Inuyasha lay against Kagome’s mom chest. She gently stroked his head being mindful of his ears. They stayed liked this for while knowing Inuyasha had hard time expressing his feelings. After bit Inuyasha sat up but kept his head down.
“I’m afraid Kagome’s mother.” He said in low whisper
If Kagome’s mother wasn’t so close to him, she would never would have caught it. “Afraid of what Inuyasha, and Inuyasha call me mom after all your complety part of this family now.” she asked softly
Inuyasha’s ears flatten more against his skull. “That Kagome would want by Sesshomaru’s side and do certain things with him not with me. I mean why she would want to do that and be by me after everything I put her through and what I am. I do want lose her mom.” He said sadly.
Gently she cupped his face so he looking at her. “Inuyasha, Kagome has loved you for very long time and already forgiven everything that you could have done. I’m thinking she wants spend little lone time with Sesshomaru because what Kagome told me that she didn’t know him very well and is nowhere near type of relationship you two have. I wouldn’t be surprised that Sesshomaru the one insecure about this well. You and Kagome have very tight bond while Sesshomaru doesn’t. I think you three need have a nice long talk, I’m sure after that everyone will be equal footing.” She said smiling
Inuyasha sat there in silence taking everything in. Silently she got up and went into kitchen to make ramen for him. Setting the cup in front of him she gently rubbed his back. Inuyasha thought about everything she said and everything before that happens. Then he smelled his favorite food and began eating. She smiled and waited until he was done eating. “Inuyasha why don’t you go back for bit let me take care of preparations here and come about in about 4 days come back and have things ready for you take over.” She said
Inuyasha smiled and nodded, allowed her take the bowel from him. Smiling he walked out door and ran to well the need be with Kagome and talk to her taking over. Once she saw blue light from well house she went back into house with smile getting a list ready for tomorrow shopping. She was so excited to finally have a grandbaby or grandpup as Inuyasha called it. Giggling with thoughts on how her grandpup would turn out to herself she started her list.
~Back with Inuyasha~
Inuyasha hopped through other side and took off to where he knows where they be. Knowing Kagome, she probably moved to outskirts of village since the village was practically buzzing over Sesshomaru being there. So he decided to see if Keade has come back from the other village. Could tell from outside of her small hunt that she wasn’t so he decided to go the nearby meadow knowing that were they would gone with Rin. When he arrived in meadow he noticed Sango, Miroku and Shippo were back and fast asleep. He looked over at Sesshomaru and Kagome who was fast sleep against nearby tree. As he gotten closer he noticed a certain smell was coming from them. For first time he wasn’t jealous especially after the talk he had with his new mom. He smiled at that. He didn’t think he would get have in law or mate or even talk to his brother without fighting.
He jumped on branch above them, knowing there long talk with them he decided he needed get some sleep for tomorrow.
