Kagome shoes hit the soft forest floor with quiet force. Why had Inuyasha not told her that he was at the spring? Some times she just didn’t understand him. Kagome could see the springs and Inuyasha. His now ebony hair has draped over his sleek muscular form as he sat in the warm waters.

“ Inuyasha! You wanted to see me. Is anything the matter?” she asked slightly blushing from his human beauty.

“Kagome,” Inuyasha said smiling gently. “ Yes, there was. Please come over here I wish to talk.”

Kagome was shocked. Inuyasha was never this gentle and never spoke this way to her. Why was he acting so strange and well, nice? She smiled back and decided to take this opportunity to get to know her beloved hanyou or rather human how she really felt.

“Kagome take off your foot things. What did you call them? Shoes. Come on the water feels really nice.” he continued still smiling.

Inuyasha leaned his back up against a near boulder and watched as Kagome took off her shoes. He wouldn’t admit it but she was beautiful underneath the starry sky. She reminded him of Kikyo. Not just by her looks but also by her kindness. When they were together, back then he had been so happy. He had found his one heart’s desire but then it was taken away by that bastard Naraku! When he awoke to Kagome who he thought was Kikyo he had still believed that she still hated him for what happened that day. But ow wow wrong he was. Although Kagome was Kikyo’s reincarnation she was nothing like her in personality. She was more gentle and he would hate to say it but he actually loved Kagome more than he had ever loved Kikyo. But then in loving Kagome wasn’t he falling in love again with Kikyo? After all Kagome was Kikyo’s reincarnation so in theory he was in love with the same woman all over again.

Kagome smiled at him as she placed her pale ivory legs into the spring’s soothing waters. He was right it did feel good. She turned to the ebony haired human still smiling.

“What did you want say, Inu….” she started

Her voice had been cut off by Inuyasha’s mouth closing around her own. It was so sweet as his silky lips pushed up against hers. His hand came up on her thigh lightly grazing it with his shortened fingernails. His tongue now parted their closed lips and entered her pleasing mouth. His hand traveled further upper leg so very near her heat. He ran his fingernails in circles causing Kagome’s mind to go blank with desire as his tongue played with hers. She nodded placing her head on his chest. She was overjoyed and never felt so complete in her life. Secretly she wished that this would happen again but perhaps with a hanyou. She closed her eyes and darkness overtook her. A distance a way another set of eyes watched the couple.
