supposed he was lucky for being saved the embarrassment of having his genitals
shaved. They’d taken the rest of his

It was a pathetic thing to hold onto, in truth, but when forced and made
up like a woman, he took comfort in what small bits of manhood he could, and
right now, that comfort came in the form of a bit of strategically placed hair.“Kouga?” Ma’ter asked the
deathly silent wolf.Kouga’s normally firey blue eyes seemed more like glass now.

When the door to the dining hall opened, Kouga’s
eyes widened, then shot to the floor in shame. His stomach jumping into
his throat. He had hoped it would
be only Shi’en, had expected, perhaps, half-a-dozen
people, family, but there must have been a hundred viper youkai
here and a handful of people in similar situations to his own.Shi’en smirked up at him from
where he was seated at the table. “Ah,
my new bride has arrived,” he said, eyes locking on Kouga
as his right hand loosely gestured him over.
“Come,” Shi’en said. Kouga
bit his inner cheek to prevent from flipping out. Even if he’d accepted this whole ‘bride’
thing, which he certainly didn’t, this wasn’t how you treated a bride; it was
closer to how you treated a pet, and one you didn’t like very much at that. He made his way over to the viper, trying for
all he was worth (which didn’t appear to be very much at the moment) to walk
normally in spite of the flames of pain licking through his anus with every
step, in spite of the fact that, with so many sets of eyes staring at him, each
step he took made the hall feel longer and longer. And he kept his head held high, even though
his eyes were broken and his legs quivering by the time he reached Shi’en’s side.Shi’en stood, inspecting the
