Night Time 25
The battle against Naraku
had been going on all day. Inuyasha and his little pack had found the creep and
his minions and the fight was on. Sesshoumaru and his faithful servant Jaken and
the two headed dragon Ah-Uhn was also fighting. Side by side with his brother
the regal dog demon lord thrashed through the endless rivers of demons and
tentacles. They were doing a good job at is as well.
Kagome shot off arrow
after arrow, their purifying glow lit up the thick fogs of miasma, cleansing the
air from the foul stench. But she failed to see a demon rushing towards her from
the left flank; the vile thing made a evasive manoeuvre and attacked her in the
back. Poisonous fangs penetrated her skin and into her spine. Kagome gasped when
the burning pain took over her senses. “Kagome.. now you have done it….”
She thought and swirled around with her bow glowing with purifying power. The
demon was disintegrated in a second. She knew that she was going to die; she
could feel it in her heart. But she needed to get the last pieces of the Shikon
before she died. Then she felt an arm go around her midriff, hauling her up. It
was Kikyo.
-
Come on little girl, we have not much time left, said Kikyo
and helped her reincarnation to walk upright. She too knew that the girl was
dying, but they had to work together if they were to take down Naraku once and
for all.
-
K-kikyo?
-
Shh, don’t talk, save your breath and strength for our last
arrow.
Kagome nodded as she felt
the poison spread through her system. Kikyo had formed a barrier around them as
they walked slowly towards Naraku. The demons tried to get to them, but died in
the process. Before they came too close, Kikyo manage to do a cloaking spell,
concealing their presence for Naraku.
-
Just a few more steps Kagome-sama, a few more steps,
whispered Kikyo as she hugged the young girl against her body.
-
Kikyo-sama, why?
-
You and I are the same; I can not let you die without making
one last effort to kill the bastard, spat Kikyo. – And when you die, I will join
you until our soul can be reborn again.
“Now!”
They stopped and Kikyo helped Kagome raise her bow and put an arrow and lined it
up against Naraku.
-
Die Naraku!! They hissed with one voice and released the
arrow.
This one was more
powerful than any other Kagome had shot off before. It dusted everything its
path, but unfortunately, it was not powerful enough to take down Naraku. But
what it did was to pull out the Shikon shards in his body. With the help from
one of her soul snatchers, Kikyo got the shards back to them.
-
We must fuse them together and leave the tama to the slayer,
said Kikyo.
Kagome nodded, half gone
in a delirious haze. But she managed to help Kikyo fuse the shards together so
that they once again was the Shikon no Tama. The resurrected miko then yelled
for the demon slayer.
Sango saw Kikyo sit on
the ground with Kagome in her arms. For a moment she thought that Kikyo was the
one who had hurt Kagome, but she soon saw that it was not the case.
-
Taijya-sama, take this and go through the magic well, said
Kikyo.
-
B-but… Kagome-chan? mumbled Sango and kneeled next to them.
-
We are dying; we have used the last of our powers to fuse the
shards together.
-
KAGOME-CHAN!!
yelled Sango and latched onto Kagome’s shivering form.
-
Shh, it’s ok Sango-chan, it does not hurt anymore. I’m happy,
whispered Kagome with a soft smile.
-
Y-you can’t die.. w-what about Inuyasha… Shippou?
-
My task in this world is complete Sango-chan, you must go
through the well and tell my family that I love them and that I will miss them
very much. Tell them to be happy and wait for…. wait for…. Ohh Sango, I love you
my sister.
Tears flowed down her
cheeks as she felt the hands of death grip around her soul and tear her from the
world of the living.
-
Wait for what Kagome-chan…? Kagome-chan????
-
We are gone, good bye slayer…. whispered Kikyo as her body
fell over Kagome.
-
N-no…
no, this was not supposed to happen. KAGOME!! KIKYO!!!
But they were dead. They
couldn’t answer her. A roar woke her up and she remembered their words. Go
through the well and wait for…. what the it now could be she was going to wait
for.
Inuyasha heard Sango’s
sorrowful screams and he saw the bodies of the two mikos. “Kikyo… Kagome….”
He roared as his eyes dimmed with tears.
-
Naraku
– now you DIE!!
-
Like a puny hanyou like your self could kill me, snorted the
tentacle creature.
-
Inuyasha, together we can take him down, said Sesshoumaru and
raised his sword.
-
INUYASHA!!
yelled Sango as she ran up to him. – Blast the asshole out of the sky. I have
the complete Tama, he is no longer as strong as before. Kill him good!!
Her dark crimson eyes
glowed with hatred for the evil bastard that had taken the life of her tribe,
her family and now her little sister.
Naraku saw the purified
glass ball in the young slayer’s hand and his eyes narrowed. He latched at her
and he was about to pierce her body with a sharp tentacle when she was pushed
out of the way. Miroku, the perverted houshi with a heart of gold took the blow
for her. He pushed her over the edge of the well, knowing that the tama would
give her the chance to travel through time. “I love you Sango-sama…” was
his last thought as his life was ended by an enraged Naraku.
Inuyasha cried as Miroku
fell down lifeless to the ground.
-
Alright Niisan, let’s blast this asshole to kingdom come and
let that be payment for our friends, said Inuyasha with clenched teeth. His
cheeks were wet from the tears he cried for his friends.
The lord nodded and they
raised their swords and both blasted off wave after wave with their swords most
powerful attacks. Sesshoumaru had both seen and heard the sorrow his brother now
was feeling and through the blood bonds, he felt it as well.
Shippou and Rin were
protected by Kirara, but when the little fox demon saw the death of his
surrogate mother Kagome, he burst into tears. Rin had loved the strange young
woman as well and she cried too. She held the fox tightly in her arms, wanting
to give him comfort just as much as he gave her comfort. And when Miroku fell to
the ground, there were no dams in the world that could hold back Kirara’s tears
as well. Her mistress had been pushed over the edge of the well and the fire cat
knew that her mistress was gone. “But I will wait for you in the future
Sango-sama, I will wait for you.” thought the cat as she picked up the two
children and placed them on her back. She felt it was too much to see the death
on the field. Even her former master Kohaku was dead, his shard that kept him
alive, had been taken by Naraku earlier to feed the monster’s strength. She
couldn’t stand it no more. She flew through the sky back to the village of
Kaede. The one-eyed miko hugged the children and cried with them as they told
her what happened on the battlefield.
-
B-but papa will destroy that… t-that thing, hiccupped Rin as
she buried her face in the older woman’s stomach.
-
They will my child, they will. Come; let us go up to the
temple and pray, said Kaede, her voice thick of sadness.
She took the children to
the temple and led them inside. She could only pray that Inuyasha and his
brother was able to kill Naraku, if not… then all hope was lost for them.
But Inuyasha,
Sesshoumaru, Jaken and Ah-Uhn were victorious. As the brothers used their swords
powerful attacks, Jaken used his two-faced staff and blew scourging flames onto
the pieces that crawled around on the ground, making sure that they could not
fuse with Naraku’s body again. Ah-Uhn’s blaster rays took care of the rest of
the demon horde that surrounded Naraku. They killed him good, just as Sango had
wished.
