Chapter 2

I was just waiting for Rin and Jaken to return. A-Un of course had gone as well. I was trying to enjoy the peace and quiet when I smelt Naraku's scent. I rushed towards it and all I found was a young demoness." Why do you smell of Naraku? Are you one of his incarnations or an ally?" I asked quietly. "Me befriend that disgusting creature, no way. As for the hold being an incarnation. . . that's impossible. If your even thinking anything else no I am not his daughter or lover. Ewww I just thought about that. Oh man I think I am going to barf, excuse me." She ran over behind a boulder and puked. ~"Just the thought made her sick, then why does she smell of him if she does not like him?" ~ You thought to yourself.

"Sorry about that but I just can't stand the thought of me and HIM being together." You seen her shiver as she spoke of this. You smirked and then asked. "Why do you smell of him then?" You repeated. "Well I think its cause he had me in his castle just a bit ago. When I was about to. . ." She told you. You looked at her as she kept talking and you mentally smacked yourself in the forehead. You had locked eyes with her and was actually thinking she was worthy to be yours. She was quite beautiful and her voice was like music to your ears. You could actually see yourself mating with such a delectable creature. Her eyes were enticing as well. You noticed that the silver in her golden eyes actually moved about.

All of a sudden you seen yourself kissing along her delicate neck, then down farther into her kimono. You moved her kimono aside and started to kiss over to her right. . . You snapped yourself out of your day dream when you heard her talking to you." Hey are you home or not pal, and why are you staring at my chest. Don't you be getting any ideas buddy cause it isn't about to be your lucky day with me, got it mister." She said as she poked your chest armor. You looked down at her finger then at her face and said." Are you going to answer my question or not?" You asked her." I was, then you started staring at my chest." She said with a slight flush of her cheeks." Oh, well I apologize then miss." You said as you bowed slightly then you noticed what you had just done. ~" I must be under a spell of some sort." ~ You thought as you straighten your back.

" Ok that was unexpected from you but, hey whatever floats your boat pal." She said as she backed up a bit." Well." Was all you had to say and she started talking again." Right, as I was saying, he had me in his castle just a bit ago. When I was about to hurt him good enough to consider payment for taking me away from some friends, he and his wench along with his castle disappeared. Then I started walking through the woods and now I am here with you." She told you again." Oh well then I apologize for thinking such a thing as you two being allies." You said then turned when you heard A-Un coming back. As most of the time Rin and Jaken were at it again with their bickering." That's enough you two, be quiet." You told them and of course they quit.

" Lord Sesshomaru, who is the pretty woman next to you?" The little girl asked with a smile." You need to be quiet Rin, Lord Sesshomaru more or less does not care for that useless demoness." The ugly toad like creature said to the child. " Hey, I 'm right here you know and I can hear you as well toad-face." She said with a slight growl. You merely smirked again as she was giving him a death glare." You do not frighten me you mutt or whatever you are." Jaken said. Rin on the other hand had jumped down and ran over to you." What's your name ma'am?" She asked while looking up at the demoness with a big grin on her face." My name is Ren." She said as she lend over some and patted Rin's head." Oh, tha'ts a pretty name Miss Ren. May I know what type of demon you are as well?" She asked.

" I am what you would call a mix breed or half breed but not half human. My mom was an elf and my dad was a dog war lord." She said as she sat down on the ground and pulling Rin into her lap. This peeked your interest." What type of elf demoness was she?" You asked. Jaken went to interfere with Ren talking but you threw a rock at him to quiet him." I know that she was a water and wind element elf. I can control all the elements through." She said as she hugged Rin and started to tickle her. You smirked. ~" Yes the two of you would make strong heirs together, wait a second, did she say her father was a war lord. Oh things are most certainly going to get interesting now." ~ " You may travel with us if you so please then Lady Ren." You said as you bowed again. This time you were wearing a smile.

" Well I don't know if I should really do that." She said and Rin looked at her with big sad eyes. You knew if anyone could get someone's attention or change their minds, it would be Rin. When she seen those big sad eyes she sighed." Alright I will stay with you guys." She said in a surrendering tone. Then she smiled and went back to tickling Rin again. You couldn't help but think she would be a good mother. ~" You shall be mine one day Ren, no one else is allowed to have you." ~ You thought to yourself with a smirk. You looked towards Jaken when he started to mumble. You looked back at Ren and Rin when you heard Rin say." Help me Lord Sesshomaru, please she won't stop tickling me." She plead out as she tried to look at you.

You quirked an eyebrow when Ren looked at you with a devious smirk in her eyes." Ren you have to remember she is but a young child, who needs air to live." She tilted her head and that allowed Rin time to run over behind you. Hiding behind your legs Rin stuck her tongue out at Ren. You tried not to laugh as Ren came near you and Rin. When Ren reached for Rin, she bumped into your legs and growled a little. Rin giggled as she moved just out of reach." Lord Sesshomaru, Ren is ticklish on her sides and behind her knees, so if you want you can tickle her for me. That or we can join forces." Rin said with an evil smirk.

" Alright I will help you Rin." You said as you looked at Ren. She looked back at you and then started backing away." Oh come on thats not fair. Two against one is cheating." She said as she was still backing away." Yes well tickling a young child when you are an adult is unfair as well. Besides she wishes for a change in this war. She also asked the right demon lord to join her in this conquest." You said as you took a few steps towards her. Rin was right behind you following your every move.

