- The one but not Part 1/>
Sleep, it is what every creature needs in order to maintain life. It was one of the few things
he took pleasure in; for in sleep, the darkness never came. It spoke to him and he spoke to it,
trying to understand it’s true purpose. And it was during sleep, that all was right in his world and the darkness spoke.
“Find you must the priestess of light for without her, you shall die and I will destroy”
He smirked to the darkness that had blood red eyes. He was cocky to the darkness,
as he knew he should be. True, they shared the same body, but despite that fact,
he had come to understand while traveling the loneliness of space, that the darkness also shared his soul.
“No if this Sesshoumaru dies then so do you…my heart is your heart…your words are mine…
did you forget that darkness? Did you forget that it is not you who rule but I?”
The darkness snarled and he could have sworn he saw it foam at its mouth with madness.
“NEED…BLOOD…LIGHT…BRING ME ONE OF WHOM YOU DO NOT CARE. BRING HER TO ME!”
For the first time in hundreds of years, sleep escaped him as the darkness took over and woke up
inside a grin on his face as he stormed towards the harem his need knew no bounds but then a
scent reached him as he reached the door. He paused with his hand on the doorknob, closed his
blood red eyes, and breathed in that sweet scent. She was here. The demons on this world had found her.
With a swift turn, he ran through the halls repeating over and over to himself.
“She’s here...She’s actually here”
In record time, he made his way to his throne. The doors opened as he sat down and the darkness smirked in glee.
“FINALLY”
The doors opened and in came a pack of wolves. On one of their shoulders, they had a burlap sack.
Blinking back the red haze, he stood up and walked down.
“You have done what I asked.”
The Leader nodded.
“I have and me and my men want the reward.”
Closing his eyes, he sniffed again. “Young.” the darkness replied with a happy slurp of his lips.
But somehow he knew she shouldn’t be THAT young. His eyes harden with a good idea of what was in the sack.
“Open the bag.”
He demanded.
The wolves opened the bag and turned it upside down, dumping the young girl on the ground.
Her big brown eyes looked up at him and his gold eyes looked on in shock, the darkness in him stilled…
”She shouldn’t be THAT young” Sesshoumaru looked up at the wolves less than pleased…
“This is no woman. This is a child …take her back to her family.”
He turned and started back up to his throne when the girl’s small voice caused him to pause, yet again.
“Rin has no family. Rin's family was killed by wolves.”
He saw red and then the darkness spoke.
“DID YOU KILL HER FAMILY?”
One of the idiot wolves spoke up.
“We had to. They wouldn’t let her come with us. They fought us and we fought back…
stupid humans got what they deserved for killing one of our pack.
Silence. It was everywhere in the room. The darkness inside him raised its’ power
and turn towards the wolves. All they saw was a flash of white then red and soon,
they were no more. Panting, he turned to the girl. The Red haze had faded
“ Do you have family to go to?”
Rin shook her head no.
“Rin has no other family. Perhaps? Rin can stay with the Angel.”
He Smirked
“Perhaps.”
And with that, he walked away, his new young ward behind him.

I know it’s short Mina san but I did this in-between my design project that was due in like yesterday.
That is also the reason for not updating in like forever and a half and for that I am sorry. I will try to
update this more often. For those of you who are wondering if that was Koga who was the idiot. No,
it was not. It was a pack member just like in the anime… I gave away a spoiler to some of you huh…
sorry about that. The only difference is here, Sesshoumaru Kills the pack and not Kagura. Till next update