Sesshoumaru was the first
to realize that they actually had won the battle. Naraku was dead; he was not
going to take over their world. And he would never again use his evil against
them. He put the Toujiakin into his sash and placed his right hand on Inuyasha’s
shoulder. The hanyou turned around and still the tears flowed from his amber
eyes.
-
Come Inuyasha, said Sesshoumaru. – We must bury our friends.
-
K-kagome… KAGOMEEEE!!
Inuyasha ran over to the
girl’s body and dragged her up, hugging her tight. But she was dead. Kikyo had
helped her to remove the shards from Naraku, but when Kagome died, so did Kikyo.
The two mikos was again one soul. “Kagome… I’m so sorry that I didn’t protect
you… so sorry.” cried Inuyasha.
Sesshoumaru lifted up
Kikyo’s body onto Ah-Uhn’s back and then they walked to where the fallen boy
Kohaku laid on the ground. He put the boy’s body next to Kikyo before he walked
to carry the houshi. Rin was nowhere to be seen, nor was the little fox demon or
the fire-cat. But he sniffed the air and knew that the cat had taken the
children to safety, presumely with the old one eyed woman.
-
Come Inuyasha, let’s go the village, said Sesshoumaru and
Inuyasha nodded.
The hanyou was lost in
his sorrow. He had lost his best friend and his first love in this battle. He
had lost a very good friend in Miroku and Sango was lost to him too. But he
hoped that she had made it through the well ok, and that she would tell Kagome’s
family of their loss. But dear gods, his heart had been ripped from his body
this day.
They reached the village
and the villagers met them and grieved with them. They had come to love the odd
miko and her friends and now she was dead, and so was the houshi. The tajiya was
gone too. They told them that the children and Kaede-sama was up at the temple,
offering prayers to the gods for their safe return. Jaken took it upon himself
to get them, but he didn’t have to, because they came down before he got to the
first steps of the stair.
Kaede walked over to
Inuyasha and hugged the hanyou, knowing that his pain was great. Shippou jumped
up and hugged him as well. Kaede saw the lifeless bodies and she cried into the
shoulder of Inuyasha.
-
Kaede-baachan, I’m so sorry, whispered Inuyasha, calling
Kaede grandma.
-
Inuyasha, you did what you could. Let us bury them and send
them our best. But what about Sango-sama?
-
Miroku pushed her into the well, she wasn’t at the bottom, I
suppose that she ended up on the other side, mumbled Inuyasha as he hugged the
old woman.
Kaede nodded and released
the hanyou so he could hug the little fox better. Kirara transformed back to her
small state and jumped into his arms too.
-
I’m sorry Shippou-chan, Kirara-chan… I couldn’t protect them,
said Inuyasha.
-
Inuyasha?
-
Yes Shippou?
-
Kagome told Sango to wait for something on the other side.
What did Kagome mean by that?
-
You heard them talk?
-
Y-yes, Kagome and Kikyo was dying but they gave the Shikon no
Tama to Sango, telling her to go through the magic well and tell Kagome’s family
about what happen and that Sango should wait for something. But Kagome…
The little fox began to
cry again and Inuyasha rubbed his back gently to comfort the little boy.
-
Shhh, Shippou, we’ll talk later about it, now we must…
-
Inuyasha… Don’t ever leave me, sniffled Shippou.
-
I will not leave you, never. You and Kirara are my family
now.
Sesshoumaru humpfed a
bit. And Inuyasha manage to smile a bit.
-
Of course, we have “uncle” Sess and little Rin too, said
Inuyasha and that made the little fox smile through his tears.
He hugged them again and
in the corner of his eyes, he saw Sesshoumaru pick up Rin and in a rare display
of emotions, the lord actually hugged the girl to him. Rin encircled his neck
and hugged her papa.
====~~*~~====
Two days later they
village was in silence as Kaede preformed the ceremony for their beloved friends
who gave their lives in order to save theirs. Three graves on top of the shrine
were decorated with precious stones and flowers. The villagers swore that they
would pass on the story about their heroic deed to their children and make them
pass it on and so forth. The three would not be forgotten.
Sesshoumaru told Inuyasha
that he would travel back to his castle with Rin, Jaken and Ah-Uhn and if he
wanted, Inuyasha was welcome to follow them. Shippou and Kirara had no
objections to it so Inuyasha consented. But what was a bit surprising was that
old Kaede asked to come with them as well.
-
This old miko has nothing more to give to this village. There
are two girls that will take over after me. Their names are Momiji and Botan. I
believe that you have met them a couple of times and before that you “battled”
against them?
-
That is true, said Inuyasha and remembered the two spirited
girls.
-
So is alright if this old miko accompanies you back to
Sesshoumaru-sama’s castle? asked Kaede hopeful.
-
If that is what you wish miko-sama, said Sesshoumaru with a
curt nod.
-
Thank you Sesshoumaru-sama.
Inuyasha asked Kirara to
transform to her big for so Kaede could ride on her back, but Sesshoumaru, in
another rare display of uncharacteristic behaviour helped the old Kaede to mount
the two headed dragon and then put Rin in front of her.
They waved their good
byes to the villagers and then they wandered off into the sunset. Now all they
had to do was getting through life until they could meet Sango in the future.
====~~*~~====
* It was on a Friday
Night…*
Sango flowed through the
purple space, she was barely aware of what was happening around her. Her heart
was dead. Her best friend and sister was dead. She had given her life in order
to safe the others. And now Miroku was dead too, he died protecting her from
Naraku’s piercing tentacle. She had seen the thing go right through his body as
she fell back into the well. “Houshi-sama, Kagome-chan…” she cried when
she landed on a soft earth floor. She sat there for a good hour or two, crying
her heart out. Everything seemed to have lost its value to her, even her life
was wasted. But her tears dried up and she rose to her feet and looked up and
noticed that she couldn’t see the sky, she saw the ladder and she climbed up.
Every step was painful but she managed in the end. The old well was located in
an old shack and she opened the door only to be greeted by the flaring sun. She
growled and looked up towards the golden sphere.
-
And what the hell is it that I’m going to wait for??? Huh??
Can you tell me THAT!! she screamed to the sun and raised her fist.
She didn’t notice the old
man that was sitting under the old God Tree. He looked at her and frowned. That
was not his grand daughter Kagome. This was a young woman in a terrible
condition. She was bleeding from numerous wounds, her body was shaking and the
look on her face was that of a very hurt person. And if he remembered his
history correct, she was dressed as a demon slayer. He rose to his feet and
walked over to her.
