�
�I have an alternative. Domino!� He said as he slapped the domino on the table.
�Dad! You gotta� stop cheatin�.� Inuyasha whined.
�You know you can�t beat your old man. But you get an A for effort.� Inutaisho chuckled.
�Taishoooo!� Li gritted.
�Fine. Shesshomaru, would you be kind as to talk with Miss Hinomoto.� Inutaisho said.
�Fine.� Shesshomaru said stiffly as he got up. Used his father telling instead of asking for something to get done.
�Maybe I should go, too.� Kagome said.
�Yeah, fluffy here and the catwoman in there antagonize each other.� Inuyasha chuckled.

�I�m so proud of you son, you used a complete sentence, and a four syllable word.� Inutaisho replied as he nodded at Shesshomaru�s back at he left the kitchen.

�Thanks pops, that made me feel so proud of ma� self� � Inuyasha frowned as Kagome giggled.
�Shesshomaru is better fitted for this situation I believe.� Inutaisho said.
�Keh.� Inuyasha shrugged. �I hope there windows are locked. It�s too cold outside.�

In the living room~

�And the wolf sends in the dog.� Kagura muttered as Shesshomaru walked in the room, closed the sliding doors and sat down next to her on the sofa. �You know there�s a couch right over there.�
�This is my home I sit where I want.� Shesshomaru replied disdainfully.
�Speaking of homes, I would like to go to mine.� Kagura argued.
�Without your charge?� Shesshomaru asked.
�Can you speak 21^st century English, or do you refuse to? Because it�s frustrating when you go all formal 19^th century. Stuck in a time warp, much?� Kagura teased.
�I was raised to be articulate and annunciate my words properly and evenly.� Shesshomaru seethed. �Damned insufferable woman.�

�Ok lord of the boring kingdom. Why doesn�t Inuyasha go all formal and snotty like you?� Kagura asked.
�Because he refuses, too.� Shesshomaru shrugs. �Why won�t you talk to Li?�
�Oh my god, you actually shortened your sentence.� Kagura grinned, as he frowned at her.
�Kagura, it�s getting late and I have a paper I want to start on that�s due next Wednesday.� Shesshomaru drawled.
�What kind of paper?� Kagura asked spontaneously. �Maybe I can help? Where�s your room by the way?�
�Your stalling.� Shesshomaru grinned. �But I could show you my room, if you want.�
�Whatever.� Kagura said rolling eyes and clearing her throat, remembering that she was still attracted the pompous ass. �Wrong question kagura!� she scolded herself.
�I do not invite many girls to my bedroom.� Shesshomaru murmered as he sniffed her arousal. �I promise you�ll feel much more comfortable there, if you want.�
�Um�� Kagura mumbled, as he felt his body get closer to hers. Feeling his youkai rise she shifted slightly to have him pounce on top of her pining her in place on cushion of the sofa.

�Shesshomaru?�
�Kagura.� Shesshomaru growled as he pressed his body against hers, actively toying with her. He sensed her arousal spike, as he watched her lips part for breath. His plan was to get a taste of her blood, once he had that then he�d know just about everything and some about Kagura Hinomoto. �You are very forward for a maiden.� Shesshomaru growled, as his claws dug into the sofa. �Father�s going to kill me. Damn it, what�s wrong with me?!�

�You started this.� Kagura moaned as she unzipped him, her excitement grew as she came encounter with his hard length pressing tightly against dark blue boxers. �Oh god, am I really going to do this?� She asked herself as she looked up into his face watching as his amber eyes intensely watched her, she slid her hand into his boxers and gently wrapped her hand around hardened cock. �Wow.�

�Ok! Ok!� Kagura shouted as she closed her eyes, and shot her hands out at him. After a few seconds of feeling nothing she opened her eyes to find him looking at her with his lustful red eyes. She looked down at herself noticing that her jeans were in shreds around them and her panties were fisted in his clawed hand and he stuffed them in his pocket. �What is it with men and women�s panties? Oh god I�m naked!� she gasped as she tried to cover her lower body. He growled angrily at her, causing her to jump.
�You give Li information, tomorrow.� Shesshomaru growled silkily as he stretched out across her body. �Tonight you give yourself to me.�
�Ok.� Kagura sighed in surrender as he grabbed the back of her head, and met her lips.

