Cha Fou Four: The Move From Past To Present
Yasha's POV
Ok, first I'm stuck in this dark world and now Papa's telling me that we're moving? To Kagome's world? Man, can things get any better? The best part is Kaede is gonna make Shippo able to pass through the well and he can live with me! Well, that's the second best part. The first is that I have a chance to remove Naraku's curse and see again! There ain't no way nothing will bring me down now!
Normal POV
"Yasha, calm down!" Miroku said while dressing the young hanyou in some modern day clothes Kagome brought for her. She had trouble finding Shippo's size and had to settle on some toddler clothes with a hole in the back for his tail. "I can't help it," she said seriously. "I have been given another chance to use my eyes again and I ain't about to let it slip away."
The monk chuckled. When Inuyasha needed help, he was always there to lend a hand and felt close to Yasha like an uncle. She sometimes had the habit of calling him Uncle Miroku since her own uncle Sesshomaru really didn't care what happened to her or Inuyasha. "I like your attitude, young lady," he said. "And for that, you get a treat." He pulled out a peppermint stick from his pocket, which was her favorite candy. "Hold out your hand and tell me what this is," he said and put it in her hand. She felt it for a moment when the familiar aroma hit her nose. "Thank you, Miroku!" she said happily with a grin. She threw her arms around his neck and hugged him. "I'm going to miss you," he said and kissed her forehead. "Now you'd better say goodbye to Sango before Inuyasha comes back for you and Shippo."
Meanwhile in the modern world, Kagome wiped the sweat from her brow as she helped Inuyasha move things in that her mother had spent on them. The moving men helped with the heavy stuff, but she got what she could inside before the two men left. Inuyasha was already exhausted and was resting on the couch. Although he had his eyes closed, he wasn't asleep. "Why don't you come over here with me?" he asked and she glanced at him in shock. "I thought you were asleep," she said. "Kagome, I've been sleep deprived for four years," he reminded her. "I'm used to it."
That caused a giggle from his fiancee. "It has been a long morning," she admitted and sat down with him. He rested his bare feet in his lap and wiggled his toes a little. "I have to go back after lunch since we have to take Yash to the doctor," he said. "Might as well enjoy the peace while it lasts." "What are you suggesting?" she asked raising an eyebrow. "I'm suggesting enough small talk and take your damn clothes off so we can have a little fun before the kids come," he said without missing a beat. When they had alone time, they made love. Only once did Yasha and Shippo see them in the act and Yasha called sex the Naked Dance until he finally decided enough was enough and told her what really happened, whicher ber brought the "Naked Dance" up again.
"I'm lucky Mom put me on the pill," she sighed and began stripping her clothes slowly and seductively. Inuyasha felt the blood rush to his groin and knew his kimono was getting tight. "Just the way I like it," he said licking his lips as he removed his clothes and had her lay down as he kissed her passionately. After making love, the two quickly got dressed (just in the nick of time) as someone knocked on the door.
"Inuyasha, time to get Yasha!" Mrs. Higurashi called and Kagome took a deep breath as she played with her hair. "Here we go," he sighed. "This is Yasha's big moment. Hopefully, she'll be able to have this surgery."
