Chapter 20 - Back to Who Goes First
*End of Sleep* (Stella's Soundtrack Challenge)
Kagome awoke alone in their bed and looked around in confusion. When she had fallen asleep she had been sandwiched between the two brothers but now they were gone. She rose, slightly unsteady on her legs, and pulled Sesshoumaru's haori over her body. It was slightly chilly in the bedchamber without them there to keep her warm. She padded softly towards the doorway and stopped just a bit away at the sound of voices.
"You should go first," Sesshoumaru said quietly.
"Like hell I should. You should go first."
"I explained this to you, Inuyasha. It would be better for her if you were to go first."
"I don't wanna do it, man. You're the one that knows what you're doing. You gotta go first."
The miko sighed and stepped out into sight, seeing both brothers seated on the large pillows along one wall. As soon as she did, both males fell silent, looking rather guilty. "What in the world are you guys fighting about now?" she demanded. Yes, they were doing it much more nicely than the last time she heard them arguing over who would be first, when they had been attempting to beat each other into submission, but they weren't supposed to be fighting at all! At least they appeared to be more comfortable with each other, since neither of them had bothered to dress.

Inuyasha looked as if he was sealed up tight. He obviously had no interest in filling her in on what they were talking about, so she turned her focus to Sesshoumaru. She shot the taiyoukai a warning glare, and she was surprised to see his shoulders rise and fall with a sigh.
"What's so terrible you don't want to tell me?"
"We have come to the realization that we will both have to mark you at the same time if we wish to remain on even ground, which I am certain you would prefer. If I were to mark you first, and then Inuyasha did so second, it would give me dominance over him as the second mate. The same would happen if Inuyasha were to mark you first and I second, in reverse. Neither of us wishes to be submissive to the other, and so we must become your mates at the same time."
"Okay," Kagome said with a nod. "That makes sense, I guess. What's the problem?"
Inuyasha shook his head, and Sesshoumaru sighed again. He really could use his brother's help in explaining this to their miko!
"To mark you, we must be inside of you," he said slowly, waiting for the information to sink in. When she didn't seem to catch on, he continued. "At the same time."
Kagome's eyes widened as she let out a breathy "Oh."
"Indeed," the taiyoukai agreed with the expression on her face. Both brothers were worried that this would be a deal breaker for her. Neither had discussed or even hinted at the idea of anal sex with the miko, let alone double penetration, and they feared this revelation would cause her to refuse to be their mate.

"Okay, I guess we can do that," she said slowly and deliberately, sounding as if she were trying to convince herself that it would be all right. "I trust the two of you not to hurt me."
"Really?" Inuyasha asked in shock. "I thought for sure you were gonna freak out."
"Wait a second. So, you guys were fighting about not wanting to be first? What, am I disgusting somehow? It wasn't my idea for you to fuck my ass of all things!" Her irritation was obvious, and they both stared at her in surprise.
"That was not why we were discussing it, Kagome," Sesshoumaru assured her. "Neither of us finds the idea disgusting. I simply feel that Inuyasha should go first because he is smaller."
"Not that much smaller, you dick," Inuyasha chimed in. "And I think he should go first since he's done it before, and he'll know how to do it without hurting you. I don't wanna hurt you, Kagome."
The miko studied them both for a long moment before smiling. "All right, here's the deal. We can do this, but if you're going to be sticking your thing in my ass, then I get to put something in yours," she said while pointing at the hanyou.
"What? Why me?" he asked in shock.
"Because, you're going to be first," she replied with a smirk. "I think a little smaller is the way to go."
"But why my ass?"
Kagome laughed. "Because, I want to see something. Human men have a gland that can cause pleasure just like that special spot inside of me. I want to find out if you have it. Relax," she said as he made a distressed face. "It's not like I'm shoving a tree trunk up there. Just my finger."
"And what about him?" he demanded. "Why doesn't he get something crammed up his ass?"

Sesshoumaru was offended for a moment, jealousy sneaking into his mind. Why did Kagome want to do something to his brother that she didn't want to do to him? The realization that he was jealous about anal penetration, of all things, nipped that thought in the bud rather quickly.
"Besides," Kagome continued, "once he sees how you react, he might want me to try it on him, too. Think about it, Inuyasha. Don't you want to be the first to try something with me? Sesshoumaru beat you to just about everything else, but you can still be my first for this."

Tired of standing, the miko sashayed her way across the room and pushed Inuyasha's upper body back against the stone wall. "You guys are so complicated," Kagome said with a laugh as Inuyasha buried his face between her breasts and shook his head side to side. "Motorboat me, why don't ya?" she giggled.
Inuyasha pulled back and looked at her in confusion. "Motorboat?"
