Ayame was standing in knee high water, around her swam four of
her friends. If anyone could see her they would probably not believe their eyes,
because the sharks ate from her hand. It was almost like she was feeding a
couple of well tamed dogs. She smiled when she felt their rough skin against her
legs.

I hope you like it, because they come with a lot of trouble, said
Ayame and took out another piece of liver and held out for the next shark to
take. � I have another task for you when I race later.

One of the sharks looked at her with its big round and black
eyes.

Don�t worry Same, I will be ok. You remember those guys I
rescued. Well, they are being stubborn and very thick-headed. They will not
leave me alone unless I do something drastic. I told them if they could beat me
in a race they could have me, but since they have no clue what so ever what kind
of race it is�. I am sure they will back away, especially if you guys are
around, smiled Ayame and moved to stroke her palm over the shark�s head before
she handed out the last piece of her bloody treat.

After that she moved to put the bag on the beach and then she
walked back out to the ocean. She just sat there with the sharks swimming around
her, getting their backs rubbed. Ayame was sure they would be purring loud if
they had been cats. �My wonderful friends, what would I do without you?�
she thought.

Kouga and Inuyasha sat above the cove and looked down on the
strange scene that was displayed before their very eyes. They had problems
believing their own eyes, but it did not matter how many times they blinked, it
was still there.

Kouga-kun, do you see what I see? asked Inuyasha with his breath
caught in his throat.

Yeah, but I think I am dreaming, what about you?

Yeah, I must be dreaming as well.

She is really petting them like dogs or something.

I have not read much about sharks, hell I have not seen that much
on TV either, but I think I have seen enough to say that she has one hell of a
gift is she can be around sharks like this, said Inuyasha.

Well, we have established that she is not an ordinary human girl.
She is a demon, but what kind? asked Kouga.

Inuyasha shook his silvery head. He had no clue what so ever.

Kaede saw them sit on the edge of the shore line, looking down
the cove. �So her secret has been revealed to them?� she walked silently
over to them and stopped when she was only a few feet away.

She is a wolf demon, she said right into the blue, making
Inuyasha and Kouga jump out of their skin.

Fuck lady, don�t scare us like that, gruffed Inuyasha.

I am sorry boys, but I was sure you could hear me, smiled Kaede.

What do you want? asked Kouga.

-

I am here because I am curious why you want her.

Why? Inuyasha was a bit confused.

Yes, why?

Shit lady, have you not looked at her? She is gorgeus, said
Kouga.

And strong, and she is one hell of a special girl if she can do
that to sharks, said Inuyasha and pointed towards the red headed girl in the
water.

Kaede looked down and saw her little girl giving one of the
female sharks a stomach rub. She smiled; indeed her little girl was special. But
still she needed to know what their intentions were. She liked the boys, she
did. They were a bit rough at the edges, but they were still very good boys.

Yes, she is very special, I know that. But that still does not
explain why you want her. I will not allow my little precious gem be crushed
like a glass bead under your feet. If you break her heart, trust me � I will
break your faces, said Kaede. Her voice was still very gentle, but they could
hear the firm threat behind it.

You want us to tell you that we see her as a potential mate, is
that it? Is that what you want to hear old lady? asked Kouga.

You tell me boys; do you see her as a potential mate? Or is it
just lust that rules your minds?

Inuyasha and Kouga looked at each other and then they looked down
on the girl. Of course lust was involved, why would it not? She was one hot
looking girl, but just enjoy her and then leave her? No, how could they do that
to her, no, she was going to be with them until death broke them apart.

No old lady, she is not a thing that we would use for just one
night. If she let us, she will be our mate, said Inuyasha and Kouga nodded to
that.

You would actually share her? Kaede was a bit surprised.

There are not many demon girls around anymore. We have no choice,
said Kouga.

And Kouga-kun and I have been friends a very long time; we knew
that if we found the right girl, she would be ours. And Ayame here is strong and
beautiful, she would be perfect to mate if we want to have strong pups, you
know, ensure that we filled up our part of continue to produce demons for the
world, said Inuyasha with a mischievous smile. Just the thought of mating with
her made him aroused and by the smell of it, so was Kouga.

Then comes the next question� what if she does not want you?

Well, she said if we could beat her in a race we could have her,
said Kouga.

A race? Kaede�s voice was filled with concern. � Oh dear�. I
suggest you walk away from that kind of race boys.

Why we want to do that? Inuyasha sneered.

You will not get out of that race alive, said Kaede. � See those
four sharks that are with her now?

Yeah, both Inuyasha and Kouga said.

Well, she found their eggs, as they were washed up on the shore
below. She found them a hatching place and ever since they came out from their
egg cases she has been there for them, and they are there for her. She talks to
them, don�t ask me how she does it because I don�t know. But they understand
each other, and when she tells them to eat you, they will eat you.

Inuyasha and Kouga swallowed hard. �So that was why she had
agreed to race them. She is sure to win if the other contestants are chewed up
by her sharks.� thought Inuyasha.

So how do we go about to get her? asked Inuyasha after a few
moments of silence.

-

I suggest that you go down there and show interest in her, but
move to fast and she will seek refuge in the water where you can not follow her,
said Kaede.

-

Yeah, she do run fast, mumbled Inuyasha. � She is more like a
fucking gazelle.

-

So you have noticed that as well, laughed Kaede. � Yes, my little
girl is a very good swimmer and she can run very fast if she wants too.

-

So, you suggest that we only go down there and talk to her? asked
Inuyasha.

-

Yes, don�t push her ok.

Kaede turned around and walked back to the house, leaving to
confused demons on the shore line.