Rin should have seen it coming though as you turned and started tickling her." Lord Sesshomaru." Rin giggled out." Its not fair remember. Your an adult Rin is but a small defenseless child." Ren said as she moved closer to you. You turned and smirked as you grabbed her leg and pulled her down to the ground. You tickled her sides as Rin got her behided her knees." You should always be wary of a demon Lord, M'Lady." You said as she continued to laugh and wiggle." Alright I forfeit the war, I surrender." Ren said in between gasps of air.

You moved back as did Rin. You both watched her as she sat up." Your hair is a mess Lady Ren." Rin said and went over and started combing Ren's hair with her fingers." Oh why thank you Rin." Was her reply as she allowed Rin to do so." May I ask where your family is or would that cause you pain to speak of them." You asked not wanting to hurt her any." Nah, I have grown up on the subject. To answer your question they are both dead and I am an only child." Ren said looking at you.

" Oh, I see, I apologize for bring unwanted memories back." You said as you seen pain enter her eyes. It pained you to see that emotion in her beautiful eyes. Rin then moved in front of Ren and hugged her." I too lost my family but I was not an only child though. It still hurts to remember my family. When I fell sad I think of Lord Sesshomaru, Master Jaken and A-Un and then I feel happy again. Now I have you to think of as well Ren, so now I can be really happy." Rin said with a big smile.

You never knew that Rin felt sad at times cause she was always so happy." Rin come here." You told the child. Rin walked over to you and you hugged her." I never knew you got sad. You are always so happy around me. Next time please tell me if you feel sad, please Rin. I wish to keep you happy at all times." You said as you tighten your grip on the girl some. You then heard a grumbled " They are both sorceresses." You turned your head and seen Jaken look away." Don't ever say such things about them around this Sesshomaru again. Next time I may have to injure you for such profanities." You said with a growl.

You heard a muffled laugh so you looked at Ren." Wow you guys are like a family. I am going to enjoy this for sure. Now Rin tell me, do you like to play house? I use to play that game with a few of the servants when I was but a small child." Ren said. Rin looked at her and then wiggled in your arms." Oh yes I know the game well. I also know that you are the mommy and Lord Sesshomaru is the daddy. Master Jaken is the Uncle and A-Un is the pet dragon.

" Alright, my daughter." Ren said with a slight giggle. You just tilted your head as you watched them get together and start whispering. You heard the word 'kiss' and you tried to hide your blush. You got up and walked into the woods. You were going to go hunting to cool off and think. You spotted a boar demon and went for it. In one swipe you killed it. Next after you hid your kill, you went to a river and gathered some fish. On your way back you thought of Ren. When you smelt smoke you thought they had started the fire to cook the food. Then you heard Ren tell Rin to run away.

(Ren's point of view)

" Run Rin, quickly!" You yelled as you blocked the crazed bear demon. Jaken had ran to save his own skin. A-Un was trying to keep the other demons at bay. Then in a flash of white and red the bear demon was destroyed." Inuyasha!" You said with joy. Rin looked at you then Inuyasha." Lord Sesshomaru don't like his little brother Inuyasha very much." Rin spoke quietly." Oh." Was all you said. A demon had came up behind you and just as you noticed it, it fell dead next to your feet.

" Lord Sesshomaru, thank you for coming and saving me." You said as you hugged him." Your welcome Ren. Now Inuyasha, you may leave. I am here and will protect them." Sesshomaru said as he glared at Inuyasha." I will leave as soon as you tell me why Ren knows you well enough to hug you." Inuyasha growled out." She trusts me enough to lower her guard." Was his answer as he turned and slayed a few more demons. You went over to Rin and picked her up." Oh Rin that must hurt you. Here let me clean it up." You said as you looked at her wound.

" No it don't hurt that bad, Lady Ren." She said with a smile. You just started sniffing around and seeing if there was a river nearby. Then Kagome came over and said." Here I have some medical supplies to help heal her." She got on to her knees and got everything out." Where did you get all this?" You asked as you sniffed the rubbing alcohol. You sneezed and gave it to Kagome." That smells disgusting Kagome. What is it for?" You asked." That is to clean the wounds, this is to keep infections out." She said as she picked up something that said 'antibiotic'." Oh well does it hurt the injured person?" You asked as she started to put the lip of the bottle near Rin's wound.

" It might hurt a little bit but not for long." Kagome said as she poured some on Rin's cut. Rin looked like she was in pain but tried to hide it but failed. She cried out in pain and that made Sesshomaru look at her." Inuyasha, tell your wench to stop harming Rin or she will be killed for it." He said as he continued to watch Kagome." Kagome is just trying to help her. Don't worry so much will ya. . . WAIT A MINUTE! ! YOU CARE ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE! !" Inuyasha all but yelled at Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru just continued to glare at Kagome.

Once she was done with Rin she stood up and went over to Inuyasha." Alright she is taken care of now. Ren do you mind coming with me so as we can talk?" Kagome asked as she started to walk into the woods." Ummm sure Kagome but can it wait until after I cook the food?" You asked." Yeah sure thing. Do you need any help?" She asked." No but it shouldn't take too long to cook the fish for Rin. I'm most certain that me and Sesshomaru can eat raw, or at least slightly cooked boar and let the rest cook up for Rin and Jaken." You said as you stuck a stick through a fish.
