Lunch

The preps sat on one side of the patio and the punks on the other, everyone else was just scatterd around in the middle. Yura Kagura and Kannah were to busy scoping out guys to notice who held Kikyos attention.There was Inu yasha showing off his boar ski skills just for her. Every no and then he would look at her to make sure she was watching and give her a smile. Oh how she wanted to smile back. Even if he was a punk he was still adorable! Those puppy dog ears that hair and those golden eyes. If only he'd drop that board and those losers he called friends. She sighed. It was the sigh that got the attention of the others. "Whats wrong Kikyo? Dont tell me he's bugging you, cause if you want him gone me and the girls would be more than happy to....." Yura said trying to be helpfull. " No its not that I was just thinking about....... Naraku, he just broke up with whats her face right ?" Kikyo said trying to change the subject . "Yeah but your not thinking of dating him are you that would break Inu yasha's little heart" Yura said faking the sound of sympathy in her voice." Thats exactly the point Yura dear....." Kikyo said eviley before turning and walking over to the table where Naraku was sitting. "Oh what a naughty naughty girl our Kikyo has become" Yura said with a smile.
"Hey look there goes that Military brat Sanshow" Kagura said mispronouncing the name on purpose. They watched in disgust as Sango and Miroku embraced in a hug. " Lets go guys before I lose my lunch" Kagurah said as she got up to leave. "Why your going to lose it later anyway" Kannah said just to be a smartass " What do you mean by that?!" Kagura retorted. "Come on sis its a well known fact that you barf after every meal" Kannah said then smiled innocently. " No way !" Yura said in disbelief. " Yes way! Three times a day and seven days a week!" Kannah said with a lopsided smirk. they could be heard arguing in the distence.

"No way!" Miroku said infuriated "They said that to you ?" Sango nodded , she didnt really want to tell Miroku, but Kagome had insisted it would make her feel better. " Dont you listen to a word of it! Sango I love you because of the way you are! I dont honestly give a fuck what they have to say" Miroku said compfortingly. Kagome was right after all she did feel better now that that was off of her chest.
Inu yasha pretended todeafdeaf, he hated hearing bad things about Kikyo. His Head told him they were true but his heart told him the were lies. Even though he had seen her act this way before, he choose to block it out of his mind. "Hi Inu yasha!" Kagome said warmly giving him a smile. "Hi Kagome" he said though he didnt feel much like returning the smile. He had met her a few times before, with her being his best friends girlfriends best friend they seemed to run into eachother alot.
"So whats up ?" Kagome said cheerfully."Not much, you?" "Same here" there was a long occward silence." Hey Inu yasha what are you doing this saturday?" she asked with a hopefull look in her eyes. "Nothing why?" he asked. " Do you think you could come along with me Sango and Miroku to the movies, they were going on a date to a movie I wanted to see so Sango insisted that I go, but I dont want to be the only one there with them while they play tonsil hockey." Inu yasha thought about it . since he didnt have anything else to do he might as well go, so he agreed. " Great we'll see 7:00 then" she said with a smile as she left. Inu yasha went back to practicing.