Jii-chan, or Kohui which
was his real name saw the woman fall down on her knees and put her hands to her
face. And from her hand fell a glass ball. “Shikon no Tama…” Kohui felt
his heart drop to his stomach. If this girl had it, then his grand daughter was
no longer alive, he was sure of it. He might be old and taken for a fool many
times over, but he was man with good intuition. And he remembered the name that
Kagome had spoke of in love and respect, Sango. Kagome had told him about Sango
many times and he guessed that this must be that girl.
-
Sango-san? he asked as he closed in on her.
-
Huh?
Sango was quick up on her
feet, her right hand swept up the magical jewel. But when she saw the sad look
on the old man she knew that this must be Kagome-chan’s grandfather. He walked
up to her and then she was caught off guard when he hugged her tight.
-
Sango-san, welcome to the Sunset Shrine, he said thickly when
her arms went around him and she cried again.
He helped her to the
house and for once he was glad that his daughter and grandson gone for the
weekend. Without words he showed her how to work the shower and he took some of
his daughter’s clothes and gave them to Sango to change with. He also showed her
where the first aid kit was so she could take care of her wounds.
Sango was amazed by the
way the old man helped her. He knew, he just had to know. She couldn’t explain
it otherwise. But she was glad for the help and once she figured out the strange
contraptions known as a shower, she washed off the blood and then she bandaged
up the worst of her wounds before she put on the clothes he had given her. She
smelled them and found the smell to be comforting. “A mother’s smell.”
She thought and put the Tama in her pocket. Then she rinsed her slayer suit from
blood. Tomorrow it would have mended itself again. The material of a special
youkai gave it that special attribute.
-
Here, let me hang it up and dry for you, said the old man and
Sango gave him the suit.
-
You know my name, but what shall I call you? asked Sango.
-
Jii-chan, everybody else does in this household, said the old
man.
-
But I don’t belong here…
-
You do, since the day Kagome-chan called you sister you have
always had a place in our house Sango-san, said Jii-chan. – But if you want to
call me by name, it is Kohui.
-
Kohui-sama, thank you for your help.
-
You are welcome, come now – I will get you something warm to
drink and eat.
She nodded and followed
him to the kitchen. She was still too shook up to notice much of the odd things
in the house, but she would later on, once she had been through the worst of the
sorrow.
Kohui felt the sadness
radiate from Sango. “She has been through so much and now this. Dear Gods,
give her the strength to go on, if she stays like this, she will perish.” He
served her hot tea and some food, which he saw that she ate. Good, than she
would not go hungry anyway.
-
Kohui-sama, I think you know why I am here?
-
Kagome-chan are not coming back… is she?
-
No, I’m sorry, but I could not protect her, said Sango as she
lowered her head. – She gave me the Shikon no Tama and told me to go through the
well to tell you about what happened. I’m so sorry Kohui-sama.
-
She was given a strange task in your world Sango-san, and I
believe that she fulfilled it. If the Gods of Fate took her soul back, then it
was meant to be. And by the way you looked when you came through the magic well,
you could not have done more. Sango-san, you tried and was successful, never
think anything else. Once my daughter and grandson comes home I am sure that
they will say the same to you.
-
But….
-
My dear Sango-san…. my granddaughter was special, but so are
you. You were meant to live on where she was not. Rest assure that your life
will continue once you have grieved, said Kohui with certainty. – Just like our
lives will continue as well once we have grieved too.
Sango felt new tears fall
down her cheeks and she nodded. He was right.
-
There, there, eat now and then you can sleep in Kagome’s room
if you wish, said Kohui, but she refused to do that. Instead she wanted to sleep
outside if that was ok with him. – Are you sure Sango-san? If you want you can
sleep on the sofa in the living room?
-
Alright, that I can do, but not Kagome’s room… too fresh…
-
I understand.
He rose to his feet and
went to find some blankets and a pillow for his guest. She was in for a few
rough days he presumed but he would be at her side all the time.
====~~*~~====
* Sunday afternoon *
Jii-chan greeted his
daughter and grandson before they entered the house. He met them under the God
Tree. Miyuki and Souta knew the moment they saw him that something had happen.
He told them the story that had been given to him by Sango. Miyuki and Souta
cried and Kohui hugged them close as they sat down on the small bench under the
God Tree.
Sango saw them from the
window and her heart ached. It was her fault; she had been the one to bring them
this sorrow. She walked out the door and towards the grieving trio. She stopped
just a few feet away. She wanted to say that she was sorry; she wanted to tell
them that she would do anything if it could bring back Kagome, but not a word
came over her dry lips.
Miyuki saw the broken
woman and her motherly instincts kicked it and she rose to her feet and walked
over to the crying woman and hugged her tight. Trying to give her the warmth
that she needed.
-
Sango-san, thank you for coming through time to tell us about
what happened to our little girl, said Miyuki.
-
H-Higurashi-sama?
-
Miyuki, please. Come let’s go inside. We’ll have s-some tea
and then we talk.
Souta came up too and his
arms went around Sango’s waist and he hugged her too. Sango was confused.
Shouldn’t they hate her or something?
-
Sango-san? Is it true that you have a giant boomerang that
you can throw through the skies and kill a lot of demons? he asked as he teary
eyes looked up into her face.
-
Y-yes, that was true. But it is still left in the.. one the
other side…
-
Thank you for telling about nee-chan, I’ll miss her, but she
and I talked a lot, and the last times she was often sad. I think she knew what
was going to happen once you fought that creep, said Souta and brushed away his
tears with the upper side of his right hand and then he wiped his nose with the
same hand.
-
Thank you Souta-chan, said Sango and his words went straight
to her heart. She ruffled his hair before she picked him up and carried him
inside the house.
Jii-chan smiled behind
them. Perhaps this was what Sango needed – a family she could care for and be
taken care of. Yes, this would prove to heal her battered heart and soul. But as
he was about to follow them inside he felt something strange. He walked back to
the God Tree and looked up into the ancient tree, he thought he saw something
red and furry, but he was not sure. “Strange…” He then shook his head and
walked back to the house.
====~~*~~====
Shippou used his demonic
speed and ran across the town to the Family Beach House. He had almost been
spotted by Kagome’s grandfather, but thanks to his fox magic he had managed to
avoid being detected. He was met by Rin, who now was his wife and mate. He
kissed her gently and nodded with a smile. He had good news for the Family.
Inuyasha sat in the
living room, flicking through the channels when Shippou came into the house. He
turned of the TV and looked at his adoptive pup.
-
Oi runt, so what’s with the funny face? he asked and ruffled
the red hair on Shippous head.
-
I say, give her a few months and she will be healed enough to
meet us, said Shippou with a wide smile. He had longed to talk to Sango and
Kirara mewled happily as she heard about her mistress fate.
-
A few months??!!
shouted Inuyasha, he wanted desperately to talk to the slayer now.
-
Papa, you have waited almost five centuries, you can wait a
little bit more, said Shippou. But he understood Inuyasha. The hanyou had after
a few years after the battle against Naraku, told them that he had interned to
make Sango his mate, but never had the guts to tell her how he felt about her.
