Forty five minutes later Inuyasha was in the main entrance waiting for Kikyo to come down. The sun was about to set any minute now and he was irritated, both for that he was forced to wait for her and the fact that he could feel his youki slipping away. That was a feeling he absolutely didn't like. The feeling to be weak. He hated his human night, and it didn't get easier anytime it happen. The only benefit for being human once a month was the fact that Kikyo actually touched him and became more loving towards him. He glanced over to the clock on the wall again, three minutes left. He began to pace back and forth in the big hallway. ‘Where the fuck is she’ he thought.
“Have you been waiting long.” Said a voice behind him “I tried to hurry”
Inuyasha spun around to look at the owner of the voice.

There she was, dressed in a black dress that almost covered her feet and a white coat to conceal her shoulders. Kikyo had never been a fan of revealing clothing. She wore her hair tied back in a very loose ponytail, just so that the hair didn't fall over her shoulders.

She was beautiful in a very proper way. Much like a businesswoman on her way to a business party.

Inuyasha himself wore a pair of black jeans and dark blue tank top, completed with a black leather biker jacket and his dr martens boots.
“No it's okay. He said. “I haven't waited that long.”
At that though Inuyasha felt at pulse. Quickly followed by another, and then the third.

He felt his youki leave his body as his hair bled black and his ears changed shape to human ears and shifted place to the sides of his head.

Lastly his fangs shrunk and turned into human teeth, and his claws turned into blunt fingernails.

And there was the human Inuyasha. Kikyo changed with him. In some level. She became lighter in her mood.

She walked towards him and put her hand on his arm and began leading him towards the door.
“Did you get the address?” She asked. “ or will we meet up with someone?”
“Miroku and Sango will meet us just outside my place.” He said. “Sango lives closer to us and Miroku needed more time to get ready then I did”
“Well, I think he needed more time to pour a whole bottle of perfume over himself” Kikyo snorted.
Inuyasha chucked at that.

“Yeah, it seems like him.” He said as they walked out of the building together.

Kikyo and Inuyasha met up with Sango and Miroku just outside of Inuyasha's building.

And much as Kikyo had said Miroku smelled strongly of perfume even to Inuyasha's human nose. They greeted each other and started to walk across of campus to the building the party was held. Miroku and Sango was walking behind Inuyasha and Kikyo, and Inuyasha could hear that the flirtatious monk student wasn't letting his reputation down, flirting away with Sango like there was no tomorrow.

Inuyasha just shook his head at Miroku’s determination and began walking again.

Kikyo had been rather silent while they've been walking. It seemed like she was lost in her thoughts.
“Something on your mind?” Inuyasha asked. “You're really quiet.”
“Oh! Not at all!” She said quickly. “I was just thinking about exams and other boring stuff.”
Inuyasha didn't buy it, but decided not to press the issue further for now. The last thing he wanted was an argument tonight. He could save that for any other night. They continued walking in silence, the only thing that could be heard was the faint sound of music coming from a distance telling them that they were very close to their destination.
While at the party the first thing they noticed was that it was packed with people. There were people dancing, drinking and some were just standing in the background talking to each other.

Inuyasha had to take a strong grip on Kikyo’s arm so he wouldn't lose her in the crowd as he tried to push himself and her into the crowded building.

Miroku pointed towards a room in the building gesturing that he found someone and then he used his elbows as a tool to move forward in the building.

Inuyasha just shook his head and then he scanned the place to see if there was an empty seat somewhere.
After a while they had pushed themselves into a room where the music wasn't so loud Inuyasha felt Kikyo stiffen beside him.

He looked at her then up, and then he saw Koga sitting in a couch with Ginta and Hakkaku. There were five other people there too. Two of them he had seen before on campus, the other three were strangers to him but they seemed harmless enough since they were all humans.
“Fleabag! Is that you!?” Koga said with a smile. “ I thought I smelled you, but I wasn't sure.”

Koga got out of the couch and walked over to Inuyasha gave give him a one-armed hug.
“Yeah, Miroku invited us over here. He thought I needed a break from studying.” Inuyasha said and returned the hug.

Inuyasha looked over at Kikyo when Koga backed away, and he saw that she looked kind of uneasy in Koga presence.

She felt Inuyasha's eyes on her and Looked up on him.
“I think that I will get us some drinks.” She said with a faint smile. “I won't be long.”

Then she walked away trough the crowd.
“Don't get lost!” Koga yelled after her. “Im guessing she doesn't like me that much”

Koga to Inuyasha when Kikyo was out of sight.
“Nah, she gets a little uncomfortable around full demons no matter how weak they are.” Inuyasha said with a smile.

Koga just laughed at his statement, knowing that Inuyasha could kick his ass when he was in his hanyou form any day. Even in his human form Inuyasha would have been able to give him a round for his money, if he wanted to.
“Come join us!” Koga said and gestured to two empty seats in one of the larger couches.

As he didn't have a good enough reason not to, Inuyasha exempted the invite and sat down.
He got introduced to all the five guys sitting with them, but he forgot their names as soon as they had said them.

The things he did remember was that the two guys living on the campus were studying to be lawyers and it was their second year off college.

And the three he didn't know we're friends of the lawyers students.

And they went to a sports college in another part of the city.
Soon after the introductions Kikyo arrived with the drinks. A beer for Inuyasha and some kind of non alcoholic fruit drink for Kikyo. She said something about not wanting to be hungover in the morning. Inuyasha just shrugged at that and continued talking to Koga.

The hours passed and Inuyasha had became a little unsteady on his feet.

We will simply walk you home and that's it. And you three.” Koga pointed at the three guy's that were visiting from the sports college. “Could you guy's please make sure this drunken dog gets home safely?”
The sports college guys agreed to help and Kikyo agreed to have Koga and his pack escort her home, even though she wasn't happy about it she could agree with Koga that he had a point.

But she would make Inuyasha pay for this in the morning.

Koga half carried Inuyasha to the sport guy's, and followed Kikyo and his pack out the door.

The sport guy's followed them out with Inuyasha between them.
“Where do you live?” The bigger one of them asked.
“On the other side of campus from here. Just walk straight forward trough the trees here and you will see my building just straight ahead.” Inuyasha said slurred.
“Okay then. Just try to stay awake.” The big guy said. And they began walking across the big lawn just outside the building.
When they had reached the small forest in the middle of campus the big guy holding Inuyasha stopped moving and made the other guy lose his balance and stumbled forward.
“What the hell Akio!?” He shouted. “Why did you stop?”
“Shut it Daiki!” The guy named Akio whispered. “I heard something. It came from over there.” He said and pointed through the small forest where the trees grew a little closer.

Some people used that spot to hide when they were skipping class. It was really difficult to see trough the trees so it was the perfect hiding spot.
“Haru, hold the mutt. Daiki come with me to check it out.” Akio said and pushed Inuyasha to the third guy in the back, and walked over to the trees with Daiki.

Inuyasha had a bad feeling when they disappeared through the trees.

He tried to steady himself so he could come with, but his legs just didn't want to cooperate with him.

A few seconds later he heard a lot of shouting and laughing, and Akio and Daiki appeared through the shadows holding two other guys around their necks.
“Look what we found!” Daiki yelled to Haru. “These two disgusting homos were making out in there! I think we should show them exactly what we think about disgusting homos!” Daiki said and tossed the guy he was holding to the ground.

“I think so to!” Akio agreed and tossed the guy he was holding next to the other guy.

“Inuyasha! INUYASHA! Are you ok?” Someone shouted. He tried to recognize the voice.
“Koga?” He said. And then it went black.
