Chapter Five

Cucumbers and Carrots!

Friday 1:15 pm

"I just don't get it man." Inuyasha said with a smile, lifting his fork to his mouth. "You have got to stop." Inuyasha leaned back in his chair. "How in the hell did you get all the luck?"

Laughing, Sess got out of his chair and headed towards his office window peering out. "Well ya know, Dear Brother." Sess faced him with a lecherous grin on his face. "Out of all the woman I've had, there's one I've yet to sample.

"That reminds me. Your buddy Kouga saw one of my indiscretions the other day."
"WHAT!" Inuyasha practically yelled, and found himself choking yet again. Catching his breath, Inuyasha sat down in his chair and continued "You say that so nonchalantly. Don't you care about people seeing you doing that?"

"The fact someone may see is the thrill of it all, dear brother." Sess replied with a shrug. "But you can never know what I mean by that until you've tried it."
"Keh- Kagome would kill me if I even thought it."

"Too bad." Sess laughed. "I'm bored, let's get out of here." Sess grabbed his briefcase, and started for the exit, and Inuyasha was right behind him.

"Uh... Sess where are we going?"

"I don't know where you're going, but I have plans." Sess announced, flinging his jacket over his shoulder as he headed out the door.

"Won't the boss be mad with us leaving like this?" Inu asked

"He may ground us." Sess replied

The two men enjoy a causal stroll together down the busy streets of their hometown, soaking up the bright warm sun and breathing in the smog filled air. Conversation light not stressful, company warm and familiar, window-shopping and spending time together what great brothers they are in this story.

Sess glanced at InuYasha from the corner of his eye and with an impish grin said "You know, I could easily please your little woman Kagome for ya."