Of course they all
thought that he would mate with Kagome, but Inuyasha told them that she actually
was in love with that mangy wolf Kouga, and she had wanted to be his wife once
the battle against Naraku was over. But that never happened. Kouga was mated to
Ayame now and they had three mangy cubs as Inuyasha so politely put it. But
Shippou knew that Inuyasha loved those cubs, actually, Inuyasha loved all
children. Although he always refused to admit it.
Sesshoumaru came through
the door with his mate, he had fallen for the bat hanyou around two hundred
years ago and now they were married and mated and Shiori was expecting their
first child. She had come to Sesshoumaru’s castle ten years after Naraku’s death
and she had found a very rare and powerful spell. A spell that could grant a
human the life span of a youkai. Inuyasha had secretly asked the bat hanyou if
she could perform the spell on Rin and Kaede and Shiori had done it. So old lady
Kaede, who actually reduced a few years in her looks and was still living with
them. Although she never had taken a mate, but she was happy being around her
Family. She was the “grandmother” to all the children and the adults as well. It
was to her you went when you needed a comforting hug or advice.
Shiori hugged Inuyasha,
her big belly a bit in the way. But her brother in law didn’t mind. He patted
her stomach a bit and said hello to the critter inside there.
-
Brother, any news? asked Sesshoumaru, stoic as ever.
-
Yes, Shippou-chan, tell your uncle what you know, said
Inuyasha.
Shippou told him the news
again about Sango’s progression and that she could be confronted a few weeks
from now.
-
Good. I will make sure that they get an invitation to the
Youkai Festival in September, said the lord and put an arm around Shiori’s waist
as his other hand was placed on her belly. He had managed to re-grow his lost
limb and he knew that Inuyasha was very happy about that. The brothers had been
true brothers for quite awhile now, although they still was bickering from one
time to another.
-
Great, snorted Inuyasha.
-
What’s the matter Inuyasha? asked Shiori.
-
Well, I can already see Jii-chan running around the place and
plaster useless wards on our guests. He has a thing against demons, man, it
takes for ever to get that shit out of your hair.
Everybody laughed, even
Sesshoumaru managed to smile a bit too. It was settled. The Higurashi-family was
going to be the first outside humans that would get an invitation to the Youkai
Festival.
====~~*~~====
* Six Weeks Later *
Sango sat under the God Tree
with Souta in her lap. The ten year old boy loved to listen to Sango’s stories
about the past. He could sit in her lap for hours just listen to her soothing
voice. This was a healing process for them both. The taijya was still amazed how
Kagome’s family had accepted her. They cared for her just like a second daughter
and she had to admit it felt good to be part of a family again. Sometimes she
wondered if Souta was the reincarnation of her own brother Kohaku. They were
very much alike. She understood Kagome’s gentle nature a little bit better now,
being raised in this family certainly was good for the heart.
-
Sango-nee-chan?
-
Yes, Souta-chan?
-
Tell me more about Kirara, asked the boy a bit sleepily. It
was a warm day at the end of July and was having a great time with the big
sister to his big sister. He felt very cosy just sitting there between her legs
with her strong arms wrapped around him.
Sango smiled and told him
about the fire cat. She saw Miyuki come out with a tray of refreshments to them.
The older woman sat down next to them and listened to the stories as well.
Miyuki was happy that
Sango had come through the well. The young woman was like balm to their grieving
souls and she knew that they were the same to Sango. She missed her Kagome, but
just as Jii-chan had said, her daughter was meant die that very day so long ago.
Instead they were blessed with Sango. The former demon slayer was going through
a rough time, but she was healing, just as they were. She saw her father come up
the stairs. He was waving excitedly with a letter. “What is it now?” she
silently wondered and rose to her feet.
Jii-chan could barely
believe his eyes. The Higurashi-family, all of them, had been invited to a very
crème de la crème festival. Only the most important or eccentric was invited to
that party and yet here was an invitation for them to that very party. He told
his family the great news and they all were shocked by it. Why should they be
invited to that kind of Festival in the first place?
-
Who cares, I don’t think there are so many more Sunset
Shrine’s in Tokyo who has a family named Higurashi owning it!! shouted Jii-chan
and waved about with his hands.
-
But there has to be some kind of mistake, said Miyuki with a
frown as she read the elegant invitation. – I will call this… Inutashio Company
to make sure that there is not a mistake.
Sango froze as she heard
the name of the company. It sounded too familiar.
-
P-please, Miyuki-mama, c-can I look a-at it, she whispered,
her voice harsh with emotions.
-
Of course dear, what is it? asked Miyuki, a bit surprised
that she was being called mama by Sango, that had never happened before.
“Sango must be very upset with something.” She gave her the letter.
Sango read it over and
over again. “Inutashio… Inutashio… nooo, it couldn’t be… could it?” she
thought. Inutashio had been Inuyasha’s and Sesshoumaru’s father. He was not
alive; he had been dead long before she even got to know the hanyou and his
friends. And yet here was a company baring his name. Something about it was
fishy and it wasn’t ordinary fishy either.
-
Don’t go, said Sango.
-
W-what? What are you saying girl?? Of course we should go!!
yelled Jii-chan.
-
No, something’s up… I can smell it, said Sango with soft
voice.
-
Sango-chan, I will call the company. I’m sure that have been
some sort of mistake, said Miyuki and wandered off to the house.
Jii-chan jumped around,
crying crocodile tears, wanting to know why he couldn’t go to the festival.
Sango tried to explain to him, but she was not sure that he was listening at
all. In the end she just sighed.
Souta was confused too.
He had heard his school mates talk about this very thing and he knew it was thee
place to be when it came down to be someone important. Why didn’t his
Sango-nee-chan want them to go? His mother came back outside, her face in awe.
-
There is no mistake, said Miyuki. – We have been invited.
-
B-but why? asked Souta.
-
They think that we have been very good in preserving the old
ways by keeping this shrine open to the public and Jii-chan’s stories about the
Shikon no Tama and the God Tree, so this is their way to awarding us for it,
said Miyuki.
-
I still smell a filthy rat, mumbled Sango. She was not part
of the family, so she was not invited.
-
Sango-chan, you my second daughter, you will come with us as
well, said Miyuki with warmth as she crouched down next to the taijya. She
dragged her in for a warm hug.
-
Alright, but if something is off, you will let me protect
you? asked Sango.
-
Of course, said Miyuki and Kohui with one voice.
“Good, because I think
this smells like a dead demon liver.”
thought Sango and shivered. Yep, something was definitive wrong with this
picture.
A few days later Sango
managed to get Souta to help her find a weapon store. A store that had a vast
selection of swords. But she needed money. She had a few jewellery that she had
tucked away in her slayer suit, in case she ever needed money. They held no
value to her unless you counted the money she could get for it. And Souta told
her that he would take her to a place where she could sell some of it if she
wished it. And Sango wished it.
