Kagome had been scrubbed from end to end. Her hair was tightly braided and they had even added a circlet about an inch wide around her forehead that had a thin chain woven loosely into her braid. She had been blindfolded and she also had been leashed. His Lordship had chosen to have her presented in a heavy leash that was attached in two points between her shoulders with heavy thick leather straps. Her Master and Mistress as promised were standing on either side of her waiting for the large doors to the Throne room to open. Before placing her blindfold over her eyes they had positioned her in front of the door to "walk" in feet flat on the floor toes turned inward bent over at her hips, bottom in the air and palms flat on the floor. Mistress had her hand twisted tightly in her braid holding her head down toward the floor. Master had a tight grip on her leash in one hand and the flogger with the other. When the doors opened and her future mate decided to recognize them so they could enter the Throne room, Master would strike her with the flogger. Luckily she was still experiencing that semi-out-of-body state or she would be screaming hysterically by now. Instead she waited quietly anticipating the strike of the flogger on her skin.
Sesshomaru knew the girl was outside the door. Even with the myriad of smells inundating his nose and the loud voices speaking around him vying for his attention he could sense her. He felt the slight sting of her aura upon his skin and detected the crisp scent of moon blossoms, the air right after a rainstorm and almost overwhelming innocence and purity. For Inu's scent and aura's defined beings more than sight and although most would claim innocence and purity to not have a scent all those same people would need to do is to think of what the opposite of those things might smell like. No matter what he did he had to protect her heart, because that was her center, if that was kept safe her purity and innocence would stay relatively untouched by their mating.
He looked to the other side of the room and noticed that the disgraced Concubine had been brought in through one of the side doors and was being secured to a pillar by her leash. His Second General had already apologized for her poor inadequate performance, and thanked him for the opportunity to publicly humiliate and punish her. In fact he was excessively happy that she would receive the extra retraining prior to their mating. Apparently he had been having some reservations as of late about her submissiveness. He was satisfied with the outcome of his decision on the Concubine's disposition. The General was a very reliable and capable commander; he would not want him upset over something trivial. Sesshomaru was going to call for her punishment later this evening. It will serve as a break between activities with his future mate; she also needs to understand the system of discipline toward unmated females in the Demon Court.
Sesshomaru noticed that the room was getting quiet and The Court's attention seemed to be divided between staring at him and looking toward the closed Formal Entry Doors. The leeches must have sensed Kagome's presence waiting outside those doors. They were going to watch him every second from now on hunting for a weakness, looking for him to lose his composure. The Council would try to find things to punish Kagome for to draw out the mating process and to watch her writhe in pain. Each and every one of them will try to get around him and her trainers to put their hands and body's on her. He must be constantly vigilant so they don't get that opportunity.
The Lord of the Western Lands walked up the stairs to his throne and sat down. Once he was sure that he was comfortable he gestured to the soldiers stationed at the doors to open them.
The doors to the Throne Room opened slowly. Once they were completely opened Sesshomaru called forward a few petitioners that had come to beg assistance on various matters. He spoke with each one normally asking questions and approving or denying their request as he usually would. After hearing five cases he raised his hand and motioned to Inuyasha in the back at the doors to enter. This is what all the nobles had turned out to see, the Presentation of the Future Lady of the West, Protector of The Shikon, Princess of the Northern Realm (unfortunately ningen) to His Royal Highness Lord Sesshomaru, InuYoukai Ruler of the Western Lands, The Demon Prince. If their mating is successful and fruitful it is prophesied to usher in an Age of peace and prosperity never before seen between Humans and Youkai.
Inuyasha smacked the flogger on Kagome's lower back, so that it would hit her buttocks and the area directly below her spine. Amedia kept a tight grip on her hair and Inuyasha kept a tight hold with his other hand on her leash so that she would not flinch away. Earlier Amedia had placed a bit/gag in Kagome's mouth that had thin straps on either side. She placed it there for two purposes: 1) To give her greater control over Kagome's head and neck movement. She was afraid that when the flogger hit, Kagome would automatically startle and move away. 2) She knew that since Kagome had never been disciplined before chances were she would make a noise when struck no matter how hard she tried not to. The bit/gag Amedia placed in Kagome's mouth was a hard piece of leather that was placed into the back of her mouth. Kagome had to bite down hard on it with her back teeth to keep it from feeling like it was going to choke her. When she bit down on it, the gag extended forward and pressed downward enough to immobilize her tongue.
Inuyasha and Amedia carefully began walking their charge forward. Sesshomaru was waiting for them at the front. He remained seated on the throne. His eyes were red-rimmed as he watched his future mate prance up the aisle. Her presentation posture was perfect he wanted to mount her now, but he knew he couldn't. He had to have more control than that. Inuyasha and Amedia were doing a good job. He had chosen her trainers well. They were keeping everyone away from what was his and so far they had taken all precautions to make her presentation flawless. The Council would have nothing valid to complain about. Sesshomaru motioned to them to bring her up the stairs to his throne.
When they were standing directly in front of Sesshomaru; Amedia yanked Kagome's head back, Inuyasha pulled up on the leash and smacked her in the same place with the flogger. He then said stay as Sesshomaru's entourage of Concubines helped him pick Kagome up and place her on the servicing stand.
The servicing stand, if you were to ask any of the male Youkai nobility was probably Inu-Taisho's (the previous Lord of the West) greatest contribution to Life, the Universe, and Everything. He had created a flexible platform to place Concubines into any position that was required of them, for their Lord to use them whenever or wherever he so desired. It was light weight and transported easily, adjusted to move under tables, up-stairs, down hallways, had removable pieces, it could be flipped, was bendable, could lay flat, stand up-right or anything in-between, could hang from the ceiling, it would even float.
Inuyasha and Amedia had discussed starting by placing Kagome in the basic service position then moving on from there. So Inuyasha placed her face down bent over with her hip joints at the top most bend of the stand. Her legs then dropped from there at almost a 90 degree angle. There was a slight slope, but not much of one. Her legs were then spread toward the outside of the stand which would place them about 3 feet apart at her knees. Her feet were placed in adjustable stirrups that held the heels down, toes pointing slightly up and turned inward. Kagome's jewelry automatically held her immobile to the stand as soon as Inuyasha had finished with his placement. Amedia took the front half of Kagome's body and pulled the front board up to attach her to it. The front side did not need to be 3 feet across, and keeping it smaller would make it more flexible. Kagome's front board would support her up through her rib cage, there were 2 openings for her breasts to hang freely, so his Lordship would have the opportunity to inspect them. The board then reconnected to hold her shoulders in place. There also was a slide in that would fit Kagome's head so that her face would be visible through the bottom, but she would have no ability to move her head. Amedia was going to wait for orders before attaching that option, for now she would hold Kagome by the hair. Amedia also was waiting for orders on Kagome's hand and arm placement, she was sure that Lord Sesshomaru would let Inuyasha know how to proceed shortly.
Sesshomaru waved Inuyasha forward and held a whispered conference with him. The Court that was usually so noisy had become so quiet you could hear a pin drop, as they all were waiting in anticipation to watch what his opening move would be. When Sesshomaru had finished giving his instructions, Inuyasha pulled Amelia aside for a brief discussion of what they needed to do. Amelia tried to cover her surprise as she moved to prepare Kagome for Sesshomaru's plans.
While Kagome's trainers were working with her Sesshomaru stood up and left the Dias where he had been sitting and walked over to the Concubines that he had pre-arranged to have lined up for his use along the wall to the left of his Throne. He pointed to the first girl in the line and snapped his fingers to get her to move toward the mounting blocks. He chose to use these tonight so that he could be relieved quickly and later this evening Kagome would watch. It was an excellent display of dominance mating and his beast would expect it from her frequently. This time however it would hopefully distract his Court and sate his Beast.
