Rin: *walks in with dinner tray (they have slept the
whole night and day through) “Evening Sesshomaru-sama…Louis.”

Chapter 3 Back at the Castle

“Grrrr…” the purple-robed monk paced hard in his study. “DAMN!…That
should have been easy…well I will have her…one way or the other.” He had not
recognized the demon but apparently he was stronger then he had imagined.

“What's the matter darling? The little girl get away?”

The woman who entered was by far mos most beautiful lady in
all the land…men from far and wide had come to court and then bed her because
of her renowbeaubeauty. She had golden hair with streaks of white that fell
past her waist. The most intriguing thing about her…the thing that no man could
resist was her eye. Her eyes shone with an intensity of a thousand suns and
flared with a brilliant violet hue. She had driven men to insanity before with
those eyes. She wore a short crimson dress that came to just above her thighs. Cut
low to reveal her bounteous wares.

She sidled over and slunk easily into a large comfy
armchair. The monk glared ay her. “That girl was not alone and the demon…was
strong…too strong.” He added as an afterthought. He stalked over to her until
he was directly in front of her. Leaning into her face. “What do you know about
this demon, Moon?” Almost lazily he tapped the oval stone around his neck and
projected a mental image to her.

She gasped. “That is Lord Sesshomaru of the Western Lands.
You could not have taken him on and survived.” The all-knowing smirk vanished. “Well
I obviously did…barely,” He admitted. Reaching up he undid the top robeoverovering
his chest to her eyes. She glanced at the long gashes that were steal healing
uninterestingly and gazed into his face, looking for some shred of sanity. She
found nothing but madness in his eyes and shivered. * (This man is crazy) *

“If she is his, you will not go after her again and be so
lucky.” “We will see.” He arrogantly strode away from her to a large floor
length mirror, “Show me.” She got up to follow him and pressed the midnight
blue stone on her forehead to the glass. It became cloudy and the smoke swirled
in an upwards spiral. Dark shapes moved across their line of vision and the
image sharpened showing a large one-person tent. They seemed to move so that
they were now in the tent looking at the occupants. “There she is.” He whispered.
A girl beautiful in human standards was lying on her side on a blanket. The Demon
Lord was behind her spooning against her back his large white tail wrapped securely
around her small body. As if she sensed that they were being watched, the girl
flipped over and moaning sadly pressed herself tightly into his chest, clutching
his robes for all she was worth. Sesshamaru’s eyes flew open and the golden
orbs stared intently in the darkness. The glass went dark.

^Kinda short I know, Ok Miroku is NOT the monk I repeat NOT