Souta was amazed and
thoroughly impressed. She had a bracelet made out of gold with dark, green jade
and lapis lazuli pearls. This little thing gave Sango enough money to last a
decade if she wanted. He could only dream what the other things would give her
if she decided to sell them as well. She probably would never have to worry
about money ever again in her life. He told her this as well. She was happy, now
she could help the family too. Souta just laughed softly. She was just like his
nee-chan, always thinking about others first. He took her to the weapon-shop
where he often had stopped to admire beautiful swords on his way home from
school.
Sango could feel a
familiar sensation and she knew that was a demon nearby. Even though she had no
weapon she could still fight. She told Souta to stay close as they entered the
small shop. As the shop-keeper came into view she could barely believe her eyes.
It was Toutosai – the black smith demon. She ran around the counter and hugged
him. He was a familiar and she could not help herself. It was a face she
recognized.
-
Sango-nee-chan? asked Souta confused.
-
Ohh, Souta-chan, come and meet Toutosai-san, he’s an old
friend of mine, said Sango and wiped away a few happy tears from her eyes.
-
I am? asked a very embarrassed Toutosai.
-
Toutosai-san, don’t you remember me? I’m Sango, the tajiya
that traveled with Inuyasha.
-
Ehhh? Who?
-
Don’t play games with me old man. I know that you are a
demon. That wig of yours can not hide the fact that you are a demon, smiled
Sango and kissed his wrinkled cheek.
-
I am a what? Am I a demon?? I don’t remember anymore…, said
the old man and looked very confused.
But Souta could see the
conscious look in the old man’s odd eyes. He knew that Sango was right. The old
geezer was indeed the very person Sango said he was. “Cool… a demon…”
thought Souta and smiled.
-
Alright, if I say Tessaiga and Tensaiga…? said Sango using
her most softest voice.
And that did the trick.
-
Sango-san… but then they… O dear… Come, come… do you need
anything? asked Toutosai.
-
Yes, I need a sword. A good one, but not too pricy, said
Sango, totally missing the first part of his meaning, but Souta didn’t.
“But then they…? What
the heck does he mean by that?”
thought Souta as he bit his lip when Sango was presented to a selection of
swords.
Souta couldn’t forget
that little slip of the tongue from the old geezer’s mouth. Something was up,
surely it was. But what? But as Sango paid for the sword and got it wrapped up
he decided to keep his little mouth shut. Sango was happy and we’re talking real
happy here. Souta didn’t want to ruin that mood for her. As the walked home
Sango told her adoptive brother that she was going to make sure that they were
safe at this festival. She smelled a big fat rat when it came down to that
thing. “And yet you didn’t hear that slip he made…?” he smiled when he
began to think about it. He needed to talk to his mom and grandfather about
this, without having Sango present.
====~~*~~====
Sango was happy with the
sword she got from Toutosai, it fitted her perfectly. She practiced with it
everyday and she loved the feeling she got when it cut through the air. It would
prove to be a worthy ally if things got nasty at that party-thingy that was
coming up in a week.
Souta saw Sango practice
with her sword and he asked his mom and grandfather to come to the kitchen. He
needed to talk to them about what happened in the old weapon-shop a few weeks
earlier. Once he had finished his story they chuckled. Both of them began to
piece things together. If that old geezer had survived all this time, who said
that Inuyasha, Shippou and the others hadn’t? Just that little slip told Miyuki
that there were other people out there that knew about Sango. The Festival would
prove to be a very interesting event after all. She could guess the reason for
why they all was invited.
-
We need to take a trip Jii-chan, Souta, said Miyuki.
-
A trip? asked Souta.
-
Yes, a trip to the Inutashio Company.
It was decided the moment
Miyuki told them about her plan.
====~~*~~====
Sesshoumaru saw them when
they came through the doors. He had talked to Miyuki half an hour earlier,
setting up an appointment. He bowed in respect for the mother and family of the
miko who had made it possible for him and his brother to defeat Naraku.
-
Higurashi-sama, he said.
-
Inutashio-sama? asked Miyuki.
-
Please, call me Sesshoumaru, said the demon lord.
-
I will go right at the point…
-
Please, come into my office first?
Miyuki nodded and they
walked into a grand office. He offered them to sit down and they did.
-
Is Inuyasha still alive? asked Miyuki once the office door
had been shut.
-
Yes, he is. My brother is alive and well. His adoptive pup
and his mate Rin, which is my adoptive pup, lives in a big house near the beach,
said Sesshoumaru.
-
Why the invitation Sesshoumaru-sama? asked Souta hastily and
blushed a bit as the regal lord looked at him with his amber eyes.
-
We hoped it would lessen the impact that we all survived
Naraku’s battle. Unless you count for the loss your daughter and the monk,
Miroku. Kikyo-sama was killed that day too, but that still is an oddity, since
she was not alive in the first place.
-
Ohh, yes I remember Kagome-chan speak of her. She was
resurrected?
-
True, Higurashi-sama, Kikyo had a piece of your daughter’s
soul. But when your daughter gave her life to save ours the resurrected miko
died too.
The Higurashi-family
smiled as the last pieces of their beloved daughter’s death came clear.
-
Inuyasha’s adoptive pup? Who’s that? asked Jii-chan after a
few moments of silence.
-
Shippou-kun of course, said Sesshoumaru.
-
A-and Kirara? Is she still alive? asked Souta.
-
Yes, of course.
-
Will she be at the festival as well Sesshoumaru-sama?
-
Yes, she will. It is a festival for Youkais and their
friends.
Miyuki smiled and walked
over to the regal lord and kissed his cheek. And behold the lord blushed a bit.
-
Thank you Sesshoumaru-sama, you have made this mother very
happy. Perhaps my second daughter finally can find happiness and peace in her
new life, said Miyuki and bowed before she silently told her family to leave the
office.
-
You are welcome Miyuki-san, said Sesshoumaru and bowed to
them as they walked out the door.
“I think I must
rethink my beliefs about humans.”
he thought. The meeting with Kagome’s family had been very brief and yet very
giving. They had accepted him like he was a very natural thing in the world.
Which he was, but very few humans excepted demons these days. The festival would
prove to be a very interesting event indeed.
====~~*~~====
* Festival Night *
Miyuki had given Sango a
dark red kimono to wear to the Festival. Sango complained a bit about having
trouble to carry her sword. But Miyuki told the young tajiya that hereditary
weapons was allowed so she could carry her sword, tucked into the thick black
obi that was wrapped around her waist. But instead of wearing the traditional
slippers, Sango choose to have soft leather shoes. And Miyuki was sighing over
the fact that she couldn’t get Sango to not wear her slayer suit
underneath the kimono. Sango said that if things turned nasty, she had to shed
her kimono in order to move more swiftly. And her suit was her armour, she would
not go anywhere in this diabolical time period without it.
As the invitation had
promised, they were picked up by a limo. Souta and Jii-chan squealed in
excitement when they entered the luxurious ride. Sango was still a bit hesitant
to get inside these metal monsters, but Miyuki told her that it was no danger.
But she could see the tajiya hold on to her sword as the limo drove off.