While in the kitchen:

�Geez dad, tell them to get a room! We�ve got like 30 of em�!� Inuyasha whined to his father as the scent of sex grew and spread around the bottom level of the house.
�I am not stepping a foot in that room.� Inutaisho receded. �It�s insanity to get between two youkai�s mating.�
�Mating?!� Inuyasha shouted out shocked.
�I�m going home, I�ll see you all for breakfast again tomorrow.� Jamison Li said picking up his cell phone. �I mean it�s not like I don�t have a wife and life of my own right?�
�I am tremendously sorry Jamison. But I assure you Shesshomaru will have what you need tomorrow.� Inutaisho consulted his long time friend.
�*snort* You�re not sorry I think you knew this was going to happen. Apparently it�s mating season for your liter.� Jamison chuckled as he punched in some numbers and exited the room. �I hope you hormonally challenged teenagers are practicing safe sex, or Inutai-Tai here will be bouncing babies off his knees by this time next year. Later!�
�Oh my god!� Kagome shrieked. �Inuyasha we didn�t�I�m not�and you�re not�Oh my god!�
�Kagome calm down.� Inuyasha rushed to her side, frowning at his father as he grinned at his son.
�Calm down?! Inuyasha we had sex twice already! And you weren�t wearing any protection.� Kagome gasped. �I can�t breathe!�

�Hmm, neither did we, now that you think about it.� Rin said absently, as Shippo stiffened when Inutaisho turned abruptly glare at him with death in his eyes. �Oh well, I get birth control shots every 3 months anyway.�
�When did you start doing that?� Inutaisho asked completely shocked at his daughter. �You never spoke to me about it.�
�Come on dad, it�s kinda personal. I told Shippo so I don�t see what�s the big deal.� Rin shrugged as she cuddled into Shippo�s arms. �Then again maybe I�d like to have his kitsunes.�
�You�re still, too young.� Inutaisho growled.
�I know I was just joking dad, shessh!� Rin giggled.
�What about me?! I might be already pregnant!� Kagome panted as if there wasn�t enough air in the room. �I mean he�s a dog demon, and I�m human.�
�Yes and we are quite fertile. Wolves are more so.� Inutaisho nodded as he grabbed a beer out of the fridge.
�Dad your not helping.� Inuyasha exasperated.
�My mom is going to kill me.� Kagome cried.
�You do not have to worry so much. Besides I have a lot of time, you can finish school while I babysit.� Inutaisho grinned.
�Dad!� Inuyasha shouted, as kagome cried harder into his shoulder.
�Oh, lighten up and tell the truth already.� Inutaisho snickered. �Inuyasha can only father children on nights when the moon is full or 3 quarters, when his youkai is at it�s peak. Unlike most male youkai who can only wait for their mate to be fertile.�
�Or their body rhythms coincide.� Shippo added.
�Blah, blah, blah. So many guidelines to youkai and human sex.� Rin said sarcastically. �Shippo let�s go up to my room, I want to make sure you�re all better.�
�He is not staying the night!� Inutaisho shouted as Rin hurridly pulled Shippo out the kitchen.
�Goodnight dad.� Rin shouted from beyond the hallway.
�I�m tired, too, Inuyasha.� Kagome sighed.
�K, let�s go to bed then.� Inuyasha said almost too happily.
�Oh no you don�t.� Inutaisho said walking up to block their way out the kitchen. �Inuyasha you need to study for you math test next week.�
�The hell!� Inuyasha snapped, not knowing how his father knew he even had one. �Come on dad.�
�No, study first. Kagome you are an over achiever I hear. Maybe you can help him. All the tutors I�ve hired can�t.� Inutaisho said, as he grabbed his beer and left the room.

�Good night children.�
�My dad hates me.� Inuyasha cried as he walked towards the staircase that didn�t pass by the living room.
�No he doesn�t.� Kagome replied holding his hand as he led her up the stairs. �He just doesn�t want you to flunk Trig.�
�If the paid helpers he hired couldn�t help me, how are you gonna do it?� Inuyasha asked quizzically as he walked to his room. �Thank kami my bedroom is on the other side of the house away from Shesshomaru�s. How�d he get up to his room so fast?!�
