Kagome sighed in relief when InuYasha left the room. No he didn�t have a change of heart. He just wanted to protect his unborn pup. A child Kagome never wanted. Kagome slid her hands over her stomach. "Maybe�just maybe he will change after the baby is born�.no..he�won�t. Thinking like this is useless!"

InuYasha could hear Kagome speaking as he sat up against his bedroom door. Damn she is still so damn sexy! I just want to feel her with me soo bad. I thought Kikyou was great, but she doesn�t even compare to Kagome. InuYasha rubbed his eyes and licked his lips just thinking about his young mate. He was still not willing to let Kagome have her way but he would have to be more lenient during her pregnancy so nothing would jeopardize his plans for the future.

"I hate him! I wish this child�would just�oh what am I saying�how could I wish anything like that?" said Kagome pulling her silky black hair in a rage. "No, I mean it, I wish this child would die!" and with that InuYasha stood up and swung the door open. Kagome looked up in shock and fear. InuYasha was flaming mad. "If you even think about hurting that pup inside you, I swear I will make your life more of a hell than it already is!"

Kagome�s eyes grew big and she bit her quivering lip. He was serious. "It would be better than bringing this child into this world with you in it!" snapped Kagome, knowing he would not dare touch her since she carried his child. Kagome smirked a little knowing that she had taken control over the situation. InuYasha strode towards and went to strike her but withheld his reaction.

"That�s right InuYasha, you wouldn�t want to hurt the pup, no would you!" Kagome told him standing to face his face to face. Inua saa saw a new light in Kagome. She was different, and he didn�t like it all. Where was the poor defenseless girl he would ravish against her will every night? "I swear once you have my pup, you will pay, wench!" said InuYasha as he strolled out of the room slamming the door.

Kagome relieve he was gone could not believe she was brave enough to speak those words. Hmm�so InuYasha does care for the baby..How amusing.. How can a heartless, beast ever actually love something? Oh he doesn�t love the child, he just doesn�t want his plans for the future ruined. Kagome walked over to their bed and flopped herself down. Closing her eyes, she dreamed of someone coming to save her, but she knew no one would come.

Two months passed�..
Kagome�s stomach started to round and InuYasha kept his distance from Kagome. He still wanted to be near her as much as possible to make sure nothinuld uld happen to her. He frequently saw Kikyou anymore. And he knew if he did she would be angry with him for not coming to her sooner, so he decided the hell with her.

InuYasha was sitting on his balcony overlooking his lands when he saw a man with a black robe and staff walking up to his castle. "Oh, not another fucking monk!" he told hisself and jumped down to give the man a proper greeting. (sarcasm) InuYasha stealthily jumped in front of the young man. "What the hell, do you want monk?" he asked the monk hatefully.

"So you are Lord InuYasha! Hmm�I was sent here to do this!" and with that the young monk quickly with reflexes so fast InuYasha couldn�t stop him placed his palm on InuYasha�s head causing a bright red light to emit from his head, and then InuYasha was on the ground knocked out. "And the evil spirits are gone!" said the monk as he looked down at the hanyou.

InuYasha opened his eyes carefully to be greeted by a bright ray from the sun. His head hurt. All he remembered was greeting the monk and then BAM�he woke up here. What the hell happened.

"Ah good you�re awake!" said the young monk sitting on the balcony watching InuYasha aro around. The monk wore a black robe with beads on his hand. His hair was black and swept back into a tight ponytail only a few of his bang hairs on his forehead.

"Who the hell are you?" asked InuYasha bewildered. "I am Miroku, a monk that has traveled a long way, to�release you from that evil spell!"

"What?!? What spell?" said InuYasha sitting up, his face getting red with frustration and anger. "The spell the witch Kikyou put over you! She was controlling you!"

"Kikyou? Kikyou wouldn�t do that, she loves me!"

"Oh, you stupid boy! Kikyou doesn�t love you, she wanted your power and the power of your young mate!" said Miroku cracking InuYasha in the head with his staff. InuYasha rubbed his head. "Ouch! That hurt you ass! My mate? What the hell are you �.oh..Kagome!" he said, as images of the beautiful girl being raped by him flew through his mind.

"No, I didn�t, I couldn�t have done that!" he shouted. Miroku walked over to the young hanyou and placed his hand on his shoulder.ot;Iot;It isn�t to late, You have yourself back!"

InuYasha looked at Miroku with a dumb-founded look on his face. "Do you have any idea what hell I have put her through? Do you know what I did to her?"

"No..enlighten me, tell my what you did when you were underneath Kikyou�s spell." InuYasha looked at Miroku. He went to say what he did but the words were caught in his throat and he couldn�t say them. "I�I.." "Go on," encouraged Miroku.

"I raped her! Got her pregnant with a pup she doesn�t even want! She hates me and I don�t blame her at all!" said InuYasha putting his head in his hands to hide his shame.

Kagome walked out on the balcony to find InuYasha and a strange man sitting there. InuYasha looked different somehow. He seemed distressed and even hurt, and worse guilty. Miroku caught a glance with Kagome. "You must be Kagome!" he told her in a gentle voice.

Kagome nodded her head in acknowledgement. Something wasn�t right here. Kagome looked at InuYasha again. He didn�t even look up at her to snap at her or anything. "Kagome," called Miroku. "Kagome, I know you have been through quite a lot, but if you would just hear me out for a minute."

Kagome�s eyebrows raised and in her mind she questioned what was going on. "Kagome, InuYasha was under a spell, and in that spell he did many evil things, such as take you against you will, and so on and so forth." Kagome, was take aback. Spell?? What Spe//??

"A spell?" she asked the monk. "InuYasha met a witch a while ago named Kikyou. She is very powerful. And I am guessing to have power over you and the lands here, she put a spell on InuYasha to do her bidding."

"Little did she know that by mating with you, the spell weakened, but not so weak as you can see because he did all those horrible things to you! But, weak as in he didn�t visit her very often and he was starting to have a mind of his own again." Said Miroku, and InuYasha picked up his head. His golden eyes were glazed with tears. He stood up and walked over to Kagome.

"I am so sorry! You are free to leave as you wish! I will not keep you," said InuYasha and he then he left Kagome and Miroku on the balcony.

Kagome, stunned, shocked, and very very confused looked at Miroku, "You are telling the truth aren�t you?" she asked him.

"Yes, Kagome I am. I think you should stay here, even if you hate it though!"

"I have no where else to go, and I never thought of freedom till now!" said Kagome, and then she felt a slight bubble in her stomach. Putting her hand to her belly, she felt the little being inside her kick. "I am pregnant with his child! I wouldn�t know where to go! I couldn�t take care of a child alone!"

Miroku left Kagome alone to ponder her thoughts. So it was a spell. He didn�t mean of the many hurtful, and cruel things he did to me? I still for some reason hate him! Should I stay here or should I go?

**Okies..so sorry about the short chapter, ok to answer a few of your questions�I planned on having InuYasha under a spell by Kikyou all along�I just wanted to see the reviews before I actually wrote the rest down�well thanks for all the reviews.. and send more please ^_^ bai bai