====~~*~~====
Inuyasha was waiting
impatiently for the Higurashi family to arrive. Would Sango be with them? Would
she recognize him? Would she freak out? He walked back and forth in the marbled
floor hall way. He was given a small drink from Shippou.
-
Papa?
-
Yeah pup? mumbled Inuyasha as he sipped the drink.
-
Are you afraid too?
Inuyasha looked at
Shippou and saw the fear in his eyes. His son was just as scared as he was.
Inuyasha nodded but took Shippou into his arms and hugged him closely. The fox
was in need of parental contact and Inuyasha was not the father to deny him
that. So he hugged hi.
-
Yeah, I’m a bit afraid too Shippou-chan. But don’t worry. I’m
sure Sango will be surprised and then she will accept us all, said Inuyasha with
a voice so steady that he barely recognized it as his own.
-
Papa?
-
Yes, pup?
-
What if….
-
Don’t say it pup! growled Inuyasha.
Shippou nodded his red
head a bit. He knew that tone. It meant “shut up”. They just had to wait and see
what happened.
====~~*~~====
Sango could feel the wall
of demon energy as she stepped out of the limo. Her hand held tight to the sword
at her side. She knew this was a bad idea from the beginning. Her new family was
stepping right into demon territory. She could feel it. And she told them.
-
Sango-chan, don’t worry. Nothing will happen, said Miyuki
with her soft and soothing voice.
-
Mama, please… let us leave, begged Sango as her nerves stood
on end when the walked up the stairs and into the large building.
-
Nothing will happen, said Kohui as he saw Sesshoumaru come up
to them.
Sango saw the
silverhaired man stop in front of them. He made a small wave with his hand in
front of his face and the markings of his status were shown. She paled and
stepped back before she whispered out his name.
-
Higurashi… I am glad that you could come this evening, said
Sesshoumaru as he bowed to the family.
-
Thank you Sesshoumaru-sama, said Jii-chan and bowed too as he
the head of their little family.
Sango had trouble
breathing as a young woman came forth and guided Kohui, Miyuki and Souta into
another room. She was frozen on the spot and she saw Sesshomaru nod towards
someone else. Sango held a tight grip around her sword, if Sesshoumaru would
attack she probably had no chance in hell to defend herself, but she would
indeed try.
Inuyasha was swift and
with a speed worthy of Sesshoumaru himself he picked up Sango bridal style and
carried her up the stairs where he knew Shippou and Kirara was.
Sango yelped in surprised
as she was caught in strong arms, she closed her eyes as her hands went around
the neck on who ever carried her. She knew who she wanted it to be, because she
only knew one person to have cute dog ears on top of his head, but she had left
him back in the past. He could not possible… No he could not be alive today…
could he? “No… No, I am seeing things… My love does not
live today… he couldn’t be alive… I’m alone… alone…”
Inuyasha felt the
distress that his beloved Sango radiated and he stopped before he came to the
door which would lead him to the room where Shippou and Kirara was waiting. He
put down Sango on her feet. He saw her lips move as she lightly shook her head
in denial.
-
Sango!! he called out to her.
-
No, no… you don’t exist… you are all g-gone… like Kagome-chan
and H-houshi-sama, you are all g-gone!! she stuttered.
-
SANGO!!
he yelled and that got her to open her eyes so she could look at him. – I am
real Sango… Believe it. I am real!!
Sango looked at him. His
yellow eyes, all that silvery hair, his red outfit.. ok not the usual one, but
he still wore red clothes. His ears. Everything was screaming Inuyasha. And
still she shook her head.
-
Then fucking touch them if you don’t believe it Sango!
snarled Inuyasha and tilted his head a bit so Sango could touch his triangular
ears.
Her hands moved in slow
motion up to his head and she touched his ears. It felt real. Smooth, silky,
warm puppy ears. “If this is a dream.. I never want to wake up.” thought
Sango as her fingers gently rubbed the tip of his ears.
Inuyasha couldn’t help
it, he purred. Her fingers were gently as she rubbed his ears. He put his hands
on her waist and tilted his head even more to give her better access to his
ears. He heard her voice say his name over and over until it was like a mantra.
He moved his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him until their
faces almost touched. Her crimson eyes looked into his amber ones and then the
tears fell.
-
I have missed you so much Sango, you have no idea what it was
like, knowing that you had come through the portal and I couldn’t be there with
you, mumbled Inuyasha as he cupped her face in his clawed hands.
-
But why c-couldn’t you be there… I… It would have been much
better.
-
You had to work through your sorrow first Sango. And you had
to help Kagome’s family as well. We didn’t want to interfere with that. But now
nothing can keep us apart again. Come, let me take you to Shippou and Kirara, I
am sure they want to meet you, said Inuyasha and saw her eyes widened.
Inuyasha chuckled as he
opened the door to the room where his adoptive pups where. Yeah, he had taken
Kirara as his pup too. A little cat-pup. And now their mama was able to be with
them too, after almost five centuries.
Shippou was a real
shocker to Sango. The little kit had grown to be just as tall as Inuyasha. He
still had his red hair and bushy red tail. The shimmer in his green eyes was the
same though. Sango cried in happiness as she hugged the kitsune until a mewl was
heard and she turned around and saw her faithful companion Kirara stand there on
the floor.
-
K-kirara? Oh dear gods… KIRARA!!
Sango held out her hands and the little cat
jumped right into them.
-
You are not alone anymore Sango, we are all here. All except
for Kagome and Miroku. But they are with us in heart and soul, said Shippou as
he placed a hand around Sango’s shoulders.
-
E-everyone?
-
Yes, Shippou is right. Everybody, even Rin and granny Kaede
is with us, said Inuyasha and came up on her other side, his arm was placed on
her lower back and a group hug was in order.
Sango could barely
believe it. Even Kaede and Rin? Rin she could understand, but Kaede too? She saw
the look Inuyasha gave Shippou and the fox nodded and Kirara seemed to
understand the silent order as well. They hugged Sango once more before exiting
out of the room. Sango was confused. She wanted to follow them, she wanted to
meet everybody but Inuyasha held her back.
-
You and I have something we must settle first, said Inuyasha.
-
W-we do?
-
I heard you low ranting before Sango. ‘My love does not live
today?’ What did you mean by that? Am I your love? Please tell me, I need to
know, said Inuyasha and locked her arms tightly against her body as he pushed
her against the wall. He needed her to answer his question.
Sango turned her head
away, her cheeks held a very interesting shade of red. Had she really blurted
that out? Most probably since he was asking about it. She nodded, but without
looking at Inuyasha. She couldn’t stand to see rejection in his eyes. He had
loved Kagome-chan, she was sure that they would have been mates unless it had
been for Naraku’s evilness. Sango was cursed to walk the earth alone and without
a mate. Even if Miroku had proposed to her, she had turned him down. She knew
that he loved her, but he could not be faithful enough to keeps his hands just
to her, he was grabbing every woman’s ass he could.
