Kagome rolled from her side to her back, releasing a loud groan. Her whole body ached from the abuse she suffered for the past few days, feeling as though she had been hit by a train. Just thinking about what she endured made her hurt. She wished that she could just curl up in a corner and cry, but she knew better. She knew that was the demon's goal-to break her. And she refused him that satisfaction.
She didn't even know what she had done to anger him to this point! Sure, she had stood up to him when he and InuYasha fought, but that couldn't be what this was about. Speaking of InuYasha... Surely he was looking for her, wasn't he? She had been missing for days, although being kept in this dingy room corrupted her conception of time. Sesshomaru had said something about her and the half-breed causing chaos, but that couldn't be true. They kept to themselves unless they were lending a helping hand, or fighting Naraku. The door opening made Kagome jump and groan in pain again, and she looked up to her captor. "Sesshomaru, please. I haven't done anything to you. Release me, and I can prove it." She said, her voice hoarse from screaming, and lack of water. But as she looked at the Lord's face, she knew that he wasn't going to trust her word. She threw her head back in frustration, hitting it on the floor, crying out softly at the contact. It was times like this that she wished she had better self control. Sesshomaru glared at the girl before him, growling at her lies. How could she truly believe that she was innocent? It was no matter, he would break her still the same. He pulled a thick, metal collar out of his hakama pocket and closed the space between them. He quickly placed it on her neck before she could say anything about it, and locked it in place. "There Miko," he started, stepping back to admire his work, "That should keep you quiet for awhile." His voice had a dark humor to it, and it served its purpose to frighten her. Kagome's hands quickly went to her throat, and she tried to snap at him, only to find that she couldn't make a sound. SHe looked up at him with pleading eyes, trying to convince him that this wasn't required, but it seemed that Sesshomaru had already made up his mind. He suddenly reached forward and grabbed her arm, all but dragging her out of the room. The light the greeted her eyes was blinding, and she squeezed them shut tightly. Unaware of their destination, she prayed that she would find this to be a cruel joke, but she knew better. Without warning, she felt herself being thrown in the air, only to land on a soft bed. She cracked her eyes to see, and they opened wide when she saw the demon undressing himself in front of her. A blush crept on to the virgin's face. Even though she was his captive, she couldn't help but feel attracted to him. He saw the blush that crossed her body, causing a smirk to come on his face. This was definitely going to fun. ~Chappie number 2! I know it isn't much, but I am getting fairly tired lol.
