�A month later��
A great feast was held to
honour those who defeated the evil Naraku, but also to celebrate the reunion of
family and friends. Who would have thought that this fight would produce such an
odd bunch of friends and allies?
Sango sat in her mate�s
lap and watched the festivities from afar. She could see her brother dance with
Kanna, it would not take long until she had a new little sister, it was her
guess anyway. Her brother was in love with the pale girl and by the way she
blushed, Sango guessed Kanna liked the boy too. �Well, if I could fall for
Sesshoumaru..� she pondered and smiled in content.

Are you feeling alright mate?
asked Sesshoumaru.

-
I have never felt better love,
said Sango and sighed.

-
Oh really.
Sango knew that sound and
she giggled when she felt him nibble at the mating mark. Her mate was
insatiable. His hands caressed the ever growing bump on her stomach.

Umm Sesshoumaru, do you think we
can let Kohaku live with us in the castle too? she asked.

-
Of course love, and by the way
things look right now, I bet he will have a mate too. Kanna has transformed so
many times during these few days that it even makes this Sesshoumaru dizzy.

I agree, she went from a little
girl to a young woman in just a day. I wonder how old she is? I know she was
born from Naraku, so technically she is not older than a few years, but during
this month she has grown considerable. I would guess she is around fifteen years
or so, said Sango and her mate nodded to that.

What was that? Asked Sesshoumaru
surprised after moment of silence. Something had moved against his hands.

-
It was the baby, smiled Sango
and laid her hands over his.

-
Really???
Sango giggled at the
childish sound in his otherwise so cold voice.

I felt it move a couple of days
ago, but I wanted you to discover it by your self, she said.
Sesshoumaru moved her to
lie on the ground and he put his ear against her stomach. He gasped when he felt
something bump against his chin. He was in awe; this was his pup moving around
inside her belly. He felt like he could burst out in a great howl.

She is really in there, and she
is moving around� he whispered and looked into Sango�s face.

-
Yes, but how do you know it is a
she? wondered Sango.

-
Your scent tells me this, he
said.

-
Ohh, so we are going to have
another daughter? Can you handle three girls Sess? giggled Sango.

-
I think I can manage�
He put his head back on
her stomach and she could feel him purr.

-
Hi there little one, I am your
father, he whispered so low that Sango almost did not hear it but she smiled
gently. I hope to see you soon little one.
Sesshoumaru was in
seventh heaven. He had felt his unborn daughter for the first time.