Inuyasha felt his heart
leap over a beat as she nodded. He was her love. She loved him? He put two
fingers under her chin and gently turned her head to look at him. Tears were
still running from her beautiful eyes. He rested his forehead against hers,
their noses touched.
-
Why didn’t you say anything? he whispered with thick voice.
-
Are you crazy?? You belonged to Kagome-chan; I just couldn’t
butt in and tell you that I had loved you for the better part of our journeys.
You were hers, never mine!! Sango sobbed.
-
Oh, Gods…. Sango. She was never mine… I was sure that you
wanted Miroku and I was too shy to say anything to you. Oh, my little slayer…
how much time we have wasted with our foolishness.
-
Huh?
-
Sango, I love you. I love you so much that I thought I would
die when you disappeared through the well. I tried countless of times to go
through the well too, but it never let me through. The Family kept me going,
telling me I had to be here in this era to take care of you.
-
Huh??
-
Don’t you understand Sango? I love you and I want you to be
mine… now and forever, breathed Inuyasha and before she could come up with
another intelligent answer such as ‘huh’, he kissed her passionately.
Sango gasped in surprise
as his tongue grazed over the seam of her lips, granting him access to her mouth
depths. Her hands moved up to his head as if cursed with their own life and she
took two fistfuls of his silver hair and then returned the kiss feverishly. He
loved her. By the gods, he had just told her that he loved her. “My Inuyasha…
Mine… all mine.” she thought as the primal need washed through her systems.
Inuyasha felt her fingers
against his scalp and the way she responded to his kiss was enough for him to
take her against the wall. But he would not let him self stoop so low. Their
first time should be in their mating bed, nowhere else. He pulled away; a small
string of their combined saliva still joined them together.
-
Come with me Sango…? he asked
-
Yes.
He picked her up bridal
style and walked over to the balcony. The doors were open and he gracefully
jumped down on the ground. With dizzying speed he headed towards the small house
that belonged to the Family Beach House. He had built it only for her and it was
here he had their bed. He had carved the bed from a single piece of redwood.
He landed gently on the
porch and looked at his mate as the full moon shone on her trembling figure. He
smiled and kissed her again. It seemed as if he couldn’t stop touching her now
that she had agreed to be his. Although she had used the direct words to say
that she wanted to be his, but her body language and the response to his kisses
were enough. He unlocked the door and guided her inside.
-
W-where are we Inuyasha? she whispered as he lit rose scented
candles around the house.
-
This is our house Sango. I built it for you. I was thinking
about you every second I worked on it, said Inuyasha and felt his cheeks warm up
a bit.
-
Our house?
-
The Big House is not far from here, but it was here I thought
we would live and raise our pups…
-
P-pups? stuttered Sango and blushed.
-
Yeah, when we’re ready to have them of course, smiled
Inuyasha and put his arms around her waist and pulled her close. But the sword
she carried was annoying him and he took hold of it and pulled it out of her
obi. He immediately recognized the craftsmanship and he snickered. – So you have
been to old Toto’s shop I see?
-
Inuyasha!!
-
What?
-
We were talking about p-pups…
-
Yeah, kids. Do you want to have kids Sango? Because I would
love to have a whole bunch of them, said Inuyasha as he put the sword away and
began fingering at her obi instead, wanting it to be undone so he could….
Just thinking about
looking at her nude body was making him hard as a rock. But Sango smacked away
his hands and moved away from him and put her hands on her hips and looked
sternly at him.
-
A whole bunch? Inuyasha, you don’t like children, I remember
the time you couldn’t get enough of bumping Shippou-chan on the head, she said
as her eyes flashed at him.
-
If I told you it was only a façade?
-
W-what?
-
You can ask Shippou when you meet him. You always thought
that we were fighting, but we were not. When it was just him and I, we bonded. I
adopted him as a pup just a few weeks after we had picked him up. He had no one
left and Kagome was his surrogate mother, but I was his surrogate father.
Although… we thought it was best not to tell anyone about it, neither of us
wanted to look weak and soft.
Sango shook her black
head. She refused to believe any of it. She would indeed talk to Shippou about
it, but why would Inuyasha lie about a thing like that anyway? It didn’t make
any sense.
Inuyasha felt her
insecurity again and he walked up to her. How could he explain to her that it
was the pups that had him going all along? That it was them who made him through
all the dark times of his life?
-
Sango, believe me when I tell you that this half demon is one
big softie. I even adopted Kirara after you fell through the well. I wanted her
to have a home as well.
-
W-what?
-
I even like the small wolfy critters that mangy wolf and his
lovely mate Ayame have produced.
Sango got all swirly eyes
and the world became a very dizzy place for Sango. She heard Inuyasha laugh
softly as he picked her up and carried her through a hall that was decorated
with paintings. She recognized the scenery on many of them, it was from the
village where Kaede once lived. But she could see portraits of their group as
well. She had to look more closely at them in the daylight, but she was sure
that they were beautiful. He stopped at the end and opened a door. He sat her
down on a chair and he walked around the room and lit some candles. He heard the
small gasp as the room was displayed for her.
-
Inuyasha…!! she breathed is name in awe.
-
Do you like it? he asked softly as she rose to her feet to
look around the bedroom.
Sango could only nod. The
whole room was in mahogany and redwood with silver threads hammered into the
dark material, forming complicated patterns. The bed was in the centre of the
room, not up against a wall. She walked around it, letting her fingers graze of
the carvings in the wood. She had to look at it in the morning; she could feel
figures and scenery under her finger pads. “I wonder what they are showing?” But
she was sure that they would be perfect, just like the paintings in the hall
way.
-
It’s more beautiful than I can say, she whispered and stopped
in front of the hanyou.
-
I am glad that you like it Sango, will you join me in this
bed or do I have to burn it? asked Inuyasha as he cupped her face.
-
B-burn it?
-
I will never share this bed with anybody but you Sango.
Sango was moved to tears.
She didn’t know what to say, she smiled through her tears.
-
No… don’t burn it, I like You too much, she said and sniffed
a bit.
Inuyasha let out the
breath he had been holding and pulled her in for a hug. This time he was crying
as well. Decades after decades of tension, loneliness and yearning was enough to
make him cry in pure relief. He could feel her hands move under the red shirt he
wore and just feeling her human nails make a trail up over his spine made him
shudder. He undid her obi, the black silk pooled around her feet. Her fingers
came out from his red shirt and began to unbutton it instead. Their lips were
locked in a heated kiss that was blended with their tears of happiness.
Sango felt the rippling
of his muscles underneath her fingertips and she knew that he was still as
strong as he had been in the past. As she removed the shirt from his body she
couldn’t help but ogle his appearance. The golden light from the lit candles
made him to an unearthly being. A creature from myths and legends. A hanyou that
belonged to her and her only.
-
Mine, she whispered before she kissed him again.
Inuyasha smiled inwardly.
