Inuyasha and his friends
met up with two wildly discussing girls and the hanyou smiled when he heard what
they were talking about. �Good Sango, you told Kagome the truth. Now we can
get on with our lives again with out beating around the bushes. But I do not
think my brother will let you out on any more shard hunts.� He smiled a bit
and sniffed the air. His brother was following in their footsteps. �I wonder
what my new little sister will do if she finds out that the father of her pup is
here too?� He shrugged.

Shippou rushed towards
the sound of his surrogate mother and his auntie. Squealing in delight he hopped
up into Kagomes welcoming arms and hugged her tight. She was a bit surprised by
the little kitsune�s behaviour but she did not mind his affection at all, she
loved the young fox like he was her son.

Shippou-chan, where is the fire?
she asked with a small smile.

She has told you, has she not
Kagome? said Shippou.

-
Yes she has, and I am happy for
her. A new little Inuyasha will be born later on, giggled Kagome.

-
O dear Gods, just let us hope it
is a girl, said Shippou and acted up a scared face.

Shippou-chan, scolded a brightly
smiling Sango and ruffled the young boy�s hair.
Miroku and Inuyasha
showed up seconds later and Kagome rushed to the love of her life and jumped
into his arms. The hanyou was startled but found him self to be responding
warmly to her display of feelings. She even shocked her self by kissing his
cheek.

Kagome-sama, what happened here?
asked the monk with swirly eyes. His poor head was spinning with all the things
that already had happened that day, and now Kagome hugged and kissed Inuyasha,
what the hell was going on?

We are going to have a baby� a
little puppy.. Kagome said and took Inuyashas hands in her own. Ohh, I mean,
Sango is going to have a baby..!!

Yes we heard, the monk mumbled a
bit.
Sango flew at him,
gripping his collar. Her dark eyes flashed blood red for a moment and Inuyasha
sighed. �O Great Gods, he did not only mate with her, he let her have his
blood too?� He only could imagine a mood swinging demon slayer with demon
blood would do if she snapped.

What??!! Who told you that??
Inuyasha?

-
No, he did not say word, but the
father of your puppy did, said Miroku with a sharp edge in his voice. He was a
bit hurt that she had not told them herself.

I am sorry Houshi-sama, I know I
should have told you from the start, but I just could not find the words. And I
did not know then that I would be pregnant though. Sangos head slumped a bit in
shame for not telling her friends about her situation.

It is ok Sango-sama, I know you
will the perfect mother, said the monk and took her hand into his, and tucked it
with friendly warmth.

Thank you Miroku-san, I am glad
you think so. But where is Sesshoumaru?

Ohh, he is on his way, Inuyasha
smirked almost a bit evilly. I can smell him, so I suggest you wait here little
sister and wait for him if you want some privacy with your mate.
Sango blushed ten shades
of red. Just the word mate got her thinking about the night in the cave and the
hanyou�s suggesting tone did not do things better either.

Come on Pack, let us see if
Kaede has got some beef stew for us, Inuyasha said and lifted up Kagome in his
arms.

Tell her that I will be coming
in later on, said Sango and waved them off.
She saw the confused look
upon Kagomes face as Inuyasha lifted her up bridal style. Perhaps her mating
would do some good on Kagome and Inuyasha too? Those too really needed to get
together; perhaps there would be a little more peace in their shard hunting
group. A small rustle of leafs had her turn around to face the golden eyes of
her one night lover.