He had no idea that Sango was so possessive in her nature, but it felt good to
know it. He kissed his way down the column of her neck, relishing the fact that
she was there, in his arms. She was no longer a dream or a fantasy. She was
right where she belonged. The taste of her skin was toxin to his senses, his
fangs nibbled at her, leaving small marks behind. His instincts began to run
wild in his systems. He wanted to mark her; he wanted to make sure that she was
tied to him forever. He removed the blood red kimono from her and growled as he
saw the slayer suit underneath. He pulled away from her a bit and curled his lip
as his growling grew darker in nature.
-
You know me Inuyasha, got to be ready for anything, said
Sango with trembling voice as she helped him unbutton her suit.
-
Although I like that in a mate, but right now….
Sango smiled and put her
hands on his face and she rose up to kiss his nose.
Inuyasha managed to free
her from the suit and then came the next thing. Chest bindings.
-
Dear Gods of Heaven, woman, he whined as he saw the bindings.
– How on earth do you manage to move around at all with all these things?
-
We are flexible Inuyasha, giggled Sango but were soon
silenced as she saw him flex his claws and made a clean swipe at her.
The bindings was shred to
pieces and flowed down from her body. His amber eyes got a predatory shimmer and
two seconds later she was on her back in the magnificent bed that he had made
for them and he placed himself between her legs. He still had his dark red jeans
on and he rubbed his bulge against her panty clad sex, wringing a low hissing
sound from her. It was music to his sensitive ears.
Sango wiggled under the
weight of his tall and muscular body. Her hands touched every naked surface she
could find, feeling the silky steel play under her fingertips. But he still had
to much clothes on and she reached down between their bodies and unbuttoned his
pants and let her hand slide under the hem. Only to find that her beloved hanyou
didn’t have any boxers underneath his pants. She blushed as her fingers came in
contact with smooth hair and then something that was hot and pulsating and very,
very hard.
Inuyasha helped her to
remove his pants and shortly after he made the process short with her panties.
He simply ripped them off in a smooth move with his claws. The scent of arousal
fed his growing erection and he pushed his shaft against her wet opening. He
heard her gasp in surprise and her scent spiked a bit. She wanted him. But he
didn’t want it to be over so soon. He lowered his head and kissed her gently as
he moved them to lie on their sides instead. His right hand moved over her
midriff and down to her waist, his claws tickling her skin as they went lower to
her hip. He devoured her mouth, tasting that very thing that was only his to
taste in the future.
Sango didn’t know what to
do; he made her into a trembling piece of jelly-o. She wanted him to touched her
there, and he avoided it, instead he touched her every where else. But when he
cupped her breast she gasped at the heated flames that rushed down to her
womanhood. He was teasing her, she was sure of it now. He wanted her to beg him
to take her. And right now… she begged.
Inuyasha heard her soft
cries and he put his hand on her cheek to make her look at his face. He wanted
to be sure that this was what she wanted. And all he saw was the deep love and
devotion that she held for him. He had no need to ask her again. This was what
she wished for and the gods knew how much he wanted it. He nudged his right leg
between her strong thighs and parted them as her left hand moved between their
bodies and she guided his silky steel to her womanhood. He felt the wetness coat
the tip of his erection and he growled in pure pleasure. He found the small
channel that promised heaven and he pushed inside her.
Sango cried out his name
as he filled her body with his girth. She was a virgin, but the membrane that
signified her virginity had been destroyed due to her active life as a demon
slayer. No pain, all gain. He kissed her as he pushed the last inch of his shaft
into her wet flower. He whispered out an apology for hurting her and she
answered him that she felt no pain. It was slightly uncomfortable but that was
soon washed away as he began to gently move in and out of her. And due to their
position he was touching that swollen nub that seemed to throb with sensations
every time he touched it.
Inuyasha heard her moans
and soft cries as he picked up the pace a bit. The heat surrounding his shaft
was enough to make him want to take her hard, but he held back. This was her
first time and even though she had not been hurt by his initial intrusion, she
was still virgin. He had to take it easy with her. That was he thought until she
kissed him and then looked into his eyes.
-
I will not break Inuyasha.
Inuyasha pulled out from
her and flipped her over on her stomach. He parted her legs and settled between
them and raised her hips into the air. He positioned himself at her entrance
again and plunged right back into her embracing warmth. Her voice echoed through
house as he found new pleasure spots within her body.
Sango was sure that she
had gone from being human to a creature of pure pleasure and lust. If this was
making love she was not sure if she would let her hanyou leave the bed – ever.
She would chain him here and she would let him pleasure her in every way
possible. She rocked back at him, feeling him go deeper and deeper until she was
sure he was touching her womb with the tip of his shaft. She could feel it
pulsate as he forced all his length into her.
Inuyasha had the same
kind of thoughts, but he would rather chain Sango to the bed, never let her
leave their little love nest. He held a firm grip around her hips, holding her
steady for his thrusts. He could feel her inner walls grip around his shaft and
he howled loudly before lowering his head down to the nape of her neck. He
licked her salty skin and just when she screamed out his name he plunged his
fangs into her body. The strength of her blood sent him over the edge just as
much as when her inner muscles clamped down around him, trapping him deep inside
her. He could feel his sperm spray directly into her womb. He slightly wondered
if she would be pregnant, but right now it did not matter. Right now he was
right where he wanted. He felt his shaft swell a bit, the curse of being half
dog demon he thought.
Sango felt his fangs in
her neck and she knew that he was marking her. Gods, just knowing that she now
belonged to Inuyasha made her swoon with relief and happiness. She slumped
forward and felt him follow her down. He gently moved them so they were on their
side again. His arms were wrapped around her torso and she knew that he would
not let go of her until the swelling of his shaft went down. She didn’t
complain, it felt really good having him buried deep in her body. She sighed in
content as he caressed her belly with his large hands.
-
A whole bunch you say? she said with a smile.
A low growl was her
answer. “Yeah, I would like that too.” she thought and closed her eyes
and placed her hands on top of his. Everything that had happened during the
evening was making her sleepy and she smiled as she heard his growl turn into a
soothing purring sound. It lulled her to sleep.
====~~*~~====
Two days later Kohui
preformed a ceremony for Sango and Inuyasha. Souta was ring bearer and Miyuki
was so proud over her second daughter. Sango wore her wedding dress and it
looked good on her. Kirara and Shippou were at their side as well.
And witnesses were
Inuyasha’s whole Family as well as the wolf tribe from the North with Kouga and
Ayame. Sango’s dark crimson eyes sparkled with love and Inuyasha kissed his
blushing bride with everything that he felt towards her. The kiss was
interrupted by Sesshoumaru grumping something about decency. The newly wed
laughed and hugged the stoic youkai lord.
For the first time in a
very long time, Sango and Inuyasha were truly happy.
THE END!!!

Thought it was a suitable name for Jii-chan...

Ok, it was sad, sappy, OOC, angsty, fluffy and lemon in one story.
Hope you all liked it and give me some reviews for it...
*skips off to write some more...*
